Came into arrigo service oil change. My appointment was at 8am. After 2 and half hours my truck finally goes in for the service. 2 hours later my trucks done. 4.5 hours for an oil change is unbelievable. Today I'm here for a simple part change on my door, my appointment was at 9. Came here 30 min early because I figured it may go in earlier, well 9:40am I'm starring at my truck on the back lot. Looks like another day wasted for something I could have done in my own drkveway. Last time I come here for service. Disgusting.

Went to the dealership and got sold all this warranty products and the got the serial number they stick on your glass the finance manager told it would help the police recover my vehicle if it is stolen come to find all the warranty and this serial number is just a scam to make the dealership money. Also when financing my truck they make it seem affordable by reducing your monthly payments not pointing out they are increasing your months ultimately paying more for my truck...the financing manager and salespeople have zero interest in taking care of the customer instead all interest is in ripping you off

AWFUL experience with the body shop/car rental services. Its been a week since I got my car back and still disputing billing issues. Customer service at the Body shop is a nightmare has terrible communication and never follows up or keeps you up to date with the status of the vehicle. I have been getting the run around since the car was estimated to be ready, I was never advised when the vehicle was ready for pick up despite how many times I called to check the status of the vehicle. The work itself on the vehicle was great I cant take that away from the work done one it but brace yourself for the lack of help you get from the front desk. Regret having to take my car in, don't find myself returning or referring them to anyone.

and to top it off, the girl who treated me badly, I do not know her name but I remember wearing an earring on her nose; It seems that he did not like the way I speak English.

I purchased a used Chrysler 300c from a private party and took the car into Arrigo for some scheduled maintenance I knew it needed. After the car was in the service bay for half an hour, my service writer came out with a list of "suggested items". When he took me outside to tell me about it in private, I knew something questionable was going on. Sure enough, the out the door price of his suggested repairs totaled over $3,000. These repairs included new rotors, brake pads, a battery, fluids, etc. I saw through it, but what really bothered me was when I saw him pulling the same scheme with nearly everyone else in the waiting room, including an elderly couple. He clearly had no problem screwing anybody. Make sure you get a second opinion if you insist on taking your business here.

I took my Jeep to Arrigo for an on going electrical problem that other dealers have been unable to solve. John and Scott in service listened to the issue, took time while I was there to do some research and determined what it would take to do the repair. The parts were ordered with no out of pocket expense to me and I was called when the parts came in to make an appointment. I went in first thing on Monday morning and they got to work on it. They got everything done earlier then predicted and it was fixed correctly.

Saw a minivan online that I wanted and went to see it after work. Turned out the price online was a lot lower than the sticker. No haggling, speedy trade in appraisal. Finance manager made sure I got approved, and I was out the door. They knew I was in a hurry so they rainchecked the detail and gas and got me on my way. Took complete care of my needs and have an amazing deal on an amazing Van. Will definitely be returning for future business.

The only reason I took my Crossfire to Arrigo is that I purchased the car there and they claim a Crossfire expert. I've about run out of patience with Arrigo service.

Well, it's a car agency. But a good one. A lot less hassle, they'll try to give you the best price at the beginning to avoid the never ending "lemme ask my manager" routine. It's almost working. Ended up getting a Dodge grand caravan. But had problems with the silly insurance company. Was on the phone for over an hour. At some point my phone died, no problem, they gave me a cable, I know, it's elementary, but at no point during that time did I feel pressed for time or did anyone gave me that impression. The sales associate was super helpful, professional and patient over this long, long unexpected procedure. ( thanks Kurt).

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but the prices for what they charge for basically every service are higher than you will find at local shops (I get oil changes included but went elsewhere for new tires, etc). Late night hours during the week are convenient.

I was scared in the beginning because I was going to make a huge commitment but with the guidance of Dean he was honest and sincere since the beginning everything went smooth. I love how not only your operator avoids my calls by picking up and quickly hanging up (I can hear her voice for a second) and no one answers your service line during business hours. So not only could I not retrieve something important out of my car if it were an emergency but I can t even figure out where it is on service. Left the service center unsatisfied, dissapointed and probably won't be going back.

Backstory - I have a 2013 Ram 1500 that I purchased brand new from this exact dealership. I have had all the scheduled maintenance and recalls checked at this location as well. I recently noticed that the windshield side molding on the passenger side had lifted out of it's groove between the A-pillar and windshield. Closer inspection showed that this molding is held in place with the help of side molding clips, which were completely rusted through. These clips are fastened to the A-pillar with rivets. Now my concern is that water intrusion into this post would cause a much larger problem down the road. Bare in mind, this is only a 5 year old vehicle with 50k miles! I checked the MOPAR website and found that they sell the parts needed for this repair. But I wanted a professional opinion and scheduled to have my truck looked at for what I thought would be a simple repair, along with oil change and recall checks.

