I'm SO grateful for this company! They are the example of professionalism and excellent customer service. Last weekend we had a decent wind storm blow through. I thought I'd have a hard time getting someone out as many homes in the area experienced damage. I contacted Arocon through their website on Sunday. Monday, I received a return phone call and was scheduled for Wednesday. Tuesday I was contacted via phone but unable to answer so they also sent me an email, too! This was so convenient for me to confirm my appointment. Wednesday, I received a call to let me know that the technician was able to come earlier if I was available. It worked out well and he was prompt.

Hunter Riley is quite professional and knowledgeable about roofing. He took clear pictures of my roof, reviewed my roof's condition with me and all its components. He thoroughly explained the work he did to tune it up. He was able to show me before and after photos. He made recommendations and gave great recommendations on timing. I am so grateful for Hunter. I felt he was thorough and understood what needed to be done. I feel that I got an excellent value for my roof tune up.
