Alex was awesome at explaining what all was done during the roof tune up. Keep up the awesome work!

I have never had a worse experience with a company in my life and the saga continues. The contractor arrived to clean my gutters. At beginning of job, he went up to my attic and proceeded to STICK HIS FOOT THROUGH MY CEILING. I understand, mistakes happen. But here it is almost a month later and my ceiling is still not repaired. True, three weeks after the contractor stuck his foot through my ceiling, a worker called and came by my house at 9:30 PM (after promising to come in the late afternoon). This was after he had cancelled the weekend before. A week later, after many promises, he has still not returned. One excuse after another. To make matters worse, the company demands that the worker who made the hole repair it on his own time and dollar. They wouldn't think of sending one of his co-workers or sending him out to complete the repair during regular work hours. After all, they have already received my check for the gutter cleaning. They don't give a damn about the customer. I can't even give this company one star and I suspect that we will be in court with them soon, suing to pay for repairs we will have to get another contractor to complete.

I have nothing but great things to say about AROCON. We had them replace the shingles, skylight and gutters on our house. The entire project was a positive experience from start to finish.

Nathan came out for my initial estimate. He was very straightforward and professional and offered us a no pressure quote. He left us a packet of options to go over at our own pace, and we didn't feel rushed or committed to sign anything.

Office wide communication was great. Someone would always answer the phone, and everyone I spoke with was very courteous. They were able to schedule our installation within a few days.

On install day, the installation team was ready by 7:15 am. They were very communicative and respectful and were sure to cover and protect our personal belongings prior to getting started. They completed the job in half a day and did a great job with the installation. They paid careful attention to detail not just in the install, but also the cleanup. No nails or trash were left behind, and they carefully picked through the landscaping to collect everything they could find. On the same day, the project supervisor stopped by to ensure we were satisfied...we definitely were.

You can tell the folks at AROCON are very committed to both their craft and customer satisfaction. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for roof and/or gutter work. 10/10.

Andrew was great! Very friendly and thorough in explaining my gutter issue and things that could have turned into real problems on my roof. The set up process was easy as well and they came out in a few days which was perfect. I'm holding onto their number in case I need their assistance in the future! Jason and Preston, I just had these two men do a tune up on our roof, vents, gutters, flashing. They took many pictures of the roof as to Potential trouble areas on our 22 year old roof. As Realtors my wife and I are very aware of keeping tabs on the roof of your homes. Everything is under the roof. When you start seeing wet spots on your ceilings, the damage is Well underway. Jason and Preston went over estimates on a replacement of our roof, gutters, down spouts, siding and flashing. They went over Every detail of the minerals used, how the work would be done and warranty s. I was very impressed with the job they did on the tune up and going over every detail of replacements of items when needed, witch is soon.

Andrew was SO collegial, efficient & thorough. He took the time to explain all aspects of the Roof Tune Up and took pictures of before /after work. Highly reccomend!

Mike and Will did a great job and went above and beyond with the roof and gutter service. $149 is a steal for the quality they provided.

From the initial contact with AROCON the professionalism was evident. Everyone we had contact with was polite and prompt in their responses. The day of the roof installation was great. I had a roof & gutter tune-up done by Arocon Roofing & Construction. Jason arrived and did a great job, cleaning and inspecting my roof and gutters..He did a very professional job and was very courteous.

I had both the roof and the gutter "tune-up" performed about 4 months apart. Both times Jason performed the service and did an outstanding job. My roof issues were not bad, just needed some caulking around the vents. The gutters however were giving me a problem but Jason fixed the two issues I had and now they work great. I would definitely recommend Jason to come out and help you with your roofing or gutter problems! Thank you!

I have a very bad experience with this company, there customer service is very poor, I have made an appointment to check my gutter with an advance payment, and the technician after checking told me to replace the gutter, then he scheduled a day to take the estimate. I was waiting for the technician by taking off from my job and nobody has come. Then I contacted their office then they give the phone no of the technician, and he told me that he is sick and not able to come. The next day he come I give me an estimate and I have made the advance payment also. Then I have contacted their office and they fixed a day for the job, later than 30 days of signing the contract. The scheduled day nobody has come and I contacted their office , and they replied that the technician is sick and cannot come today and they are notable to give a day to do the work since the concerned person is on leave. This is the type of customer service they are providing. By reading my experience you can decide whether you have to select this company for your job.

