I called the main number to ask how long will it take to do an oil change, Friday at noon. The IVR says press 1 for the service department. No answer,.
I called again, and again, no answer.
I called the operator, she put me thru and guess what, no answer.
I called the operator again and told her that they DO NOT ANSWER. She said, no worries, I'll put you thru an extension and they will answer. No answer.
I drove to the service department, I walked in one of the cubicles. Asked a gentleman who works there. Showed him that they do not answer, he said. I Don't know. Go to talk to the guy doing the oil changes.
I went to the main building and they all said, I don't know, it is not our department.
