I'm very impressed with the professionalism Arocon has demonstrated, they answered my phone call right away, the tech showed up on time and is knowledgeable, he pointed out potential issues and answered all my questions. I'm pretty satisfied with their service. It's very hard to schedule a weekend visit, so you probably need to plan that way ahead.
