I had my roof worked on by Arocon in the beginning of May. I wanted to get some heavy rain on the new roof to see if the leaks were corrected, before I wrote the review. I had a great experience dealing with this company from start to finish. Arocon put a new Bitumen (torch down)-10 Year Labor and material Warranty flat roof on my Canton row house with a roof deck. They did a great job under my roof deck with about 2 foot clearance to work under. The Consultant Chris was on time to give an estimate, a detailed printout estimate was given before he left the property, and he was very knowledgeable. The team sent to complete the torch down roof, were actually early and work was completed on time as stated in the estimate. The final walk through was great, again the Arocon representative was on time and gave a detailed explanation on all completed work. My overall rating of this company was GREAT!!! I have a very busy schedule and I found that in this industry on time is very hard to find. The price was a little higher than a couple of other estimates, but the ten year warranty and on time from all employees was well worth the extra money.
