Beware! Never going to refund my warranty I purch...

Beware! Never going to refund my warranty I purchased. Did not provide the key for my wheel locks for my 2018 392 Scat Pack purchase. I purchased my new car on 3/25/2018 and the sales experience was fine. I traded in my 2017 Dodge Charger and made a $20k down payment to purchase my new car. During the finance process I was told that the maintenance would be included in my purchase and I was offered a dent protection plan. Buying the car was actually a good experience and my sales person was great. After a couple weeks I realized I did not need the maintenance plan and was not aware that I was charged for it and I did not want the dent protection plan because I was having the car covered with a clear paint protection film. I went back to the dealership and met with a person in finance and completed the paperwork to refund these warranties. I have copies of the documents that were filled out by the person in finance. I was told that it would take about four weeks for the refund to be applied to the principal of my loan. It has now been two months and the refund has not been completed. I believe this is a complete scam. I have left messages and called multiple times without a response. I hired an attorney but I wanted to make sure that I made this post so that other buyers will not be screwed over like me. In addition I had purchased an aftermarket set of wheels and tires and was at the tire shop and they were unable to find the wheel lock key to remove my wheels. I went back to the dealership and let them know that the key was not provided in my new purchase. The service department did unlock the wheels with the master key and the service manager ordered me a new key. I have yet to receive the key for my wheel lockS. Again another scam.

After a whole lot of shopping, ended up getting a new truck from Arrigo. I looked as far away as Tampa and they were able to get me the best deal. It helped that Jose was great and knew everything about the truck. Won't hesitate to tell a friend to check them out.

So disappointed. We knew what we wanted and werent...

So disappointed. We knew what we wanted and werent playing the game. However, this dealerships manager - who has the final say- was doing nothing but playing a game. The salesman did nothing and just went back and forth like a puppet. They said the price advertised was a mistake and they're increasing the price! Meanwhile the vehicle had cracks in the windshield, a busted bumper and scuffs all over. Despite us making an extremely reasonable offer, only $800 less than theirs, they would rather lose the business and let us walk away after 2 hours of nonsense. Despite that, I called Rufus and advised him that we accepted their offer so long as they make the repairs. He said he would relay that to the manager and call me back. He never called me back!!! We called him the next day and he said he sold it later that night. Probably after I spoke to him and accepted the offer.

This is unacceptable and completely ridiculous.

So disappointed. I've bought 2 vehicles from Schumacher and they value my business. This place.... Not the same.

Update: we bought a 2018 Dodge charger from Delray Auto Mall. What a great experience and great deal. So glad we didn't go with arrigo who not only had high prices but tacked on a ton of high fees. In the end its the consumer who pays for their commercials and fancy dealership. So not worth it. STAY AWAY. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I went there to see a pickup truck and , even if I didn't buy it, the experience was really great. The salesperson was very helpful and the manager, who is a great person, made my day. Even they gave me a good deal, the truck wasn't what I was looking for. For the next purchase I will consider them again and recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Purchased a used 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited this past weekend from Rufus Boynton. He was extremely helpful even though when I arrived I made it clear I had no intention of purchasing that day. He let me change my own mind by falling in love with one of the Jeep's on his lot. When discussing past bad experiences with auto salesmen he told me "I won't lie to you if you don't lie to me" and I believed him! He also stayed two hours past closing making sure that I drove off in my new vehicle. It was a terrific experience and I left a very happy customer of Arrigo and Rufus Boynton.

I had a vehicle diagnosed by them, $1245 later they are now telling me the repair will be another $1000. I asked them to simply leave my vehicle how it was when I brought it in due to their INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS, & I ll gladly pay for their (incorrect) diagnosis fee. They are now refusing to return my vehicle to me in the manner in which it was given to them. This sounds more like extortion than anything else. I specifically asked the service rep about the problem & he assured me it d be nothing else before agreeing to pay $1245 to supposedly have it fixed correctly & have no more issues with the vehicle. MORE SHADY BUSINESS FROM SERVICE CENTERS. DMV will be notified & my attorney will be contacting them shortly.

Awful experience! Don't go here ever...! Bait and switch. Jeep Compass tune-up a few weeks ago: overcharged $$$$, lots of extras supposedly "required." Yesterday the battery died - not their fault, but they didn't even bother to check battery condition as part of the tune-up (totally corroded contacts.) Battery and new air filter replaced by an independent shop; good price, excellent service, in-and-out in 2 hours.

I recently purchased a car from Arrigo in West Palm Beach and was extremely pleased with my whole entire experience. I was lucky enough to be helped by Ashley, one of the salespeople, who made my experience very comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove away, Ashley was there to answer all of my questions and assist me with whatever I needed. One of my friends also recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Arrigo in WPB and happened to also be assisted by Ashley. He told me his experience was very efficient and positive and that is why I decided to try this dealership out. To say the least, Ashley was phenomenal and this will not be the last time I shop at this dealership!