When I came in, I spoke to Frank, who was my assigned service rep and I explained to him the problem and my concern. After a 2 hour wait, Frank returned and told me that unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do for me. He said the techs looked at it and weren't confident that they could remove the rivets without breaking the windshield, so they weren't even going to try. You can imagine the dumbfounded look on my face! I asked him how could they sell the parts to fix this but not be able to fix it. He shrugged his shoulders and said I could try a windshield repair company. I'm literally scratching my head at this point but after waiting so long, I don't have it in me to keep asking "why?"

I contacted Safelite and they told me they only deal with broken or cracked windshields and that I should contact my dealer service center.

So now im back to square one. I usually don't like leaving negative comments but this was unsatisfactory. Nothing was done to help solve my problem and now I'm left trying to figure it out on my own. I would expect that the service techs should be able to repair anything bumper to bumper on these vehicles, and if they are not confident, then are you hiring the best?

I just had an excellent experience with Donna in the sales department at Arrigo. She just made my experience buying a Chrysler Pacifica Platinum Plug in Hybrid outstanding!!

Arrigo had exactly the vehicle my wife wanted and I was able to negotiate really quickly over the phone with Donna even from 2 hrs away in Indialantic, Florida. They quickly hit a price that I couldn t believe, and were able to process the sale fast when I got to their dealership.

My wife absolutely loves the car. She has gone a whole week operating entirely as an electric vehicle without using any gas. Even though it is a mini-van the car looks so good that it has turned many heads in the neighborhood. My kids won t even ride in my 2015 Yukon Denali any longer because it isn t as cool as the Pacifica with it s touch screen gaming system. After seeing it we have 2 neighbors seriously considering buying the same car before the end of the year to get the $7500 electric vehicle tax credit before it goes away in 2018. If you are looking for a Chrysler I recommend Arrigo and please ask for Donna, she is amazing.

From the very beginning they treated me as a VIP customer even though I didn't even purchase from them. I will only return to them for my service needs. They never put nothing on seat or floor carpet to protect from oil or grease and now I have stains in my seat and carpet, the guy that did the oil change I guess he never clean his hands before getting back on car and the steering wheel had oil and finger prints disgusting I had to take the car to the car wash and still smells like oil inside cab I was on a rush and never realized all this until got to work and saw everything and the smell while driving

I purchased a car in July 2019 from this dealership a used car with 20k miles on it. I went ahead and purchased the extended warranty and maintenance warranty. When i purchased the car they said they inspected it and everything was good to go. Within the first week of owning the car the lights wouldn't turn off in the car. I made an appointment with service went in and they stated oh looks like someone did an aftermarket alarm system in the car that is not covered by warranty. I had to argue aggressively and say i purchased the car three days ago you guys did an inspection and i purchased the extended warranty. They ended up covering it. Now it's been four months down the road and something keeps screeching when i drive. I take in for service and to check it out they say oh looks like someone did an after market mod to the exhaust we don't cover that under warranty. They took pictures to void the warranty for anything exhaust related. Looking at the pictures together the pipes were rusted and old looking i said so i purchased this car in July you all inspected the car and said good to go....so if i did a mod to the car after the fact wouldn't those pipes look new or do you think i would purchase rusty pipes to upgrade my car. They said sorry we won't cover it under warranty even though they sold it to me like this. Then acting like he got me a deal he is like don't worry we got the oil changed covered....No you didn't dude i paid for the maintenance plan it should be covered. Then they went on to charge me an inspection fee for finding something they should have found when they sold me the car. This dealership is a bunch of frauds who sell warranties for cars, don't inspect them, and then won't cover anything on the car they sold to you. I'm having to spend my hard earned money for these Arrigo brothers to sit back and scam people. What kind of business is being run here are you about customer service or just taking people's money and scamming them?
To top it off they kept my car overnight when i called and asked about an update no call back for four hours. I dropped the car off at 7:30 in the morning and didn't receive a call until 5:27 in the afternoon.I asked for a loaner they said well since it's not under warranty we won't cover a loaner. Well then can i have my car back they said oh it's still up on the rack and we are about to close can you be here in five minutes? Now i had to find transportation to and from work and home. Come back to pick up my car in the morning it's filthy, the plastic is still in the car from their shop. Just ridiculous!

Tried to make a service appointment over the phone but the woman at the service department said i can't because their system is down but they will call me in a few hours to schedule one. That was 2 days ago and no phone call from them so i went to another Dodge dealer to get the scheduled maintenance done. This would've been my third visit at Arrigo service, the first two was a disaster but i decided to give it a try again. It was a mistake and i won't bother in the future. Don't recommend the service department to my enemy

Was thinking about getting a new car here but just because of the service department I don t think I will. I waited 3 hours with my family member while getting a simple oil change and when we asked if we were next all the guy could say was maybe . Simple customer service is not found here.

