Had several issues from the salesman to the general sales manager. Approached by Mr Arrigo and was told he would fix this. Put me into a vehicle with features we were originally looking for. Jon Arrigo personally reached out to confirm things were resolved. Very good caring ppl who have the customer in their fore front. Salesman Dean is an awesome salesman who is very attentive to detail and makes sure nothing is missing. Very knowledgeable and loves the small details often missed by customers. Joe, John, and Dean thank you for your assistance. It's rare to find an owner greating customers on Saturday. The owners are awesome, Thank you again
I will say this after 2 bad experiences to stay away from this dealers service dept! My first visit to the dealership the service dept lost my car for 3 hours and all I cam in for was an oil change. They gave me the run around on why it took three hours even though 8 people who came after me where in an out within an hour. My second visit was today and I came in for an issue that is covered by warranty. The shop closes at 5 and I came in at 4:45. I had to go find a service agent and then when I walked in the all looked away from me and ignored me until I walked and said I need service. They were mad that I came since they close in 15 minutes. First off even if you do close in 15 then you can schedule me for an appointment but they did not want to event do that. This dealer should be ashamed and I will be going to Delray Dodge who was able to answer my questions even though they closed in 10 minutes of me being there and they scheduled me for Wed. So Stay FAR FAR AWAY FROM ARRIGO!!!!!!!
I came with my Jeep to Arrigo and it was the best choice. Service is exceptional, guys are so helpful, place is very organized and super fair prices it s the main! Matthew is the greatest assistant! I had small issue with headlight due to the factory defect we couldn t fix ourselves. I called 3 more services in Boynton and Derlay before, and I understood they know nothing, I was scared to trust them my Jeep. I went only to professional guys who specialize on this brand. I m so happy to discover them close to me, and don t need to drive far away to Pompano Beach. They even offered to wash my car but I refused unfortunately due to the lack of time. But hopefully next time I will have the same opportunity. Thank you!! Highly recommend this service!
I like the fight how they keep your home sub then tell you to come back to come back as soon as I'm giving you the information to the phone they waste your time to come and see them I would never go there again over for that dealership to anybody they don't try to accommodate anybody or try to find a way to help them
Ralph my service advisor was awesome. Said my car would be ready in 2 hours. It was ready in 90 minutes ! Nice waiting room with coffee, Tea and fruit. Very nice experience.
Returned for the same exact problem no bus on dashboard. I paid the first time for a cluster and a temp part. I was told it was the alarm then it was the censors. I take it back for the same exact problem I was told it was my air bags because of the vehicle being in an accident. They knew this the first time I brought it up. I guess nobody checked like they did now. I refused to pay again for the same exact problem. They said I had to pay for a diagnostic, I did. And got my car back still same problem. I feel that the parts I bought before was not the problem. Not satisfied at all will not be going back.
Their salesman were so rude. Acted like they were doing me a favor when in all actuality I was paying their salary. Also the repair dept. was unqualified to fix a airbag replace still after 4 attempts. Mr Arrigo very arrogant.
Terrible service friend has a brand new jeep 2018truck it's been in shop 8 time's. I'm sick of this place. I'm a BMW driver and Cadillac person myself I would never buy a jeep or Chrysler due to her experience..
Worst experience ever. Nightmare. Terrible Body Shop Management.Car broke down 2 days after getting it back. Had to be towed back. After getting it back the 2nd time car broke down again a week later. Brought it back again. Hopefully it will be more than a week before it breaks down again.
Was referred by a friend and Rufus Boynton was a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. Will definitely be back when another vehicle is needed.
I would not recommend this place. We decided to purchase the car on Sunday afternoon and we schedule to come back on Monday at 6:30 to pick up the car. No need for appointment because we waited a long time. We finally got the papers and payment done by 8:30 still waiting by Adam, the salesman. He basically went so fast explaining about the car. Rush and didn't care if we need to come back. We waited for 3 hours and nobody offer us water. We ended purchasing water because they don't have for free.
