We bought a Dodge Ram Van brand new in 2016. We were given a spare key in an envelope. We never needed the key until now and when we retrieved the key from its original envelope given to us by the dealer, it was the wrong key and did not work. No problem we thought. They would fix their error and give us the correct key. Wrong! We were spoken to rudely and arrogantly and told we should have checked the spare key before we left and it would cost $260 to get a new key. Not what we expected but the treatment we received.
