I was nervous about this service because it was for the my first home which I was selling on the east coast and now I live on the west coast. I knew I couldn t count on my realtor because he wasn t the type of guy to go the extra mile (Redfin, lesson learned) so I knew I couldn t count on him to be there for this appointment. But I received an email with the detailed work they did. Pictures galore of every part of the roof and the tune up they did. The service was done at the time I expected and the response with the email and receipt was received immediately after the service was provided. The price was $149 for the roof tune up on a three level townhome. So I was very pleased with the price and the service. I am a picky customer and I can say I highly recommend them.