Had 8:30 appointment for oil change and reverse popping out of gear. 1st time in the service department had no idea where to go,no one over there really directs you to where to go u just pull up and wonder around till u find ur services provider. I looked so lost someone finally asked me who I was here to see. Was there for 4hrs no update on what s going on had to find Linda my service provider for a update, after all that service was ok they were on able to fix the reverse problem wasn t doing it at the time. Oil change was complete had oil on driver side fander Washer fluid wasn t topped off just overall a OK experience. wife has a Honda Civic night and day in the service you received from Honda total different experience. With jeep dealerships it s always a Hit or miss still looking for one to take my jeep to. :( Was hoping for a better experience.

Express oil change service was awesome ! I just drove up and was met by Porsche , who signed me in and checked for recalls. She was able to fit me in to take care of a recall. I was browsing the show room and was asked by a older gentleman if I needed any help. He was very polite and helpful. I even wondered if he was one of the owners, great guy .

Disappointed that a car dealership would even consider selling a car with bald tires & electrical issues with the locks. When trying to negotiate, my husband was accused of "wanting to fight"? Seriously? I guess I should have known when I got in to test drive & the car hadn't even been cleaned from the trade-in.

You bring it in to check for a problem and they keep it for 2 days to find nothing and just give it an oil change! They have no clue what they are doing, they are just part changers and rip of woman that depend on them to be honest!!!

Enriquez, and also from the finance person, Louis Benedetto was beyond exceptional. This was by far the smoothest car shopping experience I have ever had. They took their time explaining everything and did not rush through anything. We also got a great deal. We priced the same vehicle out at other places and they gave us the best deal. We would definitely buy from there again.

The customer waiting area was nice and there was coffee and fruit.

I would subtract 1/2 a star for returning my Jeep dirty. I expected the car to be washed.

I'm dissappointed at the Body Shop of Arrigo Dodge...

I'm dissappointed at the Body Shop of Arrigo Dodge West Palm Beach. They do not stand behind their work. I heard they were the #1 Dodge Body Shop in the area so I decided to have my rear bumper fixed there. Upon dropping my car off and intensively examining the car Arrigo called me to inform me of other damage to the rear panel and the exhaust so my car will be at the shop for an additional week and a half. I said ok no problem. So when I received the call that my car was ready, I went to the dealership to pick up my car and discovered that there was damage to the lower left panel(runs from front fender to back tire well). I informed the available shop manager (Asst Manager) who insisted it was there via pictures taken after disassembling. In a previous picture taken by the same Manager the damage was clearly not there but she tried to say it was too far underneath when the damage is closer to the top of the panel. I have pictures to prove that the damage was not there. It was very noticeable as soon as I was picking up the car(white around the visible screw in the now broken panel). If the panel was already broken, why wasn't it pointed out when we both walked around the car at the point of inspection??? So the same Manager used touch up paint to cover the whiting and provided me with a courtesy bottle of the touch up paint. Also, I believe that the dealership may have installed the incorrect exhaust being that now the vehicle sounds like a high perfomance car (loud) like the RT instead of the (quiet) SE that I purchased. It's not about the money, I can pay to have it fixed but it's the principle about something as minor as this. The way that I was handled is very unprofesssional and let's me to know that Arrigo does not stand behind their work.

I have owned a '96, '97, '98, and now a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I am a Jeep Guy! When I walked into Arrigo West Palm, I was warmly greeted by staff and was able to look at the nice selection of vehicles in the showroom. As I already knew that I wanted to lease a Grand Cherokee, it did not take long for me to meet with my salesperson, Mr. Cucu. He described the vehicle in detail to me and asked that I take a test drive, even though I had previously driven the Laredo version. He wanted to make sure that this was the perfect vehicle for me. One of the managers (I believe his name is Bobby) came over and went over numbers with myself and my father. My father has years of doing "automotive deals" and said that no other dealership comes close to Arrigo when it comes to the best price. Bobby was also transparent, helpful, and made the transaction painless. The F&I manager, Mr. DiBenedetto, was friendly, quick, and efficient. A couple of weeks later, I received a personal letter from Mr. Jim Arrigo, President, stating the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. I will lease or buy from this dealership for years to come and so should you!

ZERO STARS! >:l I always have terrible service and experience here DO NOT go here, go to a different dealership. Service Department sucks!!! especially PASQUALE CICI also known as Pat.