Beware: bait and switch tactics! Wanted to find a newer car for my girlfriend and found a good deal on their web site. I called them and gave them her social and info to run her credit. They did, and said they couldn't make the deal happen at what we wanted to spend ($300 a month). We talked and decided we could pay more and give more on a deposit, and set up a time to meet the salesman. the next day we drove an hour down to WPB in evening rush hour traffic. On the way down there, we received a text from the salesman which never mentioned the vehicle wasn't even available anymore. When we arrive we are told the salesman has the day off but someone else will deal with us, and that vehicle was sold...but they could put us in a Jeep Liberty. This vehicle was nothing compared to what we want, what brought us all the way down there. It was missing all of the features that originally brought us into their dealership. Instead of an LCD screen and Blind Spot Monitoring, we were fed a line about how nice the "personality" of the Liberty is. We said we weren't interested and I asked why I hadn't been contacted or told that the vehicle we wanted was already sold, especially since it was sold the night before. He couldn't tell us why, but insisted that the Liberty is just as good a vehicle as the Mazda CX-5 we originally came to see. Yeah right. I hope no one actually thinks the Liberty is even close to the quality and reliability of a CX-5. Anyway, so now my girlfriend has an inquiry on her credit report and these idiots didn't even care about our time wasted driving through WPB to meet them or the fact that her credit has been negatively affected by a wasted inquiry. I have dealt with many dealerships before and some of them are fine, but these goons are the reason people HATE the car-buying process. I will tell everyone to avoid these people at all costs, starting right here.
I just wanted to thank Robert Corman for his heavy heart. Our 2014 Chrysler 300S had a questionable warranty issue on a major repair. He really came through in a bad situation. Thank you so much. I would definitely purchase a vehicle and trust the service department at Arrigo.
Had 2 engine mounts replaced and 2 lifters repaired. Also they took care of a check engine light that has been checked several times in the past. The 2 engine mounts could have turned into a 3000 dollar fake transmission or 4wd charge at less reputable places. Thanks Arrigo team!
Great place to buy a Dodge truck sea Dwane he will take care of you. Everything was great from sales people to financing. Our sales person actually took the time to listen what I was looking for and a price I was trying to do and he made it happen.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. Let me first start off by saying the process to buy my car was fantastic. Now the service aspect terrible. Long story short , my car was dropped off on 9/30 and I did not receive my car back until today 10/23. During the duration of this whole process, there was lack of communication and when my insurance stated they will be handling the payment all of a sudden there was more damage to my vehicle. My car was promised me on two different occasions it would be ready. The first time the response I was given " if it was ready I would of called you" and the second time I never received a phone call (again). When my car was "ready" on Monday , I called them at 9:30am and it was stated my car is going for a test drive and a car wash. I never received a phone call after that day. It was on Tuesday , I called again and my car was getting a car wash ( must be very impressive car wash) and my car would be ready shortly. It was later in the afternoon , I had the official call stating it was ready for pick up. At this time, I could not pick up my vehicle until Wednesday. During this final phone call , I was told that I would need to cover my deductible and the cost of an oil change and tire rotation. Initially when I dropped off my vehicle, I had put in the voucher for my " complimentary oil change" and percentage off tire rotation. Turns out the "complimentary" only covers 5 quarts. When looking over Arrigo's website the popular vehicles always sold: Chrysler 300, Jeep, Durango,Ram ect. they are ALL more than 5 quarts so why even give the coupon in the first place. This whole process was tiresome and nothing is better than making a car payment on a car you barley even drove this month. I am not asking for hand me outs but this whole ordeal... something should of been rectified. I can honestly say I will never do business here again nor recommend this dealership again.
