I recently purchased a new car here and hands down this was one of the best experience at a dealership I've ever had. Best customer service. Every single person I encountered here was extremely nice and made me feel like a valued customer. Jesus Vergara was an amazing salesman. I experienced a small difficulty that would have prevented me from taking my car home. He absolutely went above and beyond to help me drive off with my dream car without waiting another day. He definitely knows his stuff! So if you want a good salesman to help you out, ask for Jesus! :)
Place is the biggest rip off on earth they are delusional on there prices they want way to much for there cars I asked to see how much a tow hitch cost on my Wrangler JL They told me $1010 For something that s $120 for something that takes five minutes to install and cost $120 they re sick in the head stay away from Arrigo !!!!!!!!!!
I am all about customer service and this place got it. They have an amazing staff that will help with anything. Great place to take care of your car specially if your are not a car person like me. If you don't own a car yet , they can help you too. Love the place
Got the car I had been wanting for months at the cap number I wouldn't go over. After all the papers were signed turns out they taxed me wrong and did a 6% instead of a 7%. (Please keep in mind that our Florida sales tax changed on January 1st, I signed my lease on January 30th.) Haven't even made my first payment when I noticed the change in my car statement from what I had signed 2 weeks ago. Upset I spoke to my sales person who did not want to assist me, only offered to walk me over to the finance office. Tried calling the Finance Manager for over a week and left numerous messages one 4 different voicemails, no one ever called. Finally drove 45 minutes in traffic to get to the dealership only to explain what the issue was to a salesperson who then made me wait as he spoke to the Finance Office. The finance manager didn't even have the common curtesy to come out and apologize. Instead the sales representative said that it was a "unofficial" tax as the tax changed had not been confirmed for their dealership...that I unfortunately had to pay the tax difference. This is what I call a perfect example of a breach of contract! This was my second lease with this dealership and I can tell you right now I will not be making another deal with them again. Totally disappointed.
Arrigo DCJR is easy to work with, their employees are professional and knowledgeable. Russ explained and demonstrated the features of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson.
Came in to get an oil change and tire rotation. I asked a employee for help they said they would let someone know....I waited no one came. I asked another person and they said they don't know. I then went and found a 3rd person and said can you please help me I've been sitting here and no one has helped me.. finally they put my vehicle in the system but didn't ask me any questions and didn't have any answers to my questions.
I've called in the past because I bought the vehicle there and it was not detailed before I bought it and it had writing all over the jeep.
The sales person who I found out no longer works there promised for me to come back and get it detailed since they didn't have it ready for pick up.tried to get that done and they said I would need the worker to talk to them and give them a code. They also said I would need an appointment....when I tired to call to make an appointment they said they don't make appointments.
So clearly no one's knows what they are doing they just want you to buy the care and could care less about ther service after you sign your name.
I've been passed and passed to several people on the phone but no one can help...or cares

I have only gone in for an oil change 2 different times, the 1st time I waited 2 hours and the 2nd time was an hour and a half. Just seems like waits are way too long.
The financial dept is crooked directly to your face. When talking numbers to purchase/lease new, they go they office to "see what they can do" and come back with a HIGHER NUMBER FOR THE MONTHLY PMT. It is almost laughable how they mistake people for idiots. We walked out and YOU MISSED OUT!