I asked him a question about my car situation and he didn't even bother to look me in the face he said " I already spoke to you about it, we cant fix your car bc your car is not under warranty" but it is. He didn't even bother to explain the situation properly, he rudely said " you can pay for it then we can fix it" ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY MONEY MONEY, they don't care about you or your car! I even spoke to Mopar about the situation and they were angry and confused why they can't do the job. Its all about WANTING to do it instead of DOING it.

OH not to mention while I was talking with Pat they just assumed my car needed an oil change and had my car in the shop already. Lol this place is a joke, they don't take things serious! I do want to appreciate Melissa who is always there to help customers when they arrive, at least there is one person who is doing there job correctly, Thank you!

Stopped by Arrigo to Jeep serviced....after getting an oil change elsewhere and having them rip drain screw apart I decided to stick with factory trained people at Arrigo...Melissa very pleasant and accommodating did a little work in their very comfortable customer lounge and had a cup of great java...I drive almost 500 miles per week and cannot have vechicles not maintained..This is my 18th Jeep and have driven over 1 million miles to date so i have a good idea on how to maintain jeeps!

On Saturday 1/20/18 my husband son & I came in after a long day & 3 dealerships later. We were lucky enough to deal with Kurt Lahr who was extremely pleasant. While discussing a lease with my son for a Challenger, Manager Bob DiMezza came over as we were discussing the deal. We explained to Bob our horrible car shopping experience & all the time we wasted. Bob was determined to make sure we had a great experience at Arrigo! He made the whole process quick & pleasant. So much so that we had our other 25 year old son come in & bought a 2nd vehicle that night! It was getting kinda late but Bob assured me that it was their pleasure & he & Kurt would get it done that night! We bought 2 vehicles that evening & left feeling like a milllion dollars & a part of the Arrigo family!! As Manager, Bob went above and beyond & we bought a 2nd car that we weren t even thinking about!

Had a big Issue with my car with the warranty and everything but after speaking with the sales manager Mike Lefebrey (sorry if I spelled your last name wrong), he was able to get me squared away and make me a reasonable offer for my car getting fixed. Even had John Arrigo reach out to express his concerns which was excellent customer service. Hopefully everything goes well and I will continue to give them my business. Mike is hands down the best manager there and he went above and beyond for me when he did not have to. Thank you for everything and I look forward to being a repeat customer

I came here looking to buy a new challenger. The sales rep I worked with was a good kid and was really motivated. Unfortunately when speaking to the finance manager it all went downhill. He was an old guy with braces. He refused to even listen to any price negotiation because he was certain that I had no credit and won t qualify for anything. He told me not to even bother because he was positive my credit wasn t good. Not sure if it was because I m Hispanic and only 25 years old. Went over to Infiniti and qualified for an even more expensive car with tier 1 credit. I guess I wasn t good enough for them that night

Despite all the bad things I had heard about them, I decided to find out for myself, and ended up buying a new truck from the Arrigo Dodge dealership in WPB, and was VERY pleasantly surprised. I feel like I got a great deal on my new vehicle, I was treated very politely and professionally, and would actually recommend them to any one else looking for a new vehicle. My salesperson, Jordan, was AWESOME, and went far beyond the call of duty, so I definitely can't thank him enough for making the whole buying process a pleasure. Thanks Jordan, I love my new truck!!

I have to say that I have been more than impressed...

I have to say that I have been more than impressed with Arrigo Dodge/Ram. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from them over the years. My recent purchase of the 2019 Ram 1500 Limited was on par with my previous purchases which means FANTASTIC! They DO NOT try to nickel and dime you they will give you their best price very quickly and their best price is usually right where the vehicle should be sold for an EXCELLENT price as listed on 3rd party websites. I will return again I am sure and I highly highly recommend Arrigo dealerships for your vehicle purchases and service.

I had the most hassle free experience when I purchased my Jeep Renegade. I was introduced to Rufus Boynton a real sales professional! I arrived unannounced late on a Saturday evening in the rain. Rufus took time to understand my needs and took my to the exact vehicles I was looking for. He had great product knowledge. He understood the winter weather conditions in Michigan and provided excellent insight on the 4x4 Renegade which would serve me well in the Upper Peninsula. He called me a couple of days later to ask if I had any questions about the vehicle with no pressure or ultimatums. He also found a way to maximize my trade-in to make the deal more attractive. I called him a week later on my way to the dealership, from Palm Beach, to drive the car in the daylight. When I arrived 30 minutes later he had 2 vehicles waiting for me to look at right outside the door of the dealership. A White one and a Silver one identically equipped. As an ex District Sales Manager for Chrysler Corporation I was very impressed with my car buying experience. I would highly recommend Arrigo Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep and Rufus Boynton, Sales & Leasing Consultant. Ready, Set, Jeep, I bought the White one!

