The technician, Hab, was assigned an emergency call out to my house on a cold Sunday. His response following my call was quick - thank goodness. He methodically worked through the issues and successfully and quickly resolved the problem. Good to this point. My frustration is that a control panel was the culprit - this same panel was replaced 3 years earlier by Arpi's I wonder if Lennox (furnaces) is building into their control panels some form of obsolescence - their warranty is only 12 months. It felt difficult having to pay a few hundred dollars to replace a 3 year old control panel. None of this is Hab's doing - my frustration is with Lennox and the control panel salesforce.
