I just want to say that we were having trouble with our furnace as there was no heat coming from our furnace so I did some troubleshooting to get the furnace to go back on but it didn t come on, so I called Arpis 24 hr emergency line as it was now after 10 PM & we needed heat and my furnace was still under warranty. The technician Adi Garibovic called me back & said he was on his way. When he arrived, he checked it out and could see the problems with the furnace. I must say, this technician went above & beyond and explained everything that was going on that caused the problem with the furnace. He changed the necessary parts and It was up and running again. Adi is such an awesome technician & very professional and thorough. He was the guy for the job and got it done.And I must say, Having the warranty through Arpis saved us a lot of money as we saved on these expensive parts and for the after hours service call as well. I would recommend Arpis to you as they follow through and provide customers with quality service. My experience with Arpis and the tech was awesome and I would recommend this company as they walk the talk and genuinely prove that customer care is their priority. May 4/2019