The folks who meet you, greet you, & take care of you couldn't be nicer! The texting updates is gengus! The redecorated waiting lounge is very thoughtfully designed, and now fruit and pastries are available with the coffee! Alas, for non-coffee drinkers, we still have to pay for a bottle of water if we decline the water fountain/cooler. Even MD Now waiting rooms have in a small fridge small bottles of water! But I've onlyonly recommending this for 6 years..... I shall also recommend you add in the back corner, much as you'd see at other waiting areas, a "children's table," with 'quiet' children's toys, games, and coloring/reading books. Or even a smaller tv with low-set volume on a children's channel! This would all do something few parents seem to do - keep them occupied, and happy! Kids happy = parents happy...as well as the rest of us needing to sit there, usually for several hours at a time.

Worst service I have experienced! It took 20 minutes for someone to finally help me. I was told my service was going to be an hour to an hour and a half. It was 4 hours just for an oil change. In other dealers I have been to they usually walk you to your vehicle not just hand you your keys. In addition, I called multiple times asking when my car would be ready and nobody was aware of who my service advisor was. Seemed very unprofessional over the phone. Also, they did not even do a complimentary car wash as other dealerships would nor did they replace the sticker that shows when my next oil change is due. Would give zero stars if I could. Will not come back here and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

My sales person was great. Service department? Forget about it. Service department is worst of any dealership you will find. Your better off servicing your car at home in your garage.
About the only thing they are good at is their funny commercials with those two Arrigo brothers and the service department feels like a circus and you the customer is the clown in the center ring!

I bought a brand new Challenger from Ashley Mannarino! It was my first car purchase, so I was a bit anxious. Ashely walked me through the entire process from beginning till the end and made sure, number 1, I found the car that I loved and 2...made sure I got a great deal that I was happy with. She understood my needs and my financially comfortability and presented options that fit within those perimeters. I couldn t be happy with my decision and have referred two of my friends to her. The feedback I got from them was the exact same...they loved her! Thanks Arrigo for finding a good apple is the car sales game. Your used car manager...I can t say the same for!

The sales experience was not good at all maybe it is how they are trained but I chose not to buy from them. I told them what I wanted to pay and what truck I was looking for. If they could not do the deal just say so. Seems like they just wanted to waste my time. Kept having the so called sales manger keep going back and forth between me and the finance manager on price. I was paying cash no financing for a 52,000 MSRP truck. Just felt like I was being jerked around. After they finally let me leave. I called the Arrigo Ft Pierce location told them the truck I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. The Ft Pierce location called me back said they would do the deal and that was it. I had my truck that evening. No dealing with sales managers and finance mangers at Ft Pierce. Just a wonderful sales person James Saunders. Go to Ft Pierce it is well worth the drive.

Now for Arrigo West Palm Service. I would like to start off by saying Phil Fezza and Bill in service are great people. But that is where the good ends. I dealt with one service guy that made me a very calm and controlled father want to just wring his neck. How does he still have his job? I will not name names for horrible people as I do not think that is right but he knows who he is. Also I have a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie, I do not know if I should attribute the problem to Ram or this service department but my truck is in their service department as I write this for the 5th time for the same exact problem. Yes the truck is going to be lemon lawed but still I have to drive it and deal with the breakdowns until a replacement arrives. How can you not fix a truck after 4 attempts and in for its 5th? However like I said it could just be RAM's fault for the issues, you can be the judge on that one. Also on its 3rd repair at that dealership it was there for 17 days or so and when I got it back it had overspray on it from sitting in the back lot for so long. I will not go into the extreme disgruntlement I have with that. Needless to say I will make arrangements for my replacement truck to never go to that dealership for service.

My husband and I were very impressed at the service in Arrigo until last week. We received a call Wednesday that they had the part for my truck RAM 1500 that had to be worked on due to a recall. We went in Friday early and was told it should be ready in the afternoon. They called us late afternoon to say they didn't finish and we need to wait until Saturday noon. We called after 12 PM Saturday and was told that they never had the part to begin with as it's on national back order. No one had told us this. I don't understand why they even called us to come. Wasted our two days. The service person Calvin did not have the integrity to tell us they never had the part. Not sure why they even held on to our truck for two days. When we spoke with the service manager, she was the one getting upset with us and telling us to get there to pick up the truck. Really bad service and just because Calvin went on a day off that Saturday no one seem to know what was going on with our truck. I had to demand to speak with the service manager who ended up not being helpful either. Be up and up and respect people's time. They should allow for zero star because even one is not deserved by this kind of poor service.

UPDATE: 09/30/2019

This is an update to my last review.On September 25, we received a call that the part is now available and we can go back on Friday to have the part installed. Calvin assisted my husband and worked on getting the part installed right away. My husband was out of there with in half hour. Thank you for rectifying this issue. We understand we all make mistakes. But what matters is how we correct those mistakes. Thank you. We are back to being a very satisfied customer.