If zero stars was possible then I would do zero stars. Every time I go into this dealership they always tell me I have no warranty. I bought my car with every type of warranty there is. They don t ever want to help. This morning I had a flat time and they didn t wanna help because I had no warranty. I even showed them my paper work of all the warranties and still said I have no warranty.
I recently bought a vehicle from this place and had the best car buying experience ever. Danielle Woolverton was my salesperson and she was knowledgeable and refreshingly laid back. At no point did I feel pressured into buying a car and I really felt like she was working to get me the best deal possible. I don t think I would buy a vehicle from anyone else!
My service manager was Ralph it was my first visit to Arrigo purchase my jeep grand Cherokee from another location and I had an unfortunate situation with rats eating my wires that disabled my vehicle.. unfortunately it s quite expensive repair by Arrigo made it pretty easy to have everything taken care of in shock the vehicle was completed before they said he will have it done kudos to my service manager Ralph. Although I do have to make one adjustment trying to get in touch with anybody in the service department and or cashier is almost on able to receive or get in touch with anybody after 7 o clock I was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for the cashier box to open up to pick up
Even though It took me a couple of weeks to decide and I probably drove my salesman (Chris S)nuts with text questions, he always got back to me and got a fair deal for both of us, made it easy non aggressive may be going back this week for 2nd car for my Son....Thanks Chris S and John J in finance
I was extremely satisfied and overwhelmed with my recent experience at the AARIGO WPB location where I purchased my new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. The salesman Shannon took time to explain the numerous features with this vehicle and also paired my iPhone to the UCONNECT system. Bob, the Sales Manager was also a great resource that answered my questions. The Finance person Kevin was a very pleasant surprise, and also an ARMY VETERAN like myself. In all sensarity, this was the BEST car buying experience that I ve experienced!
Absolutely terrible service department. Managers acknowledge issues with vehicle but tell you they can t do anything about it per FCA. Rude service managers specifically. Avoid this dealership and any product put out by FCA. By far the worse experience ever, with a vehicle or service department. Take your business elsewhere and don t listen to their we take customer satisfaction seriously, and are sorry to hear about your experience response stories on here. They can care less, and their service and warranty dealings with you will show it. Will surely steer people away from this place! Should be zero stars.
Dropped off our company minivan for service, the following day one of their technicians hit our van with another customer's truck. Arrigo repaired the damage they've caused within 4 days. This was our first and last visit at this Dodge dealer, won't be using them again. No, i don't recommend this dealership to anyone.
My lease was up for renewal and decided to purchase a two year old Jeep. A friend checked on line and told me to check Arrigo. The salesman from the other dealership stated not to believe the offer on line. In half hour I was contacted by Juan Enriquez which provided all the numbers that I should expect when purchasing the Jeep. A new Jeep, BEAUTIFUL! and two thounsand less than an older model I was purchasing earlier. It was exactly what I saw online. Still skeptical I drove to Palm Beach 1.5 drive. When I got there Juan greeted me with the vehicle with everything he had stated before in writing , no hidden dealership fees. The utmost courtesy. I had to return my leased car to KIA, first KIA dealer didn't want to accept it then we went to the second KIA and they accepted the return of the leased car. Juan never got angry, he went above and beyond. It has been a pleasurable experience. I hightly recommend this dealership. While there I noticed repeat customers. In one instance the dealer expressed that the last time he was there with his children they were installing car seats. It was worth the drive financially and a delightful experience. Thanks to all that made it possible
