Maurice Roche was very attentive to my needs and budget presenting only the necessity of a vehicle according to my credit in my best interest. He laughed and talked with me throughout the buying process. Maurice checked on me when I went to other areas of the service branch(finance) to make sure I was okay and happy with the payments. Nevertheless, Lennox Young was also attentive to my budget. He checked for additional incentives to lower payments and advise me how to better improve my credit. Maurice and Lennox presented me with facts aiding me to have control over buying my new vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone and to any car dealership salesman because they do not just put you in a vehicle, mislead you about the finance obligations or discredit other dealers in the same line of business. I felt safe with buying power. Maurice and Lennox, "I recommend a bonus for you guys in the amount of the cost of my new vehicle".

I was looking at a truck online, a 2018 Tacoma TRD Pro that was listed at $34,500. I inquired about it, and went back and forth with someone over text who later called me and said he d write up a deal. No email etc. that night as he had stated. Fast forward forward to the next day and the price is now listed at $35991 (CarGuru now listed the price at ~$1500 over valued.) The salesman reaches out to me like I wouldn t even notice and plays dumb. I can t say that this particular individual is a scam artist, all I can do is describe my experience. I bid him good day.

Our service adviser Allison Mattox was great. I was unable to get to the dealership the morning of service so went the night before to drop off the vehicle. I called ahead to ensure that the shuttle would be able to take me home when I got there. Well the shuttle had to drive someone else and would be finished for the night once it returned, unable to take me home. Not a problem she said she left and came back said the service manager Bill would personally take me home. Bill DiGiacomo did exactly this and going out of his way to take not only myself but my 1 year old daughter in her car seat home. At every turn in every interaction with Arrigo they go above and beyond to make it work. I will always go out of my way to do business at Arrigo because I always know they will go out of their way to make sure I am taken care of. Thanks Allison, Bill, and the entire Arrigo team!

I met one of the owners & he was the RUDEST person...

I met one of the owners & he was the RUDEST person that I have ever met!!! I bought a van from them but the tires in the front went down to the steel belts at just over 12k miles but because of the milage they REFUSED to replace them! When I spoke to the owner he said "oh well" it was not right! We purchased the van brand new & it was 7 months old. We had just gotten back from a trip to Mississippi to give donations for Hurricane Katrina victims. This is something I will never forget because of the way he said it. My family was not rich like he was (is). It was like he was talking down to me. Saying he already had our money from the purchase so he could care less what happened now. I recommend going elsewhere. This way you will get something from someone that really cares about their customers.

Our second Truck purchase Scott drove to us on a Sunday while we were working late! The Arrigo family treated us like family. Service department is terrible. First of all, 9 out of 10 no one answer the phone when you choose the service dept option....

Second, we are having issues with our Jeep Patriot and the work that was done on the jeep was not done properly (under warranty). We had a serious problem when we brought the car home, a huge plastic part under the car came off on the highway because they did not secured it properly.

This has been going on for 2 weeks, we spent multiple hours on these problems...all under warranty thanks god. We have 2 cars with them and my leases are due in a few months. I'm now thinking of bringing my business elsewhere.

They do not Diagnose things properly. They expect you to tell them what is wrong with your car. But if it doesn't come up on their machine they don't know how to manually listen or feel for issues. So you have to take it somewhere else. This has happened to me a number of times and I've even spoken to friends and co workers who has had the same experience. Not to mention other issues with the service dept.

Please stay away! Not only from this dealership, but from the Chrysler brand in general. They hate it if you are well informed, tried giving me a below low offer for my vehicle, and reacted nasty when I mentioned that it was way below KBB minimum trade-in values. I asked to deal with someone else, the next guy had the same attitude, but got a deal done.

We have a running joke. My 2017 Jeep Cherokee is a two seater, well that s how many people fit in a tow truck. 38 days in rentals. Complete engine replacement at 12k miles. Stalls in the highway and severe oil loss. Transmission lags.

In summary, do your research and stay away. Top 10 worst brands according to consumer reports and surveys.

