I was first told that they recommend synatectic oil. I decided to go with the synetic blend. I got a call telling me it was required after I already dropped off the car and was going to use a coupon which when I picked up the car they said the coupon was not for that type of oil. They didn t charge me for the tire rotation but it wasn t a good experience. Then they didn t wash my car when I specifically asked them. I was busy and had to go but just overall a bad experience to say the least

The first time I got my car at this place it was very pleasant. Just recently I trade in my car and I have to say I will never go to this place again. I felt like they didn't care, they lie about it being the same exact car as my old one. What 2018 car doesn't have a blue tooth, on top of it the next day the gear shift was stuck. We tried calling arrigo no one would call back. I got a brand new car that didn't match up to my 2014 car, I will never recommend anyone to this place.

This dealership is like no other! Starting with my salesman Miles, whom I hate to label as a salesman he's more like a guidance counselor placed there to ensure that you get exactly what you're looking for and he was extremely knowledgeable on every question I had and even provided important answers to questions I didn't ask. Next the manager Nelson is unlike other dealership managers. He was so transparent about pricing that he encouraged me to compare against other local dealers, I did, only to find out he was correct however, if they had not been better priced I would have still bought from them simply because of the trust I felt with them. Finally, the finance guy spent time explaining and breaking down every line item and going out of his way looking for ways to ensure that I was receiving the best rate, most discounts and fed me so many details I feel I finally understand how the whole trade in, interest rates, resale and buying process works! Bottom line this dealership and specifically these three guys have truly changed my experience with purchasing a new vehicle and without hesitation I will be buying from them again and would encourage anyone who is looking for a vehicle to stop by them first. Oh yeah, I love my new Jeep too!

Lots of options on the lot and very nice facility. Great service from Scott Rice, he is genuinely friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back to Arrigo and would absolutely ask for Scott again, even though everyone we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. Only a slight mix-up with service but handled very easily and quickly. Very happy!

I literally came in there to look for the Wrangler I was planning on getting in July. But fortunately for me I was able to have Steve Goldberg as my salesman. He literally didn't pressure me about anything and took the time to take me all over their lot to really see what my options were. Now I've been doing my research and I knew overall that Arrigo Palm Beach had great deals on Wranglers, but Steve was able to give me an even better deal and help me get out of my current car situation. Overall they provided me with great customer service, but definitely go talk to Steve because he's patient, understandable, will help you with just about anything you need and give you the best deals.

I will never come to this dealer after how difficult it was to try and schedule service and for them to answer questions regarding my warranty. I was told I'd be called back (never did), on hold for an hour one time, on hold 15 minutes another time, hung up on, spoke to rudely and condescending by Philip sales manager, and Carla refusing to allow me to speak with a manager. Pathetic.

Ok, I have to start by saying Arrigo has done a great job with their approach to providing you with the best price without having to go back and forth for hours. While there is still some negotiation I was very impressed with the pricing they provided me after I inquired on their website about a vehicle they had in stock. The pricing they offered was very competitive right from the start.

Now what I like is I told my sales associate that I have excellent credit and was interested in leasing. Also, I wanted to do a true sign and drive with EVERYTHING rolled in so I just sign and drive off. Since I have great credit I have never put money down on a lease. No sense in buying your monthly down on a car you don't own.
I was not hassled to run my credit before they could give me a price or was I pressures in anyway. The only thing they wanted to know is If was willing to do the deal that day. I said upfront I was planning on test driving another vehicle later that day and if I did not like it yes I was ready.

Now, being Black Friday, end of the month, and almost end of the year with the 2016 models in and them trying to move out the 2015's that may have helped in my deal.

They got me in a brand new 2015 with heavy discounts and I was very surprised that they could since it was a lease and usually they have better rates on the newest models.

Either way I am very happy with Arrigo west palm beach and my sales associate from start to finish.

there was a wait going to the finance manager to finish my paper work. Every office was full of people buying cars that day. No tricks no changing of the numbers, all straight up. Also, no crazy pitch on extra options or warranty. They usually so that when you are buying rather leasing, but I have had numerous dealerships pitch it on leases so this was refreshing.

Do your research online, know your numbers and price range and you will be fine.

Wonderful experience. Had a dashboard engine light on for 2 days and the inspection revealed a failing battery which you replaced . A half hour later the engine light disappeared and I didnt need to schedule further diagnostic testing. Thankyou. Arrigo

Service department is a joke, do not bother lettin...

