Today makes 1 week I purchased a 2018 VW and it entire experience has been miserable. When I was ready to leave with the vehicle the check engine light came on I was told maybe it s because the car was just washed. Brought the car back the next day they told me take it the VW dealership I took it there they told me to come back on Monday. Went the VW dealership on Monday they kept my vehicle until Tuesday afternoon. They now inform me that Arrigo sold me a vehicle with two recall that they took care they also gave me a vehicle with faulty tires. I went back to Arrigo and was given the run around now they have my vehicle for 2 days awaiting new tires. This has been the worst experience and service I ve ever experience. All I m hearing is I m sorry for the inconvenience I need to be compensated for all my time wasted for the 4 out 7 days my vehicle been out of service.