I have gotten my last few cars from Arrigo Ft. Pierce, all with great service. This time, my car (2015 Dodge Journey) was totalled by a semi-truck in the 561 so I wound up going to Arrigo West Palm. What a lovely experience! Everyone was so kind and accommodating for my sister and I, knowing how uncomfortable and startled we were so soon after our accident. David and Victor were both appropriately comical and caring. I left with exactly what I wanted, in exactly the price range.

I wound up with a 2018 Dodge Journey Blacktop because if it weren't for my original Journey I wouldn't be alive. I kept pointing at the steering wheel emblem that was stamped into my arm from my airbags deploying and joking about being free advertising for them. This car can not receive enough praise from me. I am forever thankful.

I did lease a car from this dealer... I did so at the cost of my self respect though. They did have the best price around and I chose to look past the bad customer service and we are doing you a favor attitude. In hind sight I wish I had walked away. It's been 2 weeks now and we still have no finance papers, they have not paid me the money they owe for my trade in and for 3 days and 5 voicemails no one has returned my call.... Jim and John Arrigo... it's all about volumn and not about customer service... I would ever go back or recomend this dealer to anyone. FYI... have called 5 times in 4 days and the finance manager and others in his dept have not returned any calls. The customer service just continues to get worse and my regret at using this dealer continues to grow... STAY AWAY

UPDATED 9/3/2014 Jim Arrigo met with me today and resolved the issues at hand in a very business like manner.

UPDATE... had a call from Mr. John Arrigo himself yesterday informing me that the dealership would no longer have any conversations with me about this car since it was leased in my mothers name and I was no longer welcome to call or come in the dealership...still waiting for the money they owe us and the paperwork we never got... day 24.

I will start by asking a very important question. ...

I will start by asking a very important question. When going to a dealer to purchase a used car would you expect to have to tow the vehicle home? Especially when over the phone you were told it's a good running vehicle. Since most people would probably answer no to my question let me just tell you about my experience yesterday (10/28/15) with this dealership.

We are in search of a vehicle for our teenage son and came across what appeared to be a decent vehicle on their website. We called ahead to verify that they still had the vehicle and asked if there were any issues with it that we should know about. The salesman told us that the vehicle had a few scratches and dings but overall it's a good running car. With that we loaded up and drove the hour and fifteen minutes south to see the vehicle. Immediately after walking in the showroom the salesman (same gentleman we spoke to over the phone) greeted us politely then brought us out to see the vehicle. Understanding that this vehicle is 11 years old we anticipated it to not be in perfect shape. At first glance visually the car was appealing. Few scratches like the salesman said along with the headlights being glazed over (not uncommon for an 11 yr old vehicle). Then the salesman started the vehicle. We immediately heard a rather loud exhaust leak and thought okay that's fixable we will still test drive it. During the test drive the check engine light came on and the car started misfiring. Again, okay needs a tune-up, no big deal. Then came the big one..... when down shifting (manual transmission) the transmission popped out of second gear and started to grind. A quick search online showed that this is a common problem for these types of vehicles and to repair it you would have to replace the transmission or take the transmission apart to replace the gears and the synchronizer. So now we are looking at a vehicle that we were told runs well and is being sold at a price that you would expect to pay if it were running properly.

Knowing that the vehicle has an exhaust leak, misfires and needs repairs or replacement of the transmission we still felt we should make an offer. They are asking the full NADA suggested retail value of the vehicle as if it was running perfectly which this one clearly was not. So we offered $1000 less to cover the cost of the repairs. The salesman understood our concerns and brought our offer to the floor/finance manager. This manager comes to the desk and tells us that Arrigo fully inspects each vehicle and prices their vehicles accordingly. He also stated that he would have no problem getting full suggested retail value of the vehicle if he took it to auction. I'm assuming at this point he is use to dealing with customers who don't research vehicles before they purchase them and felt talking down to potential customers was a good way to "bully" us into paying their price. Therefore, we gave this "manager" a bit of a chuckle and wish him well at the auction. We explained that if Arrigo feels it is good business to sell a vehicle that has major issues and would require a buyer to have the vehicle towed home then they would have to be okay with losing a customer. With that we stood up from our chairs and walked out but not before the salesman came to us and apologized for wasting our time and not knowing the vehicle had issues.