I got there at 945am yesterday to get my ac check, Bryan told me it will be a couple of hours so I waited in the lobby. He came back around 1245 to tell me the job is going to cost around $1900 thats what he came up with because the computers were down, but he will try his best to give me a discount, I said ok. He told me they are going to work on my car now I will be out soon so I assumed it would be a couple hours or less, he should have told me exactly how long the job was going to take but failed to do so. As time approaches, I went looking for him several times and he kept saying he will check on it and he never did. Finally, I went back one last time to ask him to check, he came back at 330 to tell me I should go home because my car will not be ready until around 5pm. I said ok I will take their shuttle home, he asked where do I live I told him in Greenacres about 15 mins away, he said he does not think they will be able to take me that far he will go check. Bryan went to check at 330 and did not come back until 511 pm to tell me that they are done and I should be out soon. He came with the invoice and said he took off $100 I said ok that is all he said yes so I said thank you. Then I asked him about the discount I think I saw on their website for first time responders he said that is why he gave me $100 off. How is that so when he did not even know that I am a first time responder. He never followed up to see what the discount was. I ended up paying $2044 to replace my compressor. Also, asked him if it is the same price at Napleton's Northlake Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership prior to starting the diagnostic he said yes, that was a lie because I bought brakes from Napleton and it is cheaper than Arrigo dodge. I called and left a message for the manager to call me this morning since 9am a message was taken and it is now 4pm and I did not hear back from them. I waisted a day in the lobby during this covid time due to lack of communication from Bryan who I am sure should have told me how long the job was going to take from the moment I signed that contract. I will never return to that place. I will take my business to Napleton's Northlake Chrysler Dodge because they understand that there will be no dealership without their clients. Also, Napleton Northlake will pick up the car from the client's home or shuttle the client back home or possibly give the client a rental. Next time, I will sure go to Napleton Northlake Chrysler Dodge for my car service. Your staff, Bryan is a disgrace to the company.
im very disappointed with my purchase from arrigo dodge.i went to arrigo dodge in february of 2017 and purchased a used 2015 dodge ram. for starters after everything was said and done and the paperwork was signed with the salesman he disclosed to me that the vehicle only came with one clicker... and the clicker doesnt even have a physical key to the vehicle purchased. he mentions a keymaker they reccomend that could make it and would cost me a couple of hundred dollars. so right off the bat im paying for something that should have been included with any car purchase. i also mentioned during the signing process about the tires balding on one side of the vehicle...i was told by the manager that i didnt have to worry about my tires that if i ever needed new ones to bring it in and they would take care of it.. well thats not true at all i brought it in to their service department 2 seperate times and mentioned the tires to which they informed me were not covered under my agreement. i even had a employee jokingly ask me when i pulled up if i had been drag racing with the vehicle mind you this is a couple of weeks after the initial purchase. all in all my experience with arrigo is not a pleasant one. between the tires, the keys, and a need for a new battery 7 months after my purchase... my vehicle has cost me over a thousand dollars more than i intended to spend. do not purchase from this company the level of dishonesty is alarming... i will not reccomend any family member or friend in the future.
I Have been a Dodge owner since 2010. Used this service department since. I had one of my better visits this time. Ralph Avila was my service advisor and even though I had 4 recalls, oil change and tire rotation he did his best to get me out in a timely manner. All good so far! Thank you!
I had an unexpected visit to the Arrigo West Palm location last week, and could not be more delighted with the whole experience. It was a really welcoming environment, I never once felt pressured into anything, and IAbsolutely LOVE my 2018 Jeep Compass Sport! I really felt that Scott took the time to hear my needs and ultimately deliver me a phenomenal vehicle I feel So Safe driving! Thanks again to Scott and all of Arrigo family for all your help. If only I could leave a 0-star review. Purchased my husband s truck at this location, came back for an oil change. Got there before they opened to wait in line. Didnt get our car back until 4 hours later, after being told it would only take 2. You need to be upfront with your customers from the start. Terrible customer service.
Let's start with what my wrangler was dropped off to have done. Had a leak from over flow tank area, oil change and remove a door ding on passenger door. I was called and they stated they could not find a leak, oil service done and body shop did not want to remove ding (would give number to dent remover tech) So I came in on Saturday to pickup my wrangler and there was a lake of coolent under my wrangler.(waste of my time as I knew it had a leak that they said they could not find) So I showed the service manager the leak. Then got a call at 4 pm on that Saturday to pick up wrangler it was repaired. (you close at 5 pm for service on Saturday per person that called me) When I did pick up my wrangler, it was dark and they tried to deliver in dark area, found a hose discoed under hose going to my intake, a rub mark on right rear fender and not information to have door ding removed. (PS - foot marks on bumper from being worked on - have pic)
So to say the least - this is why I buy from you yet don't bring them for service.
