I'm so glad Arpi's had sent Vanessa to help diagnose and deal with our home thermostat! She was very knowledgable, respectful, and efficient! She explained our options in detail, and even offered suggestions. When i had more questions after she had already left out home, she even took my phone call to answer my questions in detail and nicely. I tried to book her in again to install out new thermostat, but she was booked up for the week because she is pretty popular with customers (according to Arpi's). So we had another technician come in sooner, and he was also very good.
