I recently took my Jeep renegade in for service on an engine mount and to replace a broken seat belt. The staff seemed very rushed and were not friendly. The engine mount was repaired, but not the seat belt. As soon as I picked up my fixed vehicle from the lot my ac began making a loud noise and wasn t working. I had to take the car right back for the new ac problem to be fixed and the seat belt once again. On both occasions I ve been really unwhelmed by attitudes of all their staff. I also found their layout confusing. I had a rental attendant become annoyed of where I parked my returned rental car when there is no preference marked for where to return a car. Oh and don t you dare come without an appointment! The incredibly rude man who pairs you with help will throw a fit. I will not be returning.

The service center here is a joke. It's so bad, I refuse to get my free service done here anymore and just take my car to Firestone and pay... Last time I got my oil changed there, they ran out of my oil after putting 4quarts in, didn't tell me there was a problem for 2hrs. I finally got pissed and told them to give me my keys so I could just go somewhere else. Then I found out what was going on... I waited for another 2hrs for them to get more oil... I COULD HAVE TAKEN AN UBER TO AUTOZONE AND GOT THE OIL IN 20MIN... I should have learned my lesson the first time, which is a whole different story about the lot boy smoking my tires.....

Crooks I never authorized anything I had to pay for , and any autozone would tell me what the light was for free , $140 to check for 2 minutes of work they said they did , I hope they stick the money up their ass , I will never buy another Chrysler , and never go to this place again , I will tell everyone I KNOW NEVER TO GO THERE , ENJOY YOUR $140 YOU CROOKS

Their so called "service" department drove my Dodge Viper four miles and damaged it despite my explicit instructions not to drive it other than into the service bay and out. Heard nothing whatsoever from Arrigo following their cut and paste assertion. "We will do what we can to remedy the situation." Really? They keep re-posting the same cut and paste response over and over, but do nothing whatsoever to remedy the problem.
Update: In response to Arrigo Dodge's request below to contact representative Robert Corman, please tell me what Arrigo will do to remedy the problem. I previously contacted Arrigo and the only offer was a repair at Arrigo. As I informed Arrigo, Arrigo does not inspire confidence. I do not trust Arrigo to even replace my windshield wipers. Arrigo, tell me what you will do to fix the problem. Please communicate in this forum only.

Girlfriend bought a 2010 Grand Cherokee very clean nice car. Runs great. Very first day off the lot had a/c issues. They worked with us the first two times to fix the issue but I guess they were just changing parts to see if that was the problem. Now after making only 2 payments on this car they seem to think it's the evaporator coil that went out. Who knows if that will solve the issue but 2000 out of my pocket after spending 18000 for a car here doesn't look like good service and sales to me. Seems to me they already knew about the issue with this car before selling it and never said a word about it.

I thought by taking my vehicle to the dealership for repairs after it was involved in an accident it would get put back together properly. I was wrong. I'm so unhappy with the way my jeep was returned to me. None of the molding fits properly, the door squeaks when opening. The head liner is not right. Very poor eye for the details.

Purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife less than two months ago, had to leave with the military to come back and find out it has been in the shop for three weeks with an adaptive cruise control issue, brakes engaging on their own and smoking. The dealership it is currently at informed my wife and I it would cost $1,900 I informed Arrigo of this and I was told by David the sales manager there s absolutely nothing they can do for me, even with my powertrain warranty this is a safety issue leaving my wife stranded and without a car for 3 weeks. Bad business, not willing to stand behind their car.

Pros: Car was cleaned. They guarantee their service. Nice staff.
Cons: The service was disappointing. I had a bent hitch from accident-repaired it (not replaced) & 2 bolts were not put back on. Thank god we noticed this before we towed our camper. Tailgate was hit in the accident-they painted over it nicely but the right hinge was not aligned so my tailgate isn t flush. Left a bunch of parts, hardware & manuals on the seat of my new truck. The new bumper they installed is tilted down. They didn t even put the lights or my lisence plate back on the bumper. Now I have to take my truck back up there for them to fix after a it had been in the shop for a week, which was initially estimated as 3 days. Overall bummed with the service.

