Needed a furnace cleaned asap and everyone was two or three week wait time as it's high season. I explained to Liz at customer service our situation and she was able to find us a last minute cancellation to fill. Miracle! Chris and Igor came within an hour and did an experienced and complete clean of a very dirty furnace. Invoice was all electronic and came out exactly as quoted by Liz with no surprises.