Service department is a joke, do not bother letting them work on your vehicle. Service writers cannot keep track of orders and mechanics do work fast and incorrectly. I've had shock bolts left completely loose, parts broken while doing simple maintenance items, and interior parts marked up from greasy hands. Nothing but issues on EVERY visit. Better off finding a better dealer or do the work yourself if possible.

This service appointment on a Jeep I purchased brand new from Arrigo Palm Beach literally took 4 days to schedule. After calling the phone number listed on the website and pressing the extension for the Service centre, the phone would consistently ring out, unanswered and return to the main voice message again. With no option to leave a voice message myself I tried for a full day without any success reaching Service. I tried again the following day with the same outcome. After several calls, all unanswered by Service, I contacted the Sales department explaining the situation. I was promised that Sales would contact Service with my details. I received absolutely no contact. I tried this same approach the next day asking Sales to reach out to service with literally no response or attempt at contact at all. On the fourth day reaching out to Arrigo (and Service department still leaving ALL of my calls unanswered) I finally had success with a sales agent convincing a service agent to speak with me. During this conversation I explained the work required and due to the delay in scheduling that was out of my control, I would now require a rental car which was approved and cleared as available as well as confirmation that the car tires I needed were absolutely in stock so we confirmed a 2:30pm appointment with an agreed same day finish. Upon arriving on time for the 2:30 appointment, I was told by a service greeter that Dude, you don t even have an appointment to which I responded that I would like to speak with a manger and was then just simply walked away from without response. I went directly to a very unsympathetic and frankly rude cashier to explain the situation and asked to speak to a Service manager. I was told my appointment hadn t even been entered in the system and the manger wasn t available so I left my details and it was agreed the Manager would contact me via phone which never happened. My service advisor Pat Cece was actually very helpful but due to my appointment that took 4 days to confirm never actually being scheduled in the system with Arrigo, I was forced to wait over 45 minutes to provide all necessary information all over again whilst they checked if the requested tires and rental car were still available. Due to this ordeal running far longer than anticipated and my insurance details required for a rental being in my car that had had already been taken away, I had to then decline the rental car and take Uber and Taxis instead which ultimately left me out of pocket and already late for appointments. It was also debated whether the work would be completed the same day despite this being guaranteed when I actually made the appointment. Upon picking up my car after the service, I explained my frustration with a much more helpful cashier named Lacey. She understood what customer service is and explained that I would have more success speaking with a Service Director instead of Service Manager. Again I left my details expecting a call from the Service Director and still have received absolutely no contact with anyone at Arrigo expect for automated messages asking me to rate my experience. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing situation for me and the lack of communication has left me very cautious about purchasing again from Arrigo. I have no complaints about the Automobile itself or the mechanical work performed but but the total lack of communication, the lack of ability to contact the Service department to even schedule an appointment certainly makes me cautious to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I made it clear to several people including those contacting the service manager and director that I was planning the purchase of a second car from Arrigo however the lack of communication, clerical errors and ability to reach anyone has me reconsidering. The fact that weeks later, neither Service Director nor Service Manager EVER bothered to contact me highlights the poor level of communication and level of respect for their customers after purchase. What a disappointing experience.

Rufus Boynton in sales got my wife to our new minivan and we couldn t be happier. It was a longer process, mainly because we are picky but after a custom order and a few weeks of waiting we got exactly what we wanted. Rufus patiently guided us along the way and kept the process smooth and stressful. All and all the whole process was great, we had a good experience. Highly recommend Rufus and I ll be happy to go back to him in the future.

Bad visit.

Bad visit.
The service only took only 30 minutes, which is good. However nobody notified me that it was finished. Almost an hour and a half after arriving I walked to the window of the waiting area wondering why customers that came after me were leaving left and right. I saw my car parked by the cashier area. I walked over and payed my bill. I learned that my car was done much earlier but I wasted another 45 minutes of my valuable time on a work night sitting in the waiting area because nobody came to get me. The service advisor wasn t very apologetic. Very disappointing.

