We have used Arpi's for a number of years. This spring we requested a diagnostic tune-up on our 2 air conditioning units (which are approximately 10 years old). We were quoted thousands of dollars to repair one unit and we were told it may need to be replaced. We decided to get a second quote and we have since had the unit repaired for under $1000 by another company. Sadly anytime recently that we have had Arpi's give us a quote on anything (furnace or A/C) we have found the technicians are always trying to up sell. It will cost x amount to fix, but for this amount we can add this. It is time for us to find another furnace a/c company.