My best friend just left this dealership.... We have been on the hunt for a 2015 Ram 1500 big horn and Arrigo had the one he wanted. The salesman Jesus was rude, wouldn t put tires on a vehicle that had two bald tires and it didn t have a bedliner. The sale was done before he even got there since he has cash incredible credit. He just wanted a fair deal since he was going to have to get tires immediately.. Instead he left and walked out. What a shame! I would not deal with this dealership someone else deserves your business

Recently bought a beautiful CLS 550 from Arrigo and I must say I had a phenomenal experience. Of course, I just went to look at the car after seeing it on CarGurus, well needless to say I was hooked after taking it for a test drive. My salesman Karl was very professional, courteous, wasn t pushy at all and had no problem staying well past closing to finalize the sale. In the end, I got an excellent deal on the car and left a very happy customer.

My experience was very frustrating. I would put it on a par with dealing with Comcast, which is no great recommendation!
They sent me a coupon for a discounted oil change. I needed an oil change so l called for an appointment. "No need," they say. Just come to our Express Service. Express my xxx. When l show up they say a "2 hour wait". "Friday is a busy day!" Why couldn't one impart this information when l was on the phone and a 3/4 of an hour ride away?
My coupon has 3 oil change options. The car is leased so the $20 option seemed fine. So they want the vechical number, or my phone number which tells them everything there is to know about me including my mother's maiden name. So now they they discover that my car only takes the high option synthetic oil. The $65 option. I would bet my last dollar that there isn't a car they deal with that qualifies for the $20 option. But l am not complaining about a car dealer acting like a car dealer. I'm complaining that they are not better at it. Be a little subtile; a little more nuanced. Don't show me you know more about me than l remember, and then say "whoops!". "The $20 and $35 options are not for your car! $65 only or go somewhere else, and by the way we will call you in 2 hours". So it shouldn't be a total loss, l asked if they might be able to vacuum the interior while l read my Kindle the next 2 hours. "Shouldn't be a problem," l am told. Well apparently it was as it was! When l was in the sales office I remember the experience was differently. But there are a lot of fish in the sea...

Do not buy a Chrysler Pacifica 2017-2018 unless you plan on putting your life In Jeopardy. Vehicle has serious manufacturing defects stalls while your driving with no warning there have been hundreds of recorded incidents There is a big cover up with this dishonest dealership. Worst customer service just passes the buck. There is a class action lawsuit starting if this has happened to anyone else.

Because of certified mail by Arrigo Dodge, I was asked to remove my public statement and Permanently Cease and Desist from making, posting or disseminating any negative or defamatory statements concerning Mr. Arrigo...etc...

Of course they deny my accusations. I have been a respected practicing pharmacist for over 40 years. I see no reason to lie or accuse anyone of anything that I didn't believe to be true.

BTW
I will never buy a vehicle from and Arrigo dealership. The one star was generous.
Also....NEVER EVER NEVER TAKE OUT A SERVICE CONTRACT OR GAP INSURANCE< AND DON"T PREPAY FOR SERVICE>>YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF YOU JEEP GOES UP IN FLAMES.

Worse experience ever!! Service rep had no petsonality whatsoever. Called and made an appt for 10 a.m. I arrived on time and it took over an hour an a half to get this...a replacement key fobe . REALLY. This was my very visit and my last. After an hour an a half I had to find the rep and ask how much longer?? So very happy I made an appt. Yeah right!! Had I walked in, it may have taken upwards to 3-4 hrs. I don't know about rep, but my time us valuable. I always owned a Lexus, first Jeep. The customer service at Lexus is 5 star.

Brought my 2015 Jeep Renegade in for an Oil Change...