Alex gave me a roof tune up and was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining the state of my roof.

Called to get estimate and they have a $2500 minimum. I guess that means if its a $500 job they will still charge $2500.

I'm a property investor living out of state and feel very grateful that I found Arocon LLC to handle needed repairs such as reroofing, attic insulation, and future projects including new windows and doors for a property I own in Maryland. It's rare that I encounter a construction/roofing company that is so businesslike, responsive, and obviously concerned about giving full value for the money. I recommend this company very, very highly and plan on continuing to use them in the foreseeable future.

Jason was very professional and showed me pictures of my roof that needed repair before he started the actual repairs and told me what he was going to do. When he completed the repair work he showed me pictures of the completed work. After the repairs were done I requested an estimate for roof replacement and was contacted the next day to set up an appointment.

Pretty poor experience. I found them through ThumbTack. They were initially quick to respond and were out to my house within a day for an estimate. I followed-up a day later with some questions on the estimate and never heard back. I emailed the technician first and then tried to contact the general 800/email. No response from either.

Highly recommend! Service booking was streamlined and very easy, service itself was fantastic. Roof techs Mikey and Zach were on time, professional, extremely efficient, and very friendly! Loved getting the complete inspection report along with before and after photos. A++++

Arocon Roofing renewed my faith in contractors. I engaged them to inspect the roof on my Columbia townhouse. There was no indication of problems (e.g. leaks, sagging, lost shingles, etc.). I was just being cautious. A customer service person responded by phone within 20 minutes of online inquiry. She was friendly and accommodating, scheduling a service visit on the day and time that were convenient for me. When that day arrived, Mark (the Arocon serviceman) arrived within the appointment window. His inspection was prompt and thorough. He provided me a written assessment of the roof's condition and sent me the photos he took as backup for his conclusions. In the end, our roof was in fine condition and didn't warrant any repairs. Mark was completely honest with me and never attempted to sell me repairs I did not need. His honesty and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Thank you Arocon for a job well done!

Will Moore came by today for our roof tune-up. He was easy to talk to and knowledgable. He was also efficient -- he had us ready to go in about a half-hour with no fuss. He gave us honest advice about the state of our roof and gutters and set us up with an appointment for an estimate on some repairs. All in all, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to use Arconon again or to recommend you to friends. Thanks for the help!

Bottom line up front, I recommend NOT using Arocon.

I hired Arocon to replace my roof and replace four skylights. The experience was incredibly long and terrible. When I received the contract to sign I noticed that there were some mistakes on it regarding part numbers for the skylights. When I contacted the salesman, he assured me that they ordered the correct parts and that everything would still go smoothly.

A few days before the work was supposed to be done, I got an email stating that the slope on my garage was too low and that they needed to use different material and this would cost ME an additional $1,000. After some back and forth he said that Arocon would use the needed material at no extra cost to me. This part is just my conjecture but I decided to look up the new material cost per square foot vs what I was initially estimated and based on what I found that it quite possibly should have been cheaper not more expensive but I just let that go.

The day came (Thursday) to replace the roof but the skylights never showed up and I was told that they would return tomorrow (Friday) as they would be here. The skylights came but no one showed up. I called about 4pm and was told that they were coming out tomorrow (Saturday now) at 8 am and that someone supposedly called to inform me. Was not very happy to find out that they were going to just show up at 8 am on a Saturday unannounced.

They showed up on Saturday to find out that every single one of the skylights was measured wrong and not by just an inch, but inches. I was initially told that the skylights would be ordered immediately and they should come within a week or two. Three months went by! When I was told that they were ordered right away, I asked what the exact date on the order was and it was one month after they told me they were ordered.

While waiting for the skylights, we had to have them come out THREE times to fix leaks in our BRAND NEW roof! I think possibly this time they might have been able to stop the leaking. I decided to go on the roof just to look around and found two nails not all the way hammered in, one actually cracked the shingle above it. I found nails in EVERY gutter along with rubber bands and even a tube of roofing cement. There was plastic garbage around my yard after every visit and they even broke a solar path light.

