I purchased the roof tune up voucher from Amazon Local because I lost several shingles in a storm last year. As my job was so small, I fully expected to have difficulties scheduling my appointment. However, to my surprise when I called I was greeting by a nice lady named Linda whom promptly scheduled my appointment for the following week. The service technician (Jason) arrived on time, was pleasant and addressed all of my concerns. He was also extremely honest about the condition of my roof and did not try to push additional services on me that I did not want. I recommended Arocon to a family member whom has since used them and has also had a positive experience. The Arocon roof tune up programs seem like a reasonable program for folks looking to take care of their roofs without spending a fortune. I will definitely be calling Arocon again next year.