Brought my 2015 Jeep Renegade in for an Oil Change and to look at the Blue Tooth and Ignition. Greeted by who I now know was the Service manager and when I gave my name, he had no idea why I was there (kinda scary since I gave all of this information to the lady who took the reservation). When I mentioned the Blue Tooth - he inquired about my phone (Iphone 6) and then proceeded to tell me that it was the phone and he would get my service writer, Mike. Mike came out and also did not know why I was there so I had to tell him all the details again. Same discussion on the Blue Tooth - I told him that the vehicle was covered under warranty and I wanted my complaint looked at - he then began to yell at me that he didn't have to take this and that I needed to get a life. I was in my jeep and couldn't get out and was shaking in fear that he might actually hit me. I asked for the Service manager and after screaming at me a little while longer, he walks off. I then get out of my Jeep and inquire if the Service Manager was there, the man that came out was the man that greeted me when I first brought the vehicle in. He once again asked me what my visit was for - the scary part here was that three times I was asked why I was there an yet no one could remember why I was there - when I left, what would they have serviced when they didn't know why I was there? I went into the dealership and asked to speak to the general manager who is JOn Arrigo. He of course was not there. When he called me, he also verbally attacked me letting me know that he has 200+ vehicles go through his service department and that they do not know why you are there and he is okay with this. He also is okay with his employees treating his customers in a combative nature. Needless to say, I contacted Chrysler-Jeep to register this complaint which John Arrigo told me to hang up with them (I didn't listen). Do not recommend this place to anyone - and if you do, be sure to have 911 on speed dial in case the aggressive employees come swinging.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service!!!! i made an appointment (see picture of call) for a safety recall and check engine light/entertainment center failure for Aug 28 2019 at 09:30 am.. I sent my wife and she arrived at 09:26am. she was instructed to park the car on the right lane and she went to see the lady that received the clients, she was told that no appointment was made, she call me and I ask to talk to the employee at the beginning she sis not want to talk and i insisted and she spoke with me and i told that i did made the apt and she kept saying that she is just helping and she did not made the apt and i ask for the service manager but he never came out. I called and left a message for the service manager and he called me later and he did found the appointment in the system, i told him to talk to his employee since by that time they wasted my wife's time and she had left and i ask for a call back after hi figure out the issue... i never received a call back, that lady was rude also, customer service has issues, Arrigo needs to fix the mess they have as you come to drop off your very hard earn money invested on a SUV worth almost 50k... when it comes buying great but to fix it after is a problem and is not the first time, in 2015 i had a problem here with a grand Cherokee brand new so in 4 years still service has a problem. Hop we don't have an accident until they fix the safety recall..

I ll never buy a vehicle from Arrigo Dodge Chrysle...

I ll never buy a vehicle from Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram West Palm Beach again. The brakes on my Jeep squeaked when I bought it and I was told it was fine and if it didn t go away they would take care of it. I was told this by my salesman as well as the sales manager. After a couple of months of waiting for the break squeal to go away, I took it back to the dealer and was told nothing is wrong. The brake rotor that is squealing is scarred and would need replacing to stop the noise.

Is this a serious mechanical problem? No. Is it annoying? Yes. Should this be an issue on a vehicle with only 15,000 miles on it and still under factory warranty as well as the additional warranty I purchased from them? No, this shouldn t be an issue. I was told it would be fixed if it didn t go away on its own.

I shook the sales managers hand and took him at his word. Where I come from, your word backed up by a handshake is all you have. I guess at Arrigo West Palm, they don t view it the same way.

I still would have bought a vehicle from Arrigo if they would have told me they wouldn t fix the brakes down the road, I just would have bought one without squeaking brakes.

You would think after purchasing an extended warranty for $3000 and paying their dealer fee of over $800, they would at least take the time to honor their word or worked out something to get it taken care of.

The new brake rotor would have cost them under $200 in parts and labor at their cost maybe less. Honestly they could have probably taken a half hour and turned the rotor and it would have fixed the issue. That $200 cost them a lifetime customer and I hope this post costs them more customers. It s dealers like this that give the industry a bad name.