So I brought my car here because I wanted to be services at a dealership. I needed an oil change and tire rotation as well as a check up of the overall vehicle because the check engine light was on in my Jeep Wrangler. The service person I spoke with was lukewarm at best. He told me my car had a recall and needed to be kept overnight. He told me I would be given a rental for ONE DAY while the work was being done. No problem so far so good. They next day he called and told me of a bunch of things that needed to be done to my car . WHICH did not make sense because my car is only 3 years old and has less than 45k miles on it . I called my husband and he said it was all bull. I declined and asked to get my car. He told me I could not because the mechanic went home. Two days later I go to get my car the coup de gras !!! I was "mistakenly" charged for 3 days of rental when I only had the car for 2 days . When I voices the mistake , they "corrected " it my handing me a larger bill than the original one claiming they "forget" to add a diagnostic test fee.... Interesting. I WILL NEVER EVR COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN NOT FOR SERVICING OR TO GET A NEW JEEP
Let me start by saying I LOVE my Dodge Journey. I am a mother/educator of three young boys (2,3,7) and we often transport others so the 3rd row is very necessary. The extended warranty just expired on my car and since I work full time, part time, am a full time student working on a PhD, my time and resources are very limited. I received a mailer offering to buy back my Journey for up to 12K, however, as I stated in my earlier post, when I got there they only offered me 6K. I have two kids in daycare, I am not interested in doubling my car note; however, I do understand that it may increase some and I was willing to accept that with the peace of mind that I would have a car that was fully warranted again. So a day after I posted my Google comment, I get a phone call from someone at Arrigo. I was dealing with my kids at the moment so his name escapes me, but he offered to buy back my car back for more than what I currently owe. I told him that I would call him back. When I called back, I played phone tag with Mike F for a few weeks (conflicting schedules, he was out of town, then I was out of town). I finally got Mike on the phone and he referred me to a salesman to choose a car. After searching the website and sending the salesman my choices, I went back in yesterday, and dealt with a very nice salesman Gerrard who he took me to look at one of the cars that we had discussed over the phone and all was well. However, when it was time for financing, we were RIGHT BACK WHERE I STARTED/ENDED a month ago, with the 6K offer to buy back my car. LOOK, my time is limited and very valuable and I knew when I left that I wasn't interested in tagging 6K onto a new car loan which means I wouldn't have wasted my time, the salesman's time, nor Mike's time for the same offer they were offering a month ago. I love my car and I want a newer one; however, it is very unlikely that I will be purchasing it from there. I am guessing they called with the" bait and switch" on the desperate little lady in mind, but I am not desperate for a new car at this time. And not willing to take any offer. I only went to see if what they were offering would be worthwhile, however, because it was not, I am not interested, and I can wait. Last month, they tried to get me to choose a different and cheaper car (an Avenger) that wouldn't fit my family, then (last night) they offered me a cheaper version of the Journey. I am a person who works really hard for everything I have, and I want what I want, but I understand that I may not always get it in MY time, but I always get it ON TIME/IN TIME. I am really annoyed that my time was wasted and my intelligence was insulted, and I may just choose a different car and dealership all together when I ready to car shop again.
Great customer service! A huge thank you, especially to John Gutierrez and Nelson Gosman for have the patience and taking the extra time to make it all work out for me! Love my new Jeep!
The absolute WORST! My husband purchased a Chrysler 300 and has had nothing but problems. Several recalls, engine won t start after a few days, no help from Calvin in the service department.
This time, his car wouldn t start after not driving it for a few days. An issue that happens every time he doesn t drive it for a few days. His car has a recall for a new alternator and they refuse to do the recall. They said they need to replicate the problem and couldn t. They refused to tow our car, which would have replicated the issue upon arrival. We ve tried to get this alternator now for 3 years.
as we are waiting to pick up his car, several people were very upset with the service. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY!
