The technician was rude to me, at first I'm holding my temper because i have baby (18weeks old) but the when he was being rude again and raise his voice to me I confronted him, so after I confronted him he said sorry and became nice by the way he talk and educate me a lot about the furnace, thermostat etc. and before he left he said sorry again. Apology accepted but is this the way your technician treat your clients? If i didn't confront him he will stay rude until he finished his duty? What if your client first language is not English how can they defend their self with a rude technician?

Good thing the costumer support she was so nice to me,the one I talked to in the morning and afternoon. And thanks to Damien for understanding my feelings, i think his the manager.