Sorry to say but I'm very disappointed with Arrigo. I feel like I'm the test dummy for the 2019 jeep Cherokee trailhawk! I've had it in like what this will be 4 times! 1st they had to fix the problem where my controls are for the windows was coming apart then 2nd they didn't even have paperwork proving it had a oil change so I showed them the sticker on my windshield. I told them that's how I knew to bring it in June 19th to have it changed again. Then I didn't notice until I got home they gave me someone else paperwork so I had to go back in. 3 the trunk handle was & is still coming loose so they said well if it keeps doing that call us so we can order the part to replace it! Now being the 4th time I again have to go in this week coming up because now my headlights are fogging up on the inside. Now I'm told well they might want to keep it overnight to test them?? REALLY this is why I think I am the test dummy & to think I spent allot of money plus a extended warranty for the next 6 years! Not right I bought this vehicle August 12th 2018 with only 5 miles on it now it only has alittle over 3000 on it so what's next.
Setting an appointment is worthless and service staff is rude. 30 minutes before someone came up to help me. I went inside and asked about process and service advisor said he was busy and to wait in car, someone will come up to my car. This seems to be consistent with Dodge service centers. My first and last time buying a dodge.
After coming back for a second time to look at their vehicles, we decided on the managers special of the Jeep Patriot. David Adams worked with us on a affordable finance plan and was extremely friendly and informational and did not try to force a car on us that wasn't in our price range.
I had a Service Agreement that paid for material and labor. You charged me $376.50 for diagnosis and oil change $44.13 was tax. I will never bring my car there again for repairs. Diagnosis fee highway robbery!
BUYER BEWARE....STOP!!!! DON'T buy from this Car dealer. I was lied to about the vehicle being inspected!! I didn't have my Ford F250 for 12 hours and the check engine light came on. The warning code was for the EGR sensor/Flap valve. I called Brandon who was our sales Rep and we got nothing out of them. Instead of them fixing the problem before they sold it they passed the cost off to the customer...Then when we went into the finance department we were told that they were only going to check with 3 financial institutions about financing. I just looked at my credit report and they sent my info to 13 Banking institutes now my credit score has dropped!!! Bad people to do business with who LIE to you!!! I wont ever go back to them!!!
Do not buy a vehicle here!! I bought a brand new vehicle here with a service plan 2 years ago. I could tell you countless stories of having to have it serviced several, several times and having to deal with rude and completely disorganized staff in the service department. It has been a nightmare. Several hours, days wasted and treated as if my time is not valuable. I work and am a single mother to a special needs child. Today was the last straw. Two days ago I came in for an oil change and they did an inspection on my vehicle. They noticed that I had a crack in the container that holds the wiper fluid. They told me to come back today to have it done. My appointment was at 9 a.m. and was told at 11:30 that they did not even have the part. Two and a half hours sitting there waiting for no reason and this is not the first time that has happened. I could have been at work making money. Another day wasted here and when I asked my service rep what happened he again was completely rude. They do not care about their customers, about customer care. They got my money for the car and service agreement and done!
I love their ridiculous response. Buy another vehicle from you???? Lol!!!!!!!!!! Not only will that not happen but I have already contacted an attorney for the lemon law and called Chrysler to make a complaint.
Took my car into Arrigo on Friday at 2:15 pm after I was experiencing trouble with the car starting and symptoms of spark plug damage such as the car sputtering while driving and while stopped. Pat Cici was my advisor and told me they would look at it and call me later. Got a call around 5 saying the fuel pump relay was the cause and it would be around $650. I had taken my car in to Arrigo to take care of the recall(s) 3 months earlier, one of which was the fuel pump relay. The advisor told me it was performed in June of 2015. Long story short, called FCA, their parent company and explained the situation to customer service reps which tried calling Arrigo to remedy the situation. Next day, I get a call from my service advisor saying the car was double checked and indeed the fuel pump relay was installed correctly. Wow, and where did the $650 charge come from yesterday. Paid $75 to get my car back, assuming they did a "software update" which basically means they removed the check engine light while doing nothing else proclaiming the car runs as it is designed to. Left Arrigo (without it being washed), got a mile down the road and started experiencing the original sputtering from before taking car to Arrigo. Yet to see if car starts up right away. What a joke of a service department. $75 poorer, same problems less the check engine light, and lost a day of work from their games. Will be reporting them to NHTSA and BBB. I'm sure Jim and John did not get their business to where it is today by using these tactics, this needs to be addressed. Disgusted by Arrigo. Beware!