The staff is rude, unwilling to help and overall just awful to the customer (the person paying their bills)
I am very disappointed with the service at this location. I purchased my dodge durango at this location about a year ago. At the time, I added an extended warranty. I have had to take my Durango to fix a couple things here and there but I have always taken it to the ft. Pierce location because it is closer to my house. I have not had any issues at that location. However, my brother dropped off my Durango at the west Palm location because the back seat console was making a terrible clicking noise, and the air condition was not working in the back. They are either A) too lazy to check the computer, B) don't keep good record or C) each department is not allowed to communicate with each other. They apparently couldn't look up any service history, or which extended warranty we had. According to guy who sells the extended warranties you are supposed to get a loaner car, but I guess they don't know that either.... Anyway, it was all fixed like 4 days later. He picked up the car on Friday. On Saturday, we realized that when they replaced the top of the rear console they must have left the 2 headphones (that go to the rear DVD player) in the old one, because the new one was empty. After we called and told a lady that we were making the hour drive out of our way to come get them, (the service department did not get informed), we spoke to someone who said we had to wait for the service manager. We waited an hour for him to come from lunch I guess and apparently he "has no power" to do anything. So now we have to wait until Monday for him the talk to Mr. Arrigo and call us to let us know what he can do.... The lack of communication and organization is very disappointing!! I will NOT purchase another vehicle or take mine for service at the west Palm location again! I just want my headphones back, so I don't need to deal with them again!
I love Arrigo! I have purchased three trucks, a Jeep, and a Dodge Durango from them and the transaction has always been smooth and painless. I take all my cars there for service because it comfortable to wait and a professional experience. Try it, you'll like it.
I can't find out the status of my car. No one will return my calls. I think they have lost my vehicle. There's no costumer service. No one to call to complain. I can't get an answer and they've had my car since Monday Sept 21st.
Went in not expecting to buy. I was offered a deal I couldn't refuse! Jordan Goodman was very professional and personable. I felt very comfortable working with him. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
My recent purchase of a new Dodge Challenger was to upgrade my previous Dodge also purchased from Arrigo Dodge. Jean Sylvester and the rest of the staff at Arrigo bent over backwards to give me the best possible price and financing. I am very please with the service and attention I received from the sales staff and Arrigo.
What an awful experience, came in after 9pm to have an oil change. Had to deal with Anthony the service manager. Not only was he rude but also condensing and down right nasty. I had some concerns after my car was finished, while in the middle of my sentence Anthony the service manager takes out his phone and walks away, mind you this is in the middle of me asking him a question regarding my service. After this experience I've decided I will never buy another car from this Arrigo dealership. The worst part is I had to spent 15mins looking for my own car, he didn't tell me where it was nor did he try to help even after asking him politely if he can tell me where my car was parked, he seemed more concerned with looking at his phone and giving me the evil eye. I could hear him speaking nasty words to me, this has been one of the worst car experience I have ever dealt with. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected and like being sworn at.
I went there to serve as an interpreter for my friend...and as a business owner myself...I COULD NOT BELIEVE the disgusting attitude we received from Robert Coreman, one of the supervisors. I called to try to contact someone in higher management...but never got a call back. This place ripped off my friend about $400.00 for something that he didn't even ask For! He will never go there again nor any one else we know that drives a dodge or any other vehicle that they provide. Arrigo Dodge of West Palm Beach Florida on Okeechobe Blvd.is where we were spoken to as if though we were just worth nothing!!!!! And to charge my friend for THIER mistake is an absolute outrage!
The recall and warranty work done was spot on and I was happy with the results. Just wished for more of an update of the progress since the work wasn t completed till the next day.
I always get the best service here! Tony N. has been my service advisor since 2005. Very knowledgeable about my truck and always does the right thing by me. Could not ask for better. If you bought your car/truck from somewhere else, bring it here to Arrigo for service!
Excellent service! Proactive in saving me time and money. They took ownership of my vehicle on my interest. They did it quickly and they worked with my schedule. A very positive experience. I will continue to take my van there for service. Tony and Rob treated me like VIP. They went above and beyond to service me. Thank you!
The really don't have it together over there. Sales people have no clue. They tell you straight up lies. And the service department is a nightmare. They tell you something is fixed and by the time you get in the car or home, you realize that is a lie. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership. You will save yourself a lot of aggravation
Rufus Boynton made our truck buying experience so easy! Helpful, pleasant, and patient. He made sure we were happy with our vehicle, and he actually was able to provide us with many more perks than other dealerships we worked with.