I will say this, we appreciate the sincerity of the salesman and fully believe he had no idea of the problems with this vehicle. Nor did he attempt to show us any other vehicles. The manager on the other hand was completely rude and disrespectful. His attitude towards us and our offer honestly would have kept us from purchasing the vehicle even if they later agreed to our price. Needless to say Arrigo has lost a sale and a customer. As we will never return to any of their dealerships in the future.

I love my new car! I will only use Arrigo to get my Dodge Durango (I am on my 4th one) and my salesman, Scott Rice, is THE BEST. He has never made me feel rushed and always treats you like you are his only customer. Scott has never been pushy and makes the whole experience a positive one. He is so incredibly professional, but that fact that he remembers little personal things about my kids and family that he has learned over the years takes it to a whole other level- you truly feel like family. I feel so fortunate to have found a car salesman I can trust - anyone we have sent to Scott has thanked us.

I was told my service advisor has left and it was nobody that seems taking over. It is not good feeling when you experience being forgotten because it raises questions about the job

these guys gave me the best service and best sale for the buck. I bought our family a van from there today... John Gutierrez and his team went above and beyond to help me and my family get the car we need and love. David Iannacone, from finance, is super, he made everything possible to make this happen. Originally, most banks gave me 17% interest, David, realized this would never work since payments were so high, he picked up the phone and at the same time started typing. When He looked back up from the screen, he showed me the perfect plan. We got the van at 6.1% interest. Thanks!!!! I recommend to any one who wants to buy a car from a really good car lot. they will help you in any way possible.

If I could give no stars I would choose that option. I drove an hour to come here and look at the car I am interested. We were approached by a salesman named Tony he was very genuine and helpful. He was friendly and constantly made conversation with us. I had a really good feeling about this and I was intending to come the next day and buy the car. Tony suggested that we sit down with one of the finance employees and they could talk to me about the warranties on the car since it s a Honda and it s not certified. Also if I could know how much my rate would be when I finance the car. Anyways as me and my boyfriend went to the office and told the finance employee he looked annoyed and said normally when you come into my office it s because you re buying the car. But Tony told us we could go and just see the car price and if we didn t like it we could walk out. Anyways it was a good price but the finance employee got so annoyed he left his office and went to get the manager just to tell us the same thing. We didn t even have a chance to ask them about the warranties on the car. And as we left they kept talking about me and how I didn t buy the car. Overall this was just a bad experience and I will never come back here again. This experience I had was not professional AT ALL. Waste of an hour drive and the 2 hours I was there.

Service Reps at Arrigo Dodge are very nice BUT they work on commission. What does that tell you? Took my van in for repair but it sat there for 5 days with no diagnosis, no updates. Then day 5 I showed up there to plead with them to give me some diagnosis. They called later that day with a vague diagnosis based on the codes. (That could have been done day one). They told me to begin fixing they needed to replace the harness connector, a part that cost $1300.00 and would take a few days to order...BUT that may not fix the problem. Was not ready to pay that much for an unknown. Luckily I found a REAL shop and they fixed it in a day and the repair did NOT require that part...and certainly wouldn't have cost $1300.00. Will never do business with Arrigo Dodge again.

The staff was great and Melissa, the girl that wrote me up was very knowledgeable and informed me of all of the factory recommendations needed to keep my Grand Cherokee running at its best. Priced great for all of the services I received. 5 Star, I will definitely return to Arrigo WPB for future services .

Went looking for a dodge charger so went to Arrigo in West Palm. Salesman was Stan Venski. Looking for a car that my son can also use. Stan explained everything in detail and more. Not just with me but my son as well answering every question in detail . No pushy sales stuff just professional and went way above even after the sale. If not for Stan I do not even know if car would have been purchased . Excellent and more to him . Strongly suggest for any dodge or Jeep

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I MAY SAY! My vehicle has be held over the weekend to order a part and have it replaced, I was told I would receive a rental to cover my transportation while I wait for my vehicle to be fixed. I ve waited over 3 hours to be told I wasn t reviving a rental, which was promised to me earlier that it is covered by my warranty. They offered a free shuttle to my home which I accepted, I was given the run around on when the shuttle would arrive and I ve waited another 2 hours. Once the shuttle arrived, the driver insisted on conversing with other employees, knowing there are others waiting to be dropped off. The driver made sure it was know that the service was complentary with a nasty attitude. Shuttle left to get gas and didn t come back for ANOTHER HOUR! Beyond ridiculous I may say and I will NEVER come back to this dealership and I advise you don t either if they are keeping your vehicle over night to be worked on.

