We were extremely pleased with the installation of both a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner. Seth and Jim were polite and very personable, highly professional, and demonstrated an equally high degree of experience, expertise and attention to detail. They were also committed to cleaning up after the work was completed. Our first encounter with Arpi's was through Kirk, who came out and gave us a quote. Again, a thoroughly pleasant experience with a professional who could give a really good description of the kind of system we required and who had a great understanding of the product line.