I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie. Ashely Mannarino was the Sales Consultant that helped me. She was very knowledgeable and patient. There was a minor issue with the vehicle when I took position of it and she took care of it. I shopped around for quite awhile, I believe I got the best deal with Arrigo and Ashely.
Worked with Calvin. Job got done fast. My truck was finished exactly when Calvin said it would be. Couldn t be happier with the quality of service. Will definitely return in the future.
Was about to purchase a truck and had 4 emails from Arrigo West Palm to confirm that is available to buy. Came all the way down there and got nothing because they are not professional enough to check out this truck have open recall and they can't sell it to me. Instead just send me one email to cancel my appointment they give me attitude and 2 people definently I don't want to meet there it's Diego Rodriguez and his manager Mike Noland who give you a "Halla" later and like to dance down to the door. Newer go there for sure. Wasting time
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Classic case of bait and switch l. Called dealership I was coming up to see a vehical and talk numbers. Drove all the way from coral spings to see a vehicle that wasn't there. Finally got a chance to speak with the salesman that I was working with previously. He tells me that the vehicle and as sold a minute ago. Something he could of told me on my very long drive from coral springs. Just as I walk out he has the nerve to try and sell me another vehicle that has at least 4 times the milage the other vehicle had. Wish I could get the time back for driving all the way up there. Hope it isn't the same at all the arrigo locations. But I definitely will not be coming back to this one.
My oil change was super quick and the late night hours are super convenient for me. What other dealership service department is open until 12am M-F for their customers?

Great service when there is no wait! Arrived Saturday for an oil change and the wait was 2-3hrs. The service center does not allow you to make an appointment as they say that the average wait time is less than an hour. I wasted an hour out my day Saturday and had to return Monday morning at 730am for the service. I value my time and it s a shame that you guys do not put your customers first. It s amazing the hoops you guys jumped through to sell me the car 8 months ago. I do not need to hear that there were 20 cars waiting at 7am in the morning on Saturday. Let me make an appointment then!!
My family has purchased our vehicles from Arrigo for almost 10 years now. Upon purchasing my first vehicle there recently I experienced trouble with the staff after some confusion regarding the certification status of my new Jeep. Thankfully the General Manager reached out and quickly resolved the issue.
Absolute worst service at a dealer. Had an appointment was told i would get a courtesy car, nope. Missed 2 meetings this morning. Was told i would get brake fluid flush and fuel service, waited 3.5 hours then they had the audacity to say i declined service because I had to go. After 3.5 hours they didn t even do the full job! And they never asked me to decline service to leave. Guy matt who helped me was a box of rocks. Never been so dissatisfied with service in all my days. Will 100% never go back, even though i lease my car here. They messed up my entire day and didn t even do the job right. Oh, and they asked me if I wanted a car wash which I said yes, didn t get that either.
Worst dealer ever. I came to check a car. Someone else was also coming to check out the car. The seller include the manager was extremely racist. It s like they didn t want to sell me the car. I don t know if the manager tell the seller to do whatever he can do I don t buy the car. I guess they figured they had put the car online for too cheap and wanted to bring the price up or get the other white person who was coming to buy it. I was going to put 16k down and put the rest 3k on credit card. The seller go ask the manager and he said they only accept 1 credit card. I can t pay with multiple credit card. Ok so I was going to finance the seller did not even check if I can get a loan, he did not bother he just said that I won t qualify. It s obvious they did not want to sell the car. When I called before I came in, the guy said he ll work out & take a few hundreds. When I come they did not even want to take a penny out. I asked to speak to the manager he was so rude. These people don t know how to treat customers. First dealer I went to that is so unpleasant.
