Wow. We had a tornado in May 2019 that took off part of our roof. Because insurance didn't settle immediately, we had time to think about the process and had interviewed several contractors, and even began the process with a few... some smaller firms, and some of which have pretty big names in this area.

Each one of the companys was highly recommended and came with a good reputation.

Because I pay attention to detail and because of the time the insurance process was taking, one roofing company who was highly recommended ended up becoming very disillusioned with me and at one point exclaimed
"You're making way too big a deal about this. It's just a roof!".

For me, I guess that's what sets Arocon apart was my personal experience with Jason and his crew.

I felt like I was always being careful with the other contractors as not to hurt their feelings or upset them because it sure seemed it was easy to do that! One become very angry, another one very impatient, another one got his feelings hurt and threatened to pull out of the process.

I must admit, I'm not the easiest person to do business with. I require both a good price, quality workmanship, and insist on having all my questions answered.

Absolutely I can tell you that only Arocon roofing and specifically Jason was able to fulfill all three requirements.

But even with all these boxes checked, I couldn't tell until gameday for sure if I had picked the right contractor.

Game day came and went.

Everything went off without a hitch. Even the special order stuff, which apparently throws monkey wrenches for a lot of contractors. No problem for Jason. He was always cheerful and in full understanding of my needs & wants-which changed several times- and always willing to talk with me when I had a concern.

I'm so very happy I went with Arocon! They checked 'all my boxes' and even some that I didn't know I had.

Good work guys. Even more importantly, great process, Jason. Pleasure working with you.