If you buy a vehicle from Arrigo, do yourself a favor and take it by an independent auto shop on your test drive and have them take a look at it. Better yet, buy a vehicle from someone who will follow up on their end of the deal even after the papers are signed.

I went into their parts store with my correct vin number , and they still sold me the wrong transmission fluid I was told the transmission filter was serviceable and it wasn't. I go to my mechanic and find out everything wrong then wait 3 hours on the correct fluid. As for my 165 bucks they said I would get a refund and I ain't seen nothing yet because they sent my refund check to the wrong address I'm very disappointed and having to still wait for for my funds is utterly ridiculous they messed up with me big time and I can't take this place seriously. I'm very disappointed Arigo where's my refund.

My wife and I went to this dealership on July 15 2...

My wife and I went to this dealership on July 15 2018 with every intention of buying a new car. It was going great! Awesome time test driving the car and we were ready to purchase/ Order my car. Sitting in the waiting room some "Genius" decides to move a mini van out of the way so they can move a show room car outside. This "Genius" then forgets how to work the shifter and drives the van into the desk that my wife and my 5 month old son were sitting at. Needless to say not a single apology is given, just a casual "you ok"? I'm pissed at this point and my wife and son and shaken....insteaf my wife calms me down and says let's move to another desk. As we are sitting at the desk the same "Genius' decides to move a Jeep Wrangler in reverse to our desk. This time the sales person sees it and stops him. The manager a big man wearing too much gold decides to walk up to us and say "If they buy the car fill up the gas tank"...once again not even an apology. I have a question to Jim Arriogo is this in your policy to move vechicals while occupants are in the building? And don't worry Jim I bought the car somewhere else! This incident still doesn't sit well with me, and I hope you learn from it and train your employees and managers better.

They had my car for 3 weeks and argued back and forth that it wasn't the cv axles having issues when my husband is a mechanic and told them exactly what was going on. They tried saying it was the strut mounts and when we wouldn't pay to have that fixed since it wasn't under factory warranty according to them they then said it was the wheel bearing and that both were covered. So we had them replace both parts, got the car back and no strut mounts done and the right cv axle was replaced and they said nothing about it after we told them that was the issue from the beginning. They had no need to keep my car for 3 weeks!

Worst experience!! My third visit to this service center and my last. Unprofessional and inconsiderate staff member I had taking care of my vehicle. My car was returned to me with the center console falling apart, that was not the way I handed them my vehicle. No work was done inside my car only underneath. And no one can seem to give me an answer as to what happened. Left message for the service manager got no call back. Is this good customer service???

This may be the worst place to buy a car, but it's an even worse place to have it serviced. I bought a Jeep from them which turned out to be a lemon. Worse yet, I bought a warranty with the car that is completely useless. I pay every month for that warranty because it was financed as part of the cost of the Jeep. Its clutch failed at under 20,000 miles. When he informed me the repair wasn't covered by their "warranty" the service advisor lied to me about how much the repair would cost. When I went in to pick it up and complained the service manager blamed it on my driving. I drove a Toyota stick shift for over 250,000 miles and the clutch never failed. If you chose to buy a car here you've already made a bad decision, but whatever you do don't pay extra for their warranty and don't trust the "service advisor" or the "service manager"

My husband and I had amazing customer service at Arrigo Dodge in West Palm . From the moment we called to find out if a vehicle was still available the receptionist was friendly and very accommodating . Within minutes after our phone call we arrived to find the vehicle we wanted to look at was already parked our front ready for us. We were immediately greeted by Jesus . He was extremely professional , helpful and had a very friendly personality . Our entire experience including the finance department was nothing but impressive . We left yesterday with a beautiful Dodge truck ! Thank you Jesus and the rest of the employees that assisted us last night !