Con Artists!!! I was APPROVED with my Credit Union and Cap One. These thieves had the nerve to tell me I needed to put an additional $1690 in order for Cap One to approve me. After waiting 3-4hrs I left upset and then called Cap One. The Rep i spoke with pulled up the transaction and stated that not only was I approved, but the amount they requested was INCORRECT and she had no idea why I didn't walk out of there with my new car!!! When the Cap One Mngr attempted to reach the Arrigo Sales/Service Rep, they would NOT take the call. BEWARE!!!!!!!
Took my Jeep in for an Oil change. After I picked up my vehicle I was driving down the turnpike and my battery light came on and I smelled something burning. After pulling over and opening the hood I had oil all over the entire engine. The oil was on the belt causing it to slip and not charge or turn the water pump. The blow by from the highway had the oil going up the rear bumper and the tailgate. I tried calling the service department and they did not answer the phone. I had to call the sales department, which answered the phone. They sent someone to the service department to return my call. The vehicle had to be towed in. The technician who performed the service did not test drive the vehicle after the repair. The mileage was the same on check out from when I dropped it off. You should always test drive a vehicle after repairs. After further communication with the Service Manager who apologized tremendously and rectified the situation I will give them another chance. I know mistakes can and will happen. Hopefully this issues don't happen again with me or any other customers.

Poor customer service. Moved from another state to FL and made a phone call for questions in how Jeep warranty will work in this location. I had no problems over the phone until they transferred me with Melissa. This person was extremely rude over the phone and treating customer short. After taking a look at some reviews it looks like this place is like this. I would recommend customer service training reinforcement in this place.
What an incredible experience was had by my family and I from the entire staff of Arrigo Dodge - West Palm Beach dealership. I took the dreaded drive against my better judgment to go shopping for a truck this past week. WOW!! All I can say is what an incredible staff Arrigo Dodge has. From the moment that my family and I walked in and left with our new truck, we were simply amazed. I have bought my share of cars and trucks in the past fifty years, and have dreaded car shopping and the Vultures!! But, what an exceptional experience of customer service I was met with by the entire Arrigo Dodge crew, especially my sales rep Scott Rice. On a scale of 1 10, Arrigo Dodge is a 20!!! I have been to Arrigo in Palm Beach twice now. The first time I had a great experience and bought a 2015 Wrangler. This time I went because I was in an accident and totaled my Wrangler and wanted to replace it. My salesman was no longer there and neither was my Finance Manager. I accepted that and worked with a different salesman this time and it was like I was at a completely different dealership. I went in to buy yesterday. I was done looking and was there to drive home a new Wrangler. I guess they didn't believe me because they were unwilling to discount the Wrangler passed Internet Price and were unwilling to run me real numbers. Saying that they had to summit a credit application to the bank in order to give me payments. That is not at all how it went last time. If they would have taken a moment and looked up my previous deal they would have seen I had mid 700s beacon score and was approved last time no problem. Honestly it felt like the manager and salesman were just ready to go home for the day and wanted to broom me. Having worked as a saleswoman I do understand being done for the day but not at 5pm when we closed at 8. I am still in shock I didn't drive home a new Jeep last night. Very very disappointing. Ready to buy and I guess I need a new dealer.
My salesman was Rufus Boynton. He was efficient, professional and prepared. He made my purchase experience very smooth and easy. He spelled out my entire process and answered any questions I had. This was not the typical car buying experience and I felt he was working on behalf to make sure I received the car that I wanted, with the features I asked for. I would definitely recommend Mr. Boynton at Arrigo West Palm. He is the absolute best and he will work 110% on your behalf.