Avoid this place at all cost. After my visit there I seriously think they should replace the definition of je*k in the dictionary with photos of the people who work there. Horrible customer service to the extent where they make you lose your nerve. I went there to find a car for my wife who unfortunately as so many others in this country has a bad credit. The sales guy says that Arrigo is the only dealership who approves bad credit scores, a complete lie since she had already been approved in another place but she changed her mind concerning the type of vehicle she wanted to purchase. For some reason they think because they have all these cars parked outside they are the only dealer in Palm Beach County. My wife found a car she actually liked a lot and we decided to proceed with paperwork. And here is where the joke begins. She got approved for the financing and we were called into Dave's office for finance paperwork. What a dumb f**k. Not only he didn't know how to do his job he had the worst attitude I have seen. From the first moment he started making everything difficult telling me that I wasn't able to put a down payment for my wife because the card would show my name and the loan was under hers. What??? I wanted to start laughing with the guy but anyways I tried to explain him that I had done it before and yes it was possible. Eventually we got over that (oh it is magic) and we signed the papers coming to the point of getting the car insured. I wasted 2 hours of my life on the phone talking to the insurance agent because those idiots they would ask for something different every time. I ended up presenting them with 3 insurance policies at the same time and still it was no good for them to deliver the car. My sales person took me to talk with the manager, a complete idiot who didn't even have the decency to look at me when he was talking(he was doing something on his computer never looked up) just denying my insurance. By that time it was already late and they were closing so I had to leave and go back next day(they ruined my day off). Next day I go back with a new insurance policy having everything they had told me and still they wouldn't accept it, having me redo everything for the FIFTH time all over until I reached the point of asking them to cancel the contract and demanding my money back. They treated us so bad my wife burst into tears once we went outside. They suck, they are awful and they are the biggest crooks I have met in the car business. Stay away from them you have better chances getting what you want at Schumacher or any other dealership in Palm Beach. Don't even bother with them it's a waste of time.

I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade that I bought new fro...

I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade that I bought new from Arrigo 16 months ago with 17,800 miles. The buying experience was good. Unfortunately the clutch burned out prematurely at 17,800 miles. I called the dealership to report and was told I had a 36 month 3 year warranty and roadside assistance and was given their towing services phone number to bring the car in to have the clutch repaired, and set up with Allison as my service advisor. So far so good. Next morning I'm informed by the Dealer that the clutch replacement will cost me $3,400! Naturally I protest and decline the service as I was told to have the car towed in under my 36 mile 36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. I contacted Chrysler Care and the advocate, ammy spoke to the dealership on my behalf and the clutch was repaired and covered 100% with no charge.
So after a shaky start, this dealer did the right thing, and I am recommending them for purchase and service and giving 5 stars.

This pass week I have been stressing and stressing about going in by myself for the first time without my father, I thought they are just going to take advantage of me and not give me any good deals MAN WAS I WRONG! I had an absolutely amazing salesman, his name was Jesus and made my experience better than I could ever imagined. He wasn t the salesman who just wanted to make money off me buying the car from him, he was the salesman who wanted to do everything possible to make sure I was happy, satisfied, understood what exactly was going on and extremely caring. If I could recommend anyone who wants to have a good experience while buying a vehicle go to Jesus! Thank you Jesus for making my experience nothing like I expected and selling me my dream Jeep Grand Cherokee!! I am the happiest girl

The counter people at the parts department are great but, they need more people to keep the wait times down. The service department never answers the phone and when they do I am on hold so long I forget why I called. I kinda feel soured on my Jeep because of these issuses. My other vehicles service deparments where fast and effcient, not so at Arrigo.

Salesman was nice, when I was brought to the back to speak with the old financial guy he seemed like he was is a bad mood, not courteous at all, kinda felt as though he didn't want to take my money. Which ironically did end up happening. They sold the car 20min before they closed when I was scheduled to make the deposit at 9am the next morning. Ended up purchasing from another dealership, same make and model for a cheaper price. This one is not organized.

I can t imagine buying a vehicle any where else!!! My situation was almost impossible, but between Ashley & Ricardo they somehow performed a miracle. Those two managed to get me into exactly what I needed, and got me from the verge of tears to the seat of a truck. They are my heroes and I am so glad I decided to return to Arrigo. Thank you Ashley, Ricardo, and any one else on the team who had anything to do with my new truck, who I ve decided to name Freedom!!!

Had a great purchasing experience but as soon as I left the lot my sales person Dean and the sales manager were done with me. I hate to make that sound so dramatic but it is unfortunately the truth. It is clear that this dealership has so many customers that their customer satisfaction is of no concern.

