We recently had our tankless water-system fail. It was a modern day inconvience not having any hot water. We contacted Arpis and Kirk came out today to do the assessment and provide an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. After we discussed the issues and possible replacement units he was also able to arrange a temporarily hot water tank system for us until our new system is installed early next week. Being a Friday evening we were very appreciative when he arranged for Darrell to come out this evening to put in temporarily hot water tank. Darrell arrived promptly and had the system set up in no time. Darrell was also very professional and courteous. I have to say I was impressed that he covered the wheels on the dolly. He was very diligent and mindful to clean up any mess made. We were really pleased with the service received today and we are looking forward to a hot shower in the morning.