I STRONGLY suggest you consider a different company!

Jason from Arocon came on time and provide excellent service for my gutters. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would use and recommend Arocon.

Jason from AROCON arrived on time as scheduled for 7:30AM and reviewed both the roofs for both our homes. He did a thorough job and took pictures of the roofs and explained it to me in layman terms what the issues were with both roofs, and also did the repairs as needed and cleaned the gutters. His knowledge was very good and did a wonderful and consultative feedback.

I would certainly recommend their services.

We had Alex come out for a tune up of our 16 year old roof. Very comprehensive and informative. Sealed exposed nail heads and replaced boots on vents. Not a sales tactic either. Said I should easily get another year or two out of my roof depending on weather. I have been a loyal Arocon customer for 4 years since they replaced a roof on my previous house.

Jason came in time and started inspecting my roof straightaway. He fixed all loose nails and caulked edges wherever necessary. He explained me what he found about my roof with pictures. He educated me about roofs and how it is to be done correctly. He gave me an estimate to replace the roof also. Overall I am very happy with his service and recommend him for roof works. He is easy to deal with and very helpful. I will use him for all my roof works.

I got the roof and gutter tune up performed today. They told me they would be there during a window 2-5PM and Jason showed up right around 3PM, so that was a good start. He spend a good hour to an hour and half on my roof. He took before and after pictures and it was amazing how much debris he cleared from the gutters. He sealed a bunch of areas that water could leak from, and replaced a bunch of missing shingles on my aging roof. Overall I would say it was great value for the money, and really top notch service. You can tell Jason really knows roofing, and provides detailed analysis of what is going on with your roof/gutters. I recommend everyone get this tune up. I wish I had done it years ago. The gutter work alone completely blew away what I have gotten from basis gutter cleanings, not to mention the valuable full roof inspection and repairs.

Alex and Preston and Preston came out did a roof certification did an awesome job I thank the Lord for and I know great things are head.

I had a roof and gutter tuneup performed. The Tech was a nice guy, spent 10-15 minutes in my attic then another 1.5 hours on the roof correcting leaks on vents and caulking nails and flashing then showing me pictures of before an after repairs. The base price was $198, I got it on Groupon for $99. Good fix until the spring when I will get the entire roof replaced. No hard sell on the roof.

Thorough and professional. Selling a house and didn't want any surprises from potential buyers and their inspectors. AROCON's "tune up" service included a documented inspection, minor repairs, and resealing pipes and vents. Highly recommend.

After 26 years, we needed a new shingle roof. Our house is a cedar sided contemporary rancher built from a west coast plan and has rooflines that are a combination of hip and ridges. We solicited 3 bids from contractors in the area. We selected Arocon because of their lifetime warranty on their labor and their ability to do our 30 square job in one day. As an engineer I was impressed with their use of satellite imagery to determine area and perimeters which they in-turn used to generate a spot-on bill of materials for the job. As a DIYer, I found the workmanship to be top-notch. Special thanks to Dave, one of the owners, for stepping in and supervising the installation of the new GAF hip venting product. We love the look!

My first couple of interactions with Arocon were not stellar as they forgot to clean my gutters with my first roof inspection. A few months later at my second inspection, there was some confusion as a representative calling me the day before my appointment requiring that I make a payment over the phone. However, my technician Dylan was thorough and efficient and a pleasure to work with and Arocon discounted my second inspection since the first was not completely done.

Had a great experience. Austin arrived right on time and demonstrated a great deal of knowledge. He was done in no time and was able to show me before and after pictures of my roof and gutters.

If you're looking for customer service don't bother looking here. Called in after the sales person looked at the scope of work and then had to call in 3 times just to try and get the quote. Begging to give my money to a company that is " top 10 in the area "my money and promised I would get a quote that never happened. Sad.... If you have time to waste, go for it.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Alex Courpas for coming to my home and performing the Roof Tune-Up. He showed up on time and was courteous. He was very knowledgeable regarding roofing and very helpful.