First of all, we would give a NO STAR review if that was an option. We experienced Horrible customer service by Robert and Bill. I have a new vehicle, 2yrs old with only 17,000 and took it in for a ticking noise. The engine was blown and they had no reasoning to why this happened. We were told it had to have happened at the factory. They only replace the upper end. We asked them to replace the whole engine because of possible problems in the inner and lower part. Bill and Robert refused and said we have a warranty that would cover anything that may go wrong. All they did was put a Band-Aid on something that is going to be more problems down the road. We should not have to deal with this especially owning a vehicle with only 17,000 miles. I would never buy a vehicle from Arrigo Dodge again. We will be sure and let all our friends and family know Not to buy or service a vehicle at Arrigo Dodge in West Palm Beach.
I can assure you that if you buy a car here you are OVERPAYING. The sales people are very UNEDUCATED about the actual product they are selling. I was looking to purchase a Gladiator, and they did NOT have a clue about the dates it was available, I did my own research. There are much better purchasing options in the state of Florida. Call other dealerships and I GUARANTEE you will find a better deal. They must PREY on people that will UNKNOWINGLY pay more than they have to. ONLY come here if you want to get RIPPED OFF.
I walked in not expecting for anything, just to see how much they would take for my trade in. Greeted by salesperson Danielle right away, she let me test drive a Ram 1500. They gave me full price for my trade in, made it a quick process, and even with a mediocre credit score, an awesome loan. Everybody go see Danielle she's the best ever !!!!
I will start by saying the service department at the west palm arriving dodge has been excellent. Always taking care of me and making sure I get a rental. Even though traveling to west palm is inconvenient I would not go to a different dealership for service. Calvin helped this past time and he was very knowledgeable, respectful and communicated well throughout the process. With that being said... I own a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. In the 2 years I have had the vehicle it has been in the shop 4 times. The last 2 for the transmission, which is still not fixed. This car has given me so many problems. I am a full time working mother of 3. I am busy and needed a reliable car. I thought buying a brand new car would keep on the road and out of a shop. I needed dependable. This car is not. On top of that. I sometimes fear the car isn t safe to drive my children around in. The transmission has caused my car to almost completely stop when driving though a red light. I brought it in and it was fixed . It hasn t stopped again yet but it feels like I m driving some old minivan with 200,000 miles on it. It seems it s only a matter of time until I have to bring it back to the shop. I would never recommend this car to anyone.
Bad experience with used car buyer. Basically quoted a car in good condition for a trade in with a KBB minimum value of $6,500 for trade and offered me $2,000. The guy was a clown to begin with.
Complete scam artists, don't go there by any means. Use them if you want but you will get killed in up-charges and points.
SERVICE DEPT REPLACED A PART THAT I TOLD THEM NOT TOO. THEIR PRICE WAS 3TIMES HIGHER AND I COULD DO IT MYSELF IN LESS THAN 5MIN IF A NEW ONE WAS NEEDED BUT IT WASNT I HAD LOOKED AT IT 3 DAYS BEFORE. THEY REPLACED IT EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM NOT TO THEN THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME A REFUND. THEY ALSO LIED TO ME AND SAID THAT IT BROKE WHEN THEY REMOVED IT BUT THEY HAD NO REASON TO TOUCH IT. THEY DIDNT KNOW I KNOW ALOT ABOUT CAR REPAIRS THE SERVICE WRITER WAS JUST TRYING TO LINE HIS POCKETS WHILE HE EMPTIED MINE! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! THEY DON'T LISTEN AND CHANGE PARTS THAT DONT NEED CHANGED.THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID HE WAS GOING TO REFUND THE CHARGE BUT NEVER CALLED BACK. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ARRIGO DODGE WEST PALM BEACH.
Stopped by Arrigo in West Palm Beach to take a look at a JL Wrangler, John Gutierrez was our sales representative, as my wife had previously worked with him a couple months ago, when leasing a Grand Cherokee Overland. Once again John delivered outstanding service. Polite, knowledgeable and courteous. He made the whole process very easy and pleasurable. Great price and service, what else can you expect ? It didn t stop there, once we met with Matt, our finance manager, he went above and beyond in order to accomplish our goals, a very polite, honest and well mannered gentleman. It s safe to say that I purchased over 20 cars in the past 10 years, and most of them a lot more expensive, but I have to say this is one of the best, if not the best experience we had.
