A couple of months ago had visual and audible alarms on my Wrangler in reference to hot oil. Take it in and after 3 days of no contact from the service rep I finally get notified my Wrangler is ready. Yesterday morning same thing again. Call and since my wife is out of town in need transportation. Woman on phone says they will rent me a car???? The vehicle has a couple of thousand miles on it and the same issue within 300 miles and I have to pay since my wife has our other vehicle. She tries contacting supervisor but can t get one so she tells me she will have George?? call me before the end of the day. It s now over 24 hours and haven t heard a thing. Last summer we got two vehicles in one week from this dealership. If this is the way they take care of customers I m going back to Ford.
