I had the most positive experience with Arocon today, from scheduling a roof and gutter tune-up through to completion of the work. I would give them a 10+ if I could. I selected Arocon based on consistent great service reviews and after watching their online tune-up video. The representative that helped schedule my appointment was wonderful and very resourceful. If anything, I was sorry I had to wait three weeks, but I suppose that is what happens when a company is in great demand. Arocon confirmed my appointment the day before it was scheduled and sent Mikey and Zach over. I knew about these two based on service reviews. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous, patiently listened to my gutter and waterfall woes, and explained in great detail what I should expect from the service. Mikey assured me they would investigate and resolve all my complaints, and they really did. These two worked very efficiently together. I was stunned by the detail in the 65 before, and 36 after, photos of my roof and gutters. They inspected and photographed every inch of the roof and gutters. I saw the many problems that had to be fixed (there was a small garden growing in one of my gutters!), but these two were undaunted. All was done in good time, about two hours. My porch and the surrounds were cleaned up and left looking much better than found. Thank you. My tune-up report was very detailed and told me more about my roof than I ever knew. Customer service and satisfaction, and a commitment to quality were evident in their work. I even got a follow-up call from the office to make sure all was well. There was no pressure to do more work than was needed, in fact, the team said their goal was to extend the life of my aging roof to its fullest. I am very pleased with this company and its employees, and did not hesitate to start a service contract.