Jason Easton did a FANTASTIC job with Arocon's $99 Tune-Up. My husband found Arocon online. Someone from the office called to schedule an appointment, gave us a reminder call to verify the time window, and Jason showed up on time and ready to work. He went up on our roof, replaced some shingles that blew away from the last few snow storms, and cleaned up our gutters. And by cleaning, I can easily say that he did the most thorough job that I have ever seen! He was extremely friendly when talking about what he did and showed me several photos to help explain. We have use people from different gutter cleaning companies over the years, but none did as great a job as Jason.

We requested someone to come back for an estimate on some sections of loose gutters, but the guy had car trouble the day he was supposed to come. We haven't heard about rescheduling yet. I'll leave a separate review about that when I hear back.

I schedule an appt and got stood-up! Then rescheduled the appt and same thing happened. My roof is still leaking and now I'm still serching for a contractor who wants my business!

I had Hunter Riley from AROCON Roofing and Construction out to my house this morning--Hunter went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations--his experience, extensive knowledge, easy-going personality, and professionalism blow every other roofing company we've ever used away. Hunter's skill and dependability will have me calling AROCON in ten (10) years when we need a new roof installed (not to mention every time between now and then). I really appreciate a good company with strong employees when you can find them--I only wish AROCON offered service in more areas (such as bathroom remodels), haha!!

Had Alex C. out again today for a tune up and shingle replacement. As before he was prompt (actually arrived early) and did a great job replacing our missing shingles, giving the roof a complete inspection and tune up. He is kind, courteous and very helpful.

Seldom do service providers exceed expectations these days. That s not the case with your representative, Jason and your roof tune-up service. He arrived a few minutes early and went straight to work.. He found, photographed and repaired numerous trouble spots that I would never have caught. I appreciate his patience in explaining all the details. His expertise and communications skills are quite impressive. My expectations were exceeded! Based on my excellent experience with Jason, Arocon is my new go-to company for home improvement and repair.

Arocon patched my metal roof and warrantied their work for one year. When the roof leaked again in the same spot several months later, it took an additional four months, over a dozen phone calls, and a visit to their office in person to get someone to come out and fix it. And they refused to take responsibility for the additional damage to the house during their delay. I will not be using their services again.

We needed a roof repair for a small leak. After having three or more estimates my friend recommended Arocon. Their Sales Rep. was punctual, friendly, and completely honest. I had all ready had estimates done by this point and I knew what the roof truly needed.
Totally honest, friendly, professional, affordable, reliable, and a pleasure to do business with; I recommend them without any reservation and am actually getting another quote soon for siding. A trustworthy company!! They gave me the best price and the most honest quote.

Just had Arocon clean our gutter and inspect the roof. Nik was extremely nice and professional, did a perfect job and explained everything in details. He also emailed me all the pictures and a detailed report for my record. Highly recommended!

Jason and Michael came out and were wonderful! They were on time and very knowledgeable. They gave me the good and the bad in terms of what our house needs but never tried to pressure me to buy. They fixed our gutter and explained what he did and why. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Aracon to get a bid on replacing my roof. Chris from Aracon came out to our place and was an excellent representative of the company. He wasn't pushy, he listened to what we wanted and exceeded the deadline for getting the proposal before us. He did an excellent job of informing us about the company as it is not local to Washington County. Once the proposal was accepted by us, the staff at Aracon get us informed of the process. They called to let us know when the materials were due to arrive and when the crew was expected to arrive. Unfortunately our scheduled install date had to be postponed due to the weather but Aracon called us and we agreed on a different day. The crew showed up as promised and worked very hard. We did have to interrupt them a couple of times to let our dogs out. (They were not happy that we had people on the roof) They were very amenable to our amenable to our needs. They did an excellent job of clean up. My husband and I were very pleased with the work, the staff and most especially Chris. He is a true asset to your company. Job well done and we will be looking to Aracon for some more of our home improvement projects.

