1. A furnace operating inefficiently will cause financial hardship not burn my house down. My furnace according to my regular furnace company is running fine for the needs of family.
2.According to the City of Calgary my carbon monoxide detectors are located perfectly and should there be a carbon monoxide leak due to the furnace, the alarms will go off unlike your technician suggesting we may suffer from carbon monoxide poisoning.
3.My son has asthma. Ever since I stared using a 3M 1500 MRP filter as suggested by his doctor and confirmed with Reliance Home Comfort they agreed it is beneficial to use the higher fiber dense filter. Your technician suggested I change filter to the cheaper one to save the life of the furnace but I advised him my son's health is more important and his response was"OK, its your furnace....". This to me shows Arpi's doesn't care about a person well being. In addition your technician should have been wearing a mask. By him not wearing a mask has put us at risk and that shows he doesn't care about other people's health or thoughts.
4. If the owner and Arpi's really had good customer service then they would have made the effort to call me not to try to prove me wrong online. Arpi's is demonstrating a cover up or cop out. Shameful!

Tech came in to conduct free furnace inspection as per Arpi's offering for health care worker's. Appointment was agreed with Arpi's for 3 PM. The supervisor called saying the tech will be there at 2 PM. I suggested to stay with 3 PM as originally booked and per their engagement rules regarding COVID 19 but if they want to show up early I can try to accommodate. The tech called advising he will be there at 2 PM. I mentioned to him I will be at an appointment and the earliest I will be home will be 2:30. He said not worry and to take my time. I arrived at 3 PM and the the tech was condescending at my timing. "What happened for 2:30PM" he rudely commented. Upon the inspection he tried very hard to up sell. This tech used life threatening examples to scare me into buying parts and services.
While I was down stairs locking up the furnace room he proceeded with his scare tactics on my wife. It is then when I came up stairs and said he needed to leave.
Arpi's practices unethical methods to sell. They also treat people as if they are uneducated.
I will never use them again and have been informing all my friends, family, neighbors and coworkers of the horrible experience I had.
