Admittedly, I'm about three months late in writing...

Admittedly, I'm about three months late in writing this. However, in this particular instance, I'm quite sure that there are many car shoppers and "ready-to-buy" car buyers out there who would really appreciate what I have to say.

This is all about my positive and refreshingly pleasant experience working with a caring, honest, hard-working and genuinely nice guy - an overall "Great Salesman" - Steve Goldberg, at ARRIGO Dodge in West Palm Beach.

Prior to meeting-up with Steve, I had spent several months of back and forth flip-flopping over whether or not I should buy another Grand Cherokee - OR - take the plunge and go for my own personal FUN MACHINE by purchasing a new Challenger SRT 392 ... in Plum Crazy Purple!! Once I decided on the Challenger, I spent many hours researching competitive offers, both online and by visiting numerous South Florida Dodge Dealerships. With my various hand-written information sheets in-hand - ranging from TrueCar quotes, online and local dealer quotes, financing rates - along with the ever-important range of trade-in numbers on my '14 Jeep Grand Cherokee ... from Kelly Blue Book, Black Book, Edmunds and other sources, I was ready to place a special order for my new Plum Crazy Challenger SRT. Although I' had bought/leased through the Arrigo Sawgrass location in the past, this time I wanted to visit their West Palm location (mostly because they had a similarly equipped SRT that I could test drive).

I was introduced to my sales person, Steve Goldberg, and immediately, I knew he was different. Extremely pleasant, understanding and knowledgeable, Steve knew I was a serious buyer AND that I was thoroughly familiar the exact car I wanted ... equipment, package(s), color and most importantly, PRICE. After a very convincing test-drive, we went in and started on the paperwork. No hard selling of any kind, no feelings of nervousness ... Thanks to Steve and his kind demeanor, walking me through the entire process like an old friend, there were NO PROBLEMS whatsoever!

The estimated "Wait-Time" for my Challenger to be built and its ultimate arrival at Arrigo's lot, was 8 to 12 weeks. Excited as one could possibly be, I felt like my much younger self decades ago ... I called Steve every couple of weeks for updates on my cars' delivery. He was always more than accommodating with his time and understanding ... providing whatever new information he could. I've NEVER done business with anyone who showed as much interest and honestly cared about "MY Satisfaction" more than Steve Goldberg.

And so, here's my final message to ANYONE who's considering the purchase or lease of a Dodge, Chrysler, JEEP or RAM vehicle: (1) Do your homework and know your numbers, then (2) take yourself over to see Steve Goldberg at ARRIGO in West Palm Beach.

Doing those two things will ensure you of being treated with respect, honesty and personalized care like never before ... PLUS, the end result will have you smiling all the way home, knowing you just got the absolute BEST DEAL on the Arrigo Vehicle of your choosing!