After the vehicle was washed and detailed while I was signing the paperwork the first thing I noticed when I got in it to leave the dealership was a crack in the windshield. I immediately reached out to the sales person who agreed he also did not see that when we test drove the truck asked me to send him a few pictures which I did and told me to follow up with the sales manager the following day which I also did, and involving this situation I never heard back from the manager however the sales associate contacted me and recommended I call Safelite because it's free in the state of Florida

Later that evening as I was driving my vehicle home I ran into an issue were I lost power. It was right after I had filled up the tank because the dealership allowed me to leave with only a quarter tank of gas knowing that I had a 2 1/2 hour drive home.... But long story short I thought that maybe I had a bad piece of gas and that's what caused the power hesitation I turn the motor off inspected everything turned it back on truck ran great the rest of my ride home. Less than 2000 miles later I have the same hesitation, at this point I decide to take my truck to a local dealership for an inspection long story short $650 later, The only response I received from Arrigo was there's nothing we can do have a nice day..

I purchased a truck from this dealership with the understanding that I was still covered under the factory warranty and with the understanding that It had been inspected and was good to go with a warm and fuzzy feeling that immediately evaporated and I've been left with a two repair costs and a huge distaste for the customer service that I received from both the sales associate and the manager I would not recommend this dealership to anybody, unfortunately.

Took my new Challenger Scat in for an oil change. Showed up just after 8 with one car in front of me. I Went through the Express Lane that says Fast Oil Changes & More. 1 hour later I was done. Not so sure the word express should be used for this. I also have the pleasure of removing the greasy hand prints off of my hood and door. Will never use them for this service again.

I signed the contract under the promise that they will fix 2 thinks and noting got done! (also they had more than 2 weeks time to fix it because i had to transfer money from Europe)
first commend was you have anyway warranty. I had to come back 4 times untill the fixed everything. when i calculate time gas and care use in it it cost me more than $1500!
They don't listen to customers and they lie!

I don't normally leave consumer reviews, but my experience at Arrigo left me compelled to do so. Buying a car can be frustrating, intimidating, and in some cases just too difficult. That being said, let me tell you that my experience with Arrigo Jeep could not have been more pleasant. Working with Danielle was truly a pleasure. Danielle was professional, responsive and showed a genuine concern for what my wants and needs were. I also want to thank the Sales Manager Eric, and the Finance Manager Alex for their commitment to ensuring a smooth transaction. For the record, I shopped around a bit to get the best price on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I am confident that the team at Arrigo came through in a big way. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!

This used to be a great dealership for servicing a vehicle but my last visit was completely awful and took forever. Everything was more expensive and the service area was in chaos. I was confused because I never once had a bad experience so after some digging I was told the Arrigo s no longer owned the company and now this place is a joke. I will never return and I strongly suggest no one else goes here.

I have a dodge dart 2016 which has a guarantee I am explaining my problem and they are mainly mistreating me robert.corman and your translator you are there to help the client not to cheat or humiliate as you are going to tell me to pay something that has already been changed and instead I have no money go when I have it nooooo that's not the attitude is to help me for that you work there
I feel hurt, disappointed my car is not working well I have small children it is not the first time I go there and they never solve the problem they want to live on my money that with so much sacrifice I work to earn it that is not fair

Contacted them about a car we saw on the website, no call back, went down to check it out, it was already sold. Okay, I get it, but take it off the website, it is still there two days later. Saw another car on their website and called about it, was told it was there but they were not going to sell it because it would not pass their safety inspection. WHAT??? Why would you have a car available on the website if you're not going to sell it. WOW something is shady with this place!!

BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!
This auto dealership is based on dishonesty and will take extra money from you and not return the money.
Arrigo has a policy of requesting an additional dollar amount for your trade to cover the trade balance just in case . They will tell you that they will pay off your trade and then send you the difference.
At 30 days after purchasing my vehicle, I called and was told that the check was on the way . It obviously never showed. So I called again at day 40 and was informed that the check was ready and one of the Arrigos had to sign the check and it would be sent out. Obviously, once again, the check did not show.
It has now been 48 days since I purchased my vehicle with no refund of the extra money the Arrigos have taken from me and have thus refused to return. I have called multiple times and left multiple message; very few messages are returned and the staff is less than willing to provide any information.
There s a word for people who take money that is not theirs .THIEVES!!!

We couldn t get what we wanted at first in our price range, but Danielle was able to get us a Jeep Renegade for exactly what we wanted to spend on a monthly payment. She was very professional, super nice & very personable! If you are looking to visit this dealership ask for her, you will not be upset!