Had Kevin come out on Monday to give us an estimate for a complete replacement off of our siding, shutters, gutters and trim. He had asked us to allow 2 days or so to provide the estimate. I am in the plumbing field so I understand that these things take time. After not receiving the estimate by Thursday, I emailed Brittany to see if it was ready. She informed me that she would contact Kevin and have it sent out asap. It is now Saturday morning.....still no estimate. This is very disappointing considering Kevin had done a good job selling his product and being personable that we were prepared to put a deposit down as long as the pricing wasnt outrageous. We have had several other estimates, all which fall into about the same price range, all Arogon had to do was come close. At this point, we will be considering other companies who were prompt with their responses.

UPDATE: The estimate was emailed to me on the evening of June 18th, one week after the initial visit. Kevin called me on June 19th to apologize and provide an explanation for the delay. He informed me that he had just heard back from his distributors that morning and was sorry for the lack of communication in the mean time. After letting him know that i had decided to go with another company, he said he was sorry to hear that but understood. Arocon's estimate was slightly higher than others and unfortunately, with the delay, I contacted another contractor in the meantime. Kevin was able to provide an explanation for the added cost and warned me to be aware of "change orders" from the company I choose to use. I would change my rating to 3-1/2 stars based upon the follow up. Honestly, I would have liked to have used Arogon if not for the lack of communication and slightly higher cost.

Techs were very thorough and great. They performed a thorough inspection of my attic, roof, chimney tops and also cleaned and caulked my gutters. Overall very satisfied with Arocon. Would recommend to others as a reputable company.

Our roof received the Roof Tune Up special. The company was able to schedule the Roof Tune Up within a week of calling. Will and Dave came out and looked into our attic and got onto the roof.

They gave us a detailed report of what looked good (and didn't need repair) and what didn't look so good (and would need repair). I was shown multiple pictures and explanations of what the roof looked like. Both Dave and Will patiently answered my questions and never pressured me to buy services or products.

I would highly recommend the Roof Tune Up and working with Arocon!

Roof done early summer 2018. If I could give them no stars, I would. Shoddy work. The crew leader Hunter was very unprofessional and rude and refused to correct mistakes. Initially no response from them. They only responded after I reported the situation to Home Advisor. Yesterday my friend pointed out the siding on the front of my house above porch is not flush to house. Due to improper flashing.That solved the mystery as to why the second floor front rooms are so cold. I hesitate to call them. They are very difficult to deal with.

Alex and Eric showed up on time they were very friendly and fast. They both took the time to walk me through the process and the photos/report and answered all of my questions. I greatly appreciate the time and added clarity.

Jason & Dylan performed a tune up and inspection. They where friendly and very professional. They inspected my roof and tuned up what needed. I will use them again for another tune up and inspection around the fall

Will Moore came out to do a 'gutter tune-up'. He showed up on time (well, actually he called and asked to come a little earlier if convenient - it was) and checked out my attic, looking for damage on the inside and then went up on the roof and checked all my gutters. I was especially concerned with my gutter over my living room which was coming off. He did the very best he could to fix it, but the fascia board would not hold the screw or the nails that were there. The whole time he was there I found him very informative and not pushy. He offered that the company provides a wide range of services, including gutter replacement, and has several financing options. I have a lot of improvement projects in my home and I would not hesitate to contact this company for estimates.

Arocon roof tune-up was a good value for smaller roof repairs and quick maintenance. Very good at scheduling jobs and providing updates. They do a good job.

Preston and Kevin were really great on time (if fact earlier, before the storm hit), thorough in their work, thoughtful in explaining Issues and potential followup work. Was really impressed. (I rarely do these reviews!)

Awesome job on a flat roof installation! Eric was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and gave me a great price. The installation of Durolast was proven to be top notch when the Durolast rep came to inspect. Now I have a brand new roof with a 20 year warranty that even covers damaged contents if the roof leaks. Many roofing companies are very shady. I ve dealt with some of them but Arocon is NOT one of these companies. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job, commercial or residential! Thank you again for a great job!

Alex and Eric were fantastic. Were very kind and did a great job cleaning out our gutters. They even were able to fix our back gutters that were barely hanging on while they were here just doing a tune up. Would definitely use them again!

Technician was very informative and made me feel very educated when it comes to terminology. He also made me feel that I truly have someone in my corner and did not take advantage of me being clueless to this whole process. He was also on time and efficient. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs to fix a roof from causing leaks in the house.