To start of with I call the dealer talk to some sales person i gave him the stock number of the vehicle I told him to give me a ballpark figure of some numbers on the camaro I was looking at priced at $23,791 I told him I was not giving down payment he told it would be around $316 without any interest cause he didn't run my credit I understand that so I said ok year of the car is 2018 he said the interest should not be high cause is a 2018 just a few miles on it I said ok. Give or take with interest I said ok maybe $350 first quote he gave me was $316 no interest short story I spent 2hrs in the dealer for them just to give me a monthly payment of $450 for 72 month they did not care one bit or work with me they didn't even ask me what number I wanted to be at. I have $40,000 tundra and I have a 38,000 mercedes and these dealerships told me right off the bat how much my payments would be and toyota I walked out for $50 dollars over the payment and they ran out in the parking lot to tell me ok we will do the deal. They simply said ok sorry nothing more nothing less like who cares not even a manager step in to see what could be done now I known why the foot traffic at this place always looks dismal at best not like toyota or mercedes or for the matter even kia. Good luck to them cause this place won't be open for long.

Always very nice, the body shop did an amazing job & as usual the service shop/ & oil change, ect is always fast & the staff is all extremely helpful & nice. They recommend services but don't pressure you into them & always tell you about better deals & offers to take advantage of. They did an amazing job detailing my 2007 jeep renegade after body work plus detail inside which I didn't expect & it was super messy. Now it feels & looks like the day I got it. Also the dealership itself was the best experience I ever had buying a new vehicle. They never pushed me to upgrade to a more expensive model bc I knew exactly what I wanted & need. They were super friendly & very fast. The loan officer was great & proficient & found the lowest interest rate & best payment for me as well as all staff explained everything very well from my new vehicle to how everything worked & what all I needed to do so everything was good to go. The quickest vehicle purchase I've ever made, got my 2017 jeep renegade for less than my first 1999 at the time also brand new ranger & eventually will be going back to get my fun sports car, a dodge challenger! The jeep renegade is my perfect work vehicle. Great gas mileage, fun 6 speed turbo manual transmission. Moves fast enough & fun to drive & big enough for my job as a bird store manager plus breeder & handfeeding/baby parrot care taker to bring the younger birds to the shop from our nursery with proper cigarette plug ins in front & back to plug in portable brooders to keep babies at appropriate temp & appropriate humidity. I call it my parrot wagon & for the price it can't be beat & no problems besides minor fender bender nothing to do with them. Huge selection dodge, jeep, Chrysler, fiat, Alfero Romero plus seed vehicles & you won't be disappointed if you are looking for a new vehicle.

I love Dodge and Jeep brands but I will NEVER go to this dealership again! I'm very upset with the service that I received. They would only allow me to schedule a recall on a weekday which is near impossible if you have a full time job. Their "courtesy ride" is a crazy driver who makes you fear for your life while making you late for work. They didn't fix anything, I actually have more problems now than when I dropped my Jeep off. One of the people who works at the dealership decided to play with my Jeep while it was in their possession which I don't agree with or appreciate in the least. The reason I dropped off my Jeep was never fixed, they wasted a ton of gas running my air conditioning for their pleasure, and I am beyond upset. This is why I never take my vehicles to dealerships, they're crooked and break things so you'd go back again. The manager I spoke with was no help either.

In 2013, I purchased a Dodge Challenger from this dealer and was treated great, and had a wonderful time with the car. The Dodge Challenger as an exceptional car, go get a test drive today! Back to the review. I returned two weeks ago to trade in my Challenger for a bigger roomier car. I was setup with Kamran who was one of the most honest car salesmen I have ever met! He got to know me quickly and fulfilled all of my inquiries and needs in finding my new car. Once Kamran found my car, a wonderful Durango, he set me up with Lenox for financing. Again I was blown away with the level of honesty and information Lenox displayed with my wife and I. Lennox explained the specifics of the deal to the T and went above and beyond in getting us the best deal. I highly Recommend Dodge Arrigo for your next purchase and Ask for Kamran and Lenox! I have been to many dealers and have purchased many cars and these guys are Top-notch! Twice satisfied! By the way the Durango is a Superb vehicle!