I just bought my 8th car from Rufus at Arrigo today.. The experience is always the best!!!! They put me in a new Jeep Renegade with more options than my Chrysler 200 and kept my payment the same. Arrigo has the BEST deals!!!!!
I will never buy from this dealer again, not only did they charged me $651.00 for a car care package I cannot use and $337 for a crappy roadside assistance program that does not cover the entire tow and charged me an additional $35.00 to tow it 11 miles, and come to find out the roadside program they charged me for is usually complimentary, they charged me $49 to efile documents (why does it cost to send via internet), $123.85 for tags I already had, and if you read the fine print on the contract it says the vehicle could be a rental... I hope whoever does business with them really reads the fine print of their contract...
Staff were friendly when I walked in, but unable to complete all the work needed during initial visit due to needing warranty check that wouldn t be open until next morning. They were to check the warranty and call me back 1st thing the next morning. No call back. I tried calling every 60-90 minutes. Told every time my rep was busy with a customer. Aren t I a customer, and one that has been waiting since last night? Finally after 5 hours, I called and asked asked for service manager. Went right to voicemail of course. No callback from the manager either. Receptionist was always friendly when I called at least. Still, awful follow up. I was really hoping for a new dealership home to have my Charger serviced when needed. Apparently I haven t found it yet.
Adding: The service manager did call me back over a week after the incident as is noted in the Dealership reply. This is absolutely not helpful as I needed the follow up to be delivered as promised first thing the next morning. Receiving a call a week later is laughable. Obviously by that time the problem has been resolved elsewhere.
When they say they are going to call you back. To discuss your issues with you from when you dropped off you truck. They don't. They Call when the job is done. Never to say. Oh we are going to perform this or that. Is that what you want. I asked how much would an pild change be the woman that check me in said my service rep would call me.m to discuss sicne it was a new truck and they might give our company some info on saving money for oil changes. No call When I brought my truck in for 3 or 4 things they never told me they addresed the. They only said oh we fixed your recalls. Never knew they never did the main job we asked for. There was no communication. Bernard was only interested in getting a good rating I say you get a good rating when you listen and service my needs appropriately. When I 1st brought this truck in for these same issues I sat in the waiting room for over 8 hrs. And ever few hrs I would ask what's going on. At the end of the day. I was told my car was locked in the service techs were leaving and then told oh we never looked at your truck Bernard was late over 1 hr checking me in. I finally went to someone else to check me in. And then wasted my time. So 2 bad experiences with arrigo. Not even as much as let me give you a free oil change for your time and trouble This time whe they supposedly fixed what I asked them to fix even though they never addressed what I originally went in for. When they gave me my truck back it wasn't even washed They couldn't even go so far as a quick rinse down. And we buy multiple work trucks from You guys. Get it together. Better customer service. And make up for when you do wrong. Offer something complimentary like a free oil change Something Because you guys are not the only place to buy a truck. Thank you for asking for my feedback. Have a good afternoon
I had my first service today of my Jeep at Arrigo and Tony in the Service Department was the most professional, courteous, and on it person I have ever dealt with anywhere. I can t wait to take my car back in for its next service!!!
My sales representative was Rufus. He is a joy to work with, and always goes above and beyond to get you the best deal. He made the car buying experience enjoyable not only for me, but for others in my family. I recommend working with him, if you plan on shopping here.
This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!! Upon entering the dealership, the sales person that had set up the appointment greeted me as if she had known me for years!! Jean Sylvester is her name. Her knowledge of the product, her patience, her temperment, her honesty, and her willness to assist us any way possible spoke volumes!! Along with Jean was the final bow on the gift, Victor!!! What an AWESOME finance person. We could not have made it without his expertise!! We give both of these remarkable people 10 stars!!! Wr will recommend Arrigo to all of our friends and family. You guys rock!!!