Can I give 0 stars? Went in for an oil change and tire rotation...for the 3rd time. Brand new Jeep and every visit they tell me I need new tires - not possible! This last visit, the day before I had a tire repaired due to a puncture, I was told that they had done an oil change and rotated my tires. I believed them and didn't check. This morning, I realized that they never actually rotated my tires...the patched up one is still in the same place it was before I drove into the shop! How can I believe they did ANYTHING to my vehicle while I was there?! In my 2nd visit they pulled out my AC Cabin filter and said it needed to be replaced, but it didn't so when they put it back, they did it incorrectly and for a month I had to listen to this whistling sound until I went and fixed it myself! Wish I had never purchased the 5 pack of oil changes & tire rotations...what a waste!

We were in the market for a used vehicle after our vehicle we had for 6 months was in an accident and was claimed a total loss. I had called the dealership Friday night and spoke to a young man by the name of Stan. He was very helpful! The vehicle we were looking for was not on his lot and was at a different location. I shared with him what I was looking for and he immediately started checking his database to see if there was a match. He did find a vehicle and held it for us so we can meet Saturday morning. Stan came in an hour and half earlier to assist us. Unfortunately, this vehicle was not what my daughter was interested. I can say that as a salesperson, Stan went over and beyond the call. He was very honest and pleasant. I will definitely keep you in mind for future vehicles and recommend you to others looking for a vehicle.

This company is the worst. I don't think I have ever been humiliated in this way. One of the ladies in the service department was so rude and racist. I called to complain which took forever and when the manager finally return my call it was almost as if she was taking up for her. I wish I remembered that lady name but if you need to get your car service never go to the body shop because the front desk lady is an old miserable hag. I would write this over and over and advertise it on Facebook or some type of social media so these people can run out of business for keeping crappy workers.

I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK. I knew exactly what I wanted and asked about special packages. I wanted the Altitude package with a lift and upgraded 20inch XDseries wheels. The sales man, Al Weiser, went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. He was dedicated to looking for the exact Jeep I wanted and constantly updated me through out his search. He explained all the options to me and was able to give me an excellent deal, no pulling me around. He was straight to the point. He found the Jeep that I wanted at a different location and drove it down to the Okeechobee location. He showed me around the other departments and introduced me to the managers to make sure I was well taken care of and helped set me up for the lift and wheels. Even after purchasing the Jeep, he has followed up with me to make sure I am enjoying my vehicle. THANK YOU AL FOR HELPING ME PURCHASE MY DREAM CAR! Superb customer experience! Whatever you need, he is your man!

I had a great service department experience in June 2018 with my 2016 Challenger Hellcat. I went in for oil change and a general overall inspection of the vehicle as I just bought it 2 months prior. The vehicle only had 1200 miles on it and I was treated great. My service advisor was Bernard and the certified Viper/Hellcat technician Leigh (Lee) personally came out, talked to me, we both went for a test drive as I wanted him to check everything out on it as he has driven several Hellcats and I have only ever driven mine. After the drive, we talked for a long time about everything and was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable and trusting with him leaving my very expensive performance car in his care. He later changed the oil and finished my inspection and everything checked out perfectly. I will be a normal customer with them and highly recommend going there especially if you have a Hellcat.

This is the best car shopping and buying experience I've had in South Florida. Other dealerships, including those which are highly rated in Palm Beach, are far inferior-either treating you like a number, just want a sale or don't know details about the car they are selling. Ask for Dwayne in sales, he's very knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured. He took time to show me different Jeep models, walk me through the differences, test drives and explained financing options. I told him my credit score and he was able to provide accurate monthly payments prior to running my credit. Kudos-No surprises!

The Finance department took time to walk me through different add-ons/insurance options. My only suggestion is to have them explain the different monthly payments with the different banks and their interest rates. I trusted the finance advisor gave me the best option, but I didn't see it in black and white. Also, fyi, there is a ton of paperwork to fill out. More than I've had in the past.

It's a one-stop shop and they even have license plates and registrations to issue. Like a built-in DMV! Buy your next car here, you won't be disappointed.

I decided to call Arrigo to see if they could service my Jeep after another dealer had it for 3 days and did nothing much other than want me to sign a waiver/agreement for them to look at it some more for $700.
Arrigo was able to get me an appointment the next day and I dropped my Jeep off, picked up a rental and was back to pick up my now repaired Jeep within 1.5 days. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and order the part.
My service advisor, Frank S. also called me to keep me updated on the progress. That was not the case at the last dealership. I had to leave multiple voicemails because I was not getting updates.
The service center, rental counter and cashier area all seemed well organized and I didn t waste time while waiting for assistance or picking up my rental.
I would return here for service as I felt much more confident in both their process, troubleshooting and overall experience than the previous dealership.
