Our 12 year old water heater just bit the dust. We called Arpi s because they installed the old one and we knew we could trust there service.
We were not disappointed.
Sam, our serviceman was prompt (he called to tell us he was on his way) friendly, polite and professional.
He kept us informed as how the installation was progressing and once it was completed, took us through what was done and explained the operation and general maintenance of our new water heater.
I would not hesitate to recommend Arpi s to our friends and family.