I set up an appointment with the business office to close the transaction of the purchase of a new vehicle. I called from the day before and spoke with the business person closing the deal and that I wanted to have everything ready upon my arrival the following day. The lack of communication between the departments is in dire need of a serious overhaul. The person was not there when I arrived. The assigned another person that had no idea of my deal and began to argue with me about my financial decisions and that I should never turn money away. I make my own financial decisions and I borrow money from the best market price that I can acquire and that should be the end of that. Will I buy from them again? Perhaps. Would I recommend? Yes, but like anything else, do your homework and come prepare for striking a deal and have your finances in order.

Very large inventory to choose from. Scott Rice was my Sales Rep and he is very knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy and a pleasure to be with. Allison Mattox is my past sales rep and current Service Advisor and she is excellent too work with. Only negative is how you are greeted when you walk into the show room. To quote a commercial for Carmax, you feel like you are being "pounced on". There are always 3 or more sales staff hovering around the reception desk waiting for the next person to walk in the door. I miss the dealerships where sales staff are called by the receptionist if needed.

I went in wanting to purchase a used vehicle that ...

I went in wanting to purchase a used vehicle that I saw on their website for $4k and they indicated with the mileage and year I would not able to finance that vehicle. After discussing it with the Internet Sales person, Luis Pizzaro, I indicated I would then entertain a vehicle under $10k preferably one in the $5k value and he bait and switched me to one that was for $12k. After back and forth dealings, the best deal that they were able to do was $10k and I advised that I could not afford that payment. The salesman became rude and was pressuring me to purchase this vehicle and I indicated I would not be able to afford the payment. I then asked what my trade-In value on my vehicle was and they provided me with an insulting offer therefore, I advised I would probably have to go to Miami to find something. He insulted me for doing that indicating, "Good Luck in Miami they don't sell reliable vehicles down their for what you're looking for". I explained as a veteran I'm living on a limited budget and can't get in to a car I can't afford and he pretty much dismissed my service in the Marines as a vet.
Folks, be careful if this salesman approaches you to sell as his greedy appetite is bigger than wanting to help you. He is looking after his pockets before yours and will try everything to get you in a car you can't afford.

Having purchased my other vehicle from them in the past, went to other dealers first, and there last, not really expecting much, because I THOUGHT had an unbeatable deal. And I was WRONG.
Got the vehicle I wanted and the right price!
Daniel Cucu was my salesperson on the first sale and on this one too. Highly recommended!!!
Since vehicle was not in stock, it was delivered to me the next day. :)
Something negative? Yes, the finance office needs better dusting in the plants!
Overall great experience.
Also the after-the-sale follow up was better than my first experience. AKA dealer employees asking for a feedback and been impatient. That may explain why the other person is NOT longer there.

Went there for the passenger side airbag recall for my Dodge Ram. Soon after the service, the airbag light started coming on randomly. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Some days I can drive it 20+ miles without it coming on, other days I can't drive it 20 feet without it coming on. I brought it back and they want to charge me $165 for a diagnostic fee for the problem they created. Thanks for nothing Arrigo.

Salesman Homberto(Homer) was pleasant and easy to deal with while test driving to see what we liked before we dealt. Only issues were manager wouldn't budge on the price when I know there was room to wiggle. Also, 3 out of 4 of the cars we looked at on the used lot had issues that should have been fixed prior to being on the lot. The air-conditioner did not work in one of the challengers, one of the Chargers had an ABS brake light and traction control warning light on that would not go off so we did not even drive that one. The other charger had major wobbling in the front end with either the hubs wheels or tires. The side of one of the tires was lacerated. None of these things should have been present with the cars on the lot and should have been fixed prior. I want to say that I would go back to work with Homer when we are ready to purchase, but I am not sure of my confidence in this dealership in their used inventory.

Arrigo turned a pleasant buying experience into a ...

Arrigo turned a pleasant buying experience into a real letdown and the dealership manager, Don, could care less.

It all started back in March (2015) when I stopped by Arrigo to look at a new car I was thinking of leasing.

After finding a solid deal on a 2015 Cherokee lease, I told the staff I would be back sometime in the next few weeks because I didn't have my title in hand and would have to get it from my previous residence.

