Roofing Tune-up (June 1, 2014)

I was extremely pleased with the Arocon roof tune-up that took place on June 1, 2014. The Arocon representative/roofer (Matt) was knowledgable and took time to explain what the scope of work would be before performing any work. He was also pleasant to talk to and very polite. I could tell that he really enjoyed his work and liked working for Arocon. Matt did a thorough roof inspection and I was pleased to find out that my 20 yr. old roof was still in relatively good shape considering its age. He did find problems with the flashings around my skylight and two of the vent pipes. He came down off the roof to show me cell phone pictures that he had taken and explained the repair. There were no further charges for the work. It has rained quite heavily since the repairs and I was very pleased to see that I no longer had the leak that I had been dealing with in the vicinity of the vent pipes and skylights.
Thank you Arocon, and especially Matt, for the excellent services. It is refreshing to know that there are still roofing companies that deliver the services they advertise in a professional and cost effective way. I will recommend the Arocon Roofing tune-up to friends and family. When it comes time for a full replacement roof, I will definitey be calling Arocon. Sincerely, Larry Quarrick
