Called Arpis this morning, spoke to dispatch and they sent someone out within 2 hours. Upon James Conor s arrival he let me know he was gonna check out my furnace and proceeded to tell me the issue. He advised he could get the part asap and have it fixed by end of day . I gave him the go ahead and 5 hours later we where up and running . Gotta say was pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of work . I hope I don t need them again but if I did these guys are the first company I d call and definitely ask for James .