I was told by both the sales person and on of the finance directors that this was no problem and they could put a hold on my account via a "lost title" charge for about $150 or so. Since I didn't want to be out $150 for no reason I told them I would simply come back when I had the title in hand and there was no reason to rush into this.

Once again, they promised me that this was simply a hold and that if I brought the lease back within a couple weeks, they would refund me the lost title fee. So I said, okay no problem, we have a deal and I leased the car.

48 hours later I dropped the title off, IN PERSON and was told my check would be in the mail.

Two weeks go by and I call the finance department and they say I should have the check any day.

Another week goes by and I still have nothing, so I text my salesperson (Allison) and she too confirms I should have the check any day.

NOTE: I still have all of these texts.

Another week goes by so I again call my salesperson and she says she'll look into it and call me back. I tell her enough is enough and I need her to figure this out while I am on the phone. She comes back about 5 minutes later and tells me that "lost title" fees can not be refunded. I'm not sure why they told me the could put a hold on the title, only to then declare it lost. It made no sense, especially when you consider it was Arrigo who was ADAMANT they could put a hold on it for me...

I remind Alison that both she and the finance director explicitly stated otherwise, which she confirmed and apologized for. She then said she'd talk to the dealership manager and get back to me. She talked to this guy but he refused to budge on the refund even though both his salesperson and a Finance DIRECTOR had both assured my otherwise, multiple times.

I ask why I was told there was a check in the mail by multiple people and departments and they couldn't answer that question. My guess is no one even bothered to check.

I called the dealership manager, Don, multiple times and left multiple messages but he never even had the decency to call me back. I eventually had to leave it there because it just wasn't worth my time anymore...

Well, karma did take over about five months later. During an ops meeting for the business I work for, the executive team was discussing the need to replace an aging fleet of high-end SUVs for use at our various properties. And guess who was on their short list? Arrigo.

I immediately shared my story with the CEO and other executives and just like that, Arrigo was off their short list. We ended up going with another dealership and purchased (12) 2016 Tahoes in January of this year.

After this, I felt a bit better about the situation but will never do business with Arrigo again. It's funny too, because during the sale I told the Allsion how I also planned to purchase a Grand Cherokee for myself and giving the Cherokee to my wife... Needless to say, I didn't buy from Arrigo

For about $150, Arrigo lost a huge amount of business, 12 cars just this year (13 if you count the Grand Cherokee I was going to buy from them) and who knows how much business we would have done with them in the future...

My message to management would be to follow through on your promises and treat every customer with respect because you'll never know when your bad deeds will come back to haunt you!

I will never buy another car from the dealership and I have already advised multiple friends and co-workers to to the same.

What a shame...

The salesman Russ told me repeatedly on the phone ...

The salesman Russ told me repeatedly on the phone he had the truck I wanted which is a 2500 Cummins longbed Laramie. I repeatedly confirmed and when I arrived he pulled around in a 3500 Dually. He knows God damn well what I wanted and he is a scam artist. Do not walk into this dealership.. save yourself

Life always has hiccups.......FIRST OFF Thank you ...

Life always has hiccups.......FIRST OFF Thank you to Mr Richardson, G. our sales man the service and patience was second to none, Eric the sales manager was very creative and helpful, and after waiting 24 hr (life's hiccup) Lou Benedetto took over as finance manger and made it so peaceful. To rewind a few days prior I was trying to trade my lease in at Hyundai where I leased it at... well lets just say GIANT fail. That's when Mr. Richardson and Eric did a awesome job 0 down just a tad higher on the monthly but, My wife is happy so LIFE IS GOOD. Just remember yes Arrigo West Palm is a high volume dealer, and while you'll read negative comments which I'm not excusing ask your self if the commenter is embellishing the truth or were the being realistic when the had their experience. Arrigo is a high volume dealer for a reason! Mr Arrigo does and will call you back if you decide to leave him a voice-mail I'm sure that's one costly complaint department. This is my family's 7th car between me my daughter and my parents. Thank you!! Victor R