I could not believe how quickly and painless my experience at Arrigo was! I told my salesman, Alan Gallagher, what I was looking for, and in no time I was driving out in my DREAM JEEP! I love it, and I love the professionalism and respect that I received from Alan Gallagher.

My wife saw the $10k discount promotion for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd yesterday night. I called the dealership ti confirm the discount. The sales person confirmed it and even late we decided to visit the dealership. We discussed at least 3 vehicles with the sales person, test drove one. The numbers discussed was all with the $10k discount. Never during this process did he mention that there was several conditions to get it not was it clear on their website. Long story short I wasted couple of hours of my family s time. top it off I wasn t even financing the vehicle

On the afternoon of August 19th 2019 the clutch of my 2014 Jeep Cherokee got stuck and causing a loss of motive power (transmission shift to neutral). We went ahead and request a Tow Service from point A (work) to point B (home) due to after hours. During our waiting for the tow service arrive, we called Arrigo Jeep (West Palm Beach 6500 Okeechobee blvd) to set up an appointment for NHTSA Recall # 19V-447 (Recall FCA #69) and this appointment was set for wednesday (August 21st). Unfortunately for us, the same day I have lo leave town (FL) for work, leaving my lovely wife with the specific directions of what to do and say one she gets to the dealer on the day of the appointment (8-21-2019). Our service advisor assigned was Mr. Calvin McCrary.

The instructions were simple, make sure they (Arrigo Jeep) perform the previously mentioned Recall and nothing else. Let me stop there for a moment, EVERYTHING (including the battery) was working properly in our vehicle before this one got into the dealership (Arrigo Jeep WPB)... well, here s the surprise, our advisor, Mr. McCrary told my wife that they (Arrigo Jeep) can t perform the RECALL due to battery failure plus a $159.00 Diagnostic and Proxi Alignment needs to be done and a $169 for a new battery before doing anything relate it to the Recall.

Ok, bill went up $440+ including some other supplies parts .... Myself, called Jeep (corporate) to file a complaint and a case number was given to me 59702870. I did speak over the phone with Mr. Calvin McCrary and explain to him that we considered not fair that we must pay that ridiculous and unnecessary amount of money, amount that we didn't have it available on that moment, his answer was we can t perform the Recall before you pay for the diagnostic and the new battery first well, everything went sideways. You can imagine the picture after listening to Mr. Calvin McCrary negotiating with me about the repairs pricing. Meanwhile, it was given to my wife a courtesy rental car on a day-to-day basis for her to be able to go to work.

After several calls, on Friday (August 23rd) afternoon Mr. Calvin McCrary told me this is your last chance to get your car repair, otherwise you are gonna have to come and get it. Also, your wife must return the rental not later than Saturday morning . So, after all this stressed time of me being so far away from home I gave Mr. Calvin McCrary the order to do whatever needs to be done on my vehicle, even knowing that was not fair.

On Tuesday, August 27th (our wedding anniversary) me and my wife picked up the vehicle from Arrigo Jeep West Palm Beach not before paying $368.05 (after the negotiation with Mr. Calvin McCrary), the bad battery which was on guarantee was never given back to us, so we lost that as well, but my big surprise was that reading the first report given to my wife from Mr. Calvin McCrary the NHTSA Recall # 19V-447 (Recall FCA #69) was NOT there. Only the charge for a new battery and diagnostic.

On September 4th of 2019, around 11:50AM (ET) I got a notification from Jeep saying that NHTSA Recall # 19V-447 (Recall FCA #69) needs to be done on my vehicle

Can anybody out there help us to understand what s going on?

Bought a used jeep last Saturday. Drove up in storm since I had appointment. Paid cash, asking internet price, no discounts. Went to pick up car today. Had to take tri-rail to West palm beach, then an uber to dealer, jeep gas tank on empty, only gave me one key and the car bucked and skipped the entire way back to ft lauderdale.