I had a 2015 Promaster van that was purchased in Alabama, as a work vehicle, served me well for 3 months then the ETC light came on and it started failing I took to my local dealer in NC and well they Fixed it, then Drove to Fla . Same issue again and again so I took it to Arrigo . Wow MR. Kim is amazing in service he took me in and worked his magic. Fixed the issue and on the road I go . Got 20 miles up the road and It died again . I had this issue for 3 months off and on I needed a dependable Vehicle (do not buy the Diesel promaster used ) any way I asked Mr. Kim If he knew someone in sales . he gave me a name but they were not there, so Erick gave me Juan Enriquez , Wow, I told him I didn't want any BS I was Pissed and I needed a new van. I had walked the lot and had the stock numbers I wanted to look at already . He looked at me and said you have done this before ??? I said too many times . He showed me what I wanted to see we drove them we talked numbers for about 15 mins and then I needed some other information He left . Then I needed some other assistance and up popped Ashley Mannarino who at the time was helping someone else and said are you in need of something ? I said yes I am ! and she just got it for me right then. I was pretty much in shock that she just did it . No questions, no wait i'll get someone else she just did it !!!! well needless to say I was Impressed with the entire program there. Whoever Jim Arrigo is and whatever he is doing he has a team of people that do care about people. Then there was Nelson Goosman I was ready for him to bunk the numbers with me Like the nightmare stories you hear . Well I was disappointed, no haggles no BS no nothing and I was ready ..... another reason I will be trading there again and forever . THANK YOU , ALL OF YOU IT WAS A SURPRISING PLEASURE !!!!!!!!!!!!

2019.11.16 This was my first visit to the dealership. I took in my sister's 2011 Jeep Patriot for service and the advisor Matt was very friendly, professional and courteous, explained in detail what I should be expecting and then sent me off in a rideshare back home. Within the next three hours, I received a phone call from Matt stating the car was ready to go and offered a rideshare back to the dealership. Upon arrival, the car was indeed ready to go and he showed me to the cashier, where I was explained everything I was paying for in detail and completed my transaction to be on my way. Thank you, Arrigo of WPB, for your service! Will definitely be bringing the car back for further services.
Very friendly environment. Everyone was helpful from the start, from the receptionists to the managers. This place is an amazing place to buy a car and I would recommend it to everyone thinking of getting a vehicle. My sales guy, Jesse, and the finance specialist Kevin, were phenomenal! They all did everything possible to get us into the car of our dreams. Great job and will be returning in the future for any car buying needs!
As always, completely satisfied with my service at Arrigo Dodge on Okeechobee. Dropped my truck off for oil change and fuel filter change at 6:30 PM on a Friday night and it was ready that next morning. Great people.
Arrigo uses BS financial gimmicks. They try to trick you with their numbers, give you nothing for your trade, actually offer you a HIGHER price for their jeep than listed in the sticker. It is truly funny! They refuse to do a good deal. We walked out and took our excellent credit and income elsewhere.
I went in for my usual checkup. The staff is great. They are very customer friendly. They did the job in about an hour which was great and the young lady redid my phone to sync as I changed my cell phone number. I love my jeep. I do not think that I will ever buy anything but a jeep. If you re going to buy a vehicle definitely go through Arrigo dodge in west Palm and see salesman Stan at the West Palm location... Service was fantastic purchased two vehicles and he made everything happen as ease. Anything I had questions about he had actual truthful answers and he doesn t sugar coat anything if he sees anything wrong or out of place he addresses it to whom ever it needs to be addressed to .They really work with you with whatever you need to asure that you leave happy and in a safe vehicle. I definitely recommend Arrigo Dodge in west palm beach They make it happen.
