Tried going to the store at 14th street first because that's closer to where I work, but I should have come to this Apple store in the first place. The employees here are MUCH more understanding and helpful when you have issues. Angie was helping me today and she helped me understand everything that was wrong, explained thoroughly all of my options, and then once I made a decision explained one more time what I was purchasing. She did everything she could to get me in and out of the store with as minimal waiting as possible, and I'm walking out with a brand new phone. AND I was able to get my phone replaced for only $70 (with Apple Care+) instead of the original $400 quote from 14th Street. I'm much more confident now that my devices are in good hands. If you need to go to the Apple Store for ANYTHING, this is the location to visit.
30' to get a service and they keep telling you 5' ... No sense go there just if you have time to waste
Very efficient especially if you have An appointment. Very helpful staff, some of them, and they will be there with you every step of the way.
Comfortable to buy, there are few people and the tour of the neighborhood is worth it, I recommend it, the staff very attentive.
Not sure what to say about this place. I was with a friend that needed repairs to the phone. The representative said it would be a 30 minute wait. We went upstairs and the service people helped us in about 10 minutes.
Busy yet well run Apple store with knowledgeable people.
Nice store, but expect up to 3 weeks to have any services done.
Secluded location in a very classic building. A real mix of classic architecture and modern technology
Because I couldn't even get my iPad to work but they help me , yet Apple still haven't help me putting a new credit card inside so I can use my iPad
I contacted them on the phone and they still haven't called me back and it's been almost a month
I would never ever tell anyone / recommend an iPad to anyone
The Apple Store is always great! hehe
In addition, the Soho store had a restroom and it was better.
best place in heart, the guys are just the coolest, i love to go there with my ideas and thy help me to transform them into reality
Less crowded . Took me 5 minutes to buy 3 new items.
Customer service is absolutely amazing and makes me feel welcomed and always solves my problems with my phone. They allow walk-ins for phone and tech and you don t have to schedule ahead to go fix your phone but if it s very busy, you might have to wait a while.
Got everything , but staff was quite mean some of them
They technical service is great. the help you find the perfect computer and also ipod/iphone for you.
This is probably my least favorite out of the Apple Stores. It's too crowded and crazy that it's almost impossible to look for anything. Far prefer the Fifth Ave location.
Location far for those who are staying near Times Square but it is really worth going to what would be Central Park to buy an iPhone, since the predisposition of those who attend is very good. Although they do not speak Spanish, none of them, they do everything possible so that you understand what he is saying or referring to.
Once you enter you are attended by a girl or boy who asks for your name and asks for the phone model you are looking for. Once they take your data, they assign you a table where they call you by name.
You have to be very attentive because with so many people, the name does not sound very well. They show you the models you were looking for and if you want to buy it automatically, pay with the card on the phone that it attends. They bring you the product very quickly and voila ... You already leave with an iPhone in hand!

crowds everywhere at this technology gallery and internet cafe that occasionally acts as a retail store.
Store a little more empty than the average network. Always find a seller to attend and with the knowledge to inform the appropriate product.
really bad service, wasting all customers' precious time. No more words to describe how bad it is
Always nice to be here to gain more knowledge in the tech business
Easy accessibility with stroller. Easy and fast check out with Apple Pay
Xavier helped bae and I get an apple watch. Super nice guy. super nice watch. Store is always packed but what are you gonna do...
Always crowdy. There is no quiet apple store in the world :)
Great store with friendly staff, as is with any Apple Store. Did however feel that the staff were a bit rushed. Although for them it is ofcourse normal to be selling expensive phones and computers, it is most likely not for the persons buying there. Felt the staff were a bit too casual about selling me an iPhone X, almost as if I was just buying a water at the grocery store next door. Overall store looked great though and wasn't really busy when I was there.
Very well organized queue, and exemplary service at the Genius Bar.
wow! the central park location has now become a city's attraction!
It was the only nearby location where I could get an appoinment the same day. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time and the experience was great. In and out within 20 minutes. Problem fixed. 100% covered by Apple Care Plus.
Great staff.
Cool building and I have learned that it's the first apple location in nyc
I been there Soho apple store to buy a phone for my wife. Since the Covid-19 i had to make reservation. But the employees outside were experience with their work. As soon i got inside i was assisted with an unprofessional employee. I felt like i should not buy. She has zero experience with handle the customers. She said we can t go to see any other products available in that store. Such like Charger, airpod etc. Bcoz of Virus. My wife wanted to let her open the box and setting up everything from my old phone to new phone. But she refused. She said she can t touch bcoz of Virus. I don t understand that how does she open the doors and take money or card. Of Course she is aware but ahe could use gloves. I am sure Apple Soho store provide gloves too for their employees and staffs. Me and my wife decided that we will never visit again this store.
Great place to see celebrities, replace headphones and purchase the latest in technology. Awesome!!!
Great store. V apple. Not much more, to say than that!!
I came in this morning with a laptop problem. They fixed it, only to have my laptop crash again a few hours later. I came back in the afternoon and was told that they could see me in a few hours or at 8pm. I came back at 8pm as I couldn t keep leaving my office during the day. They couldn t find my appointment, but recognized me from my numerous visits. I was told the wait would be an hour minimum, and to go to another location which didn t take appointments. Upon arrival at the new location 25 min away, I was told there was a 2-3 hour wait. Now I m sitting here with a project due tomorrow screaming internally. I gave 2 stars as the people seemed genuine and kind, but what a horrible experience.
Really great Apple store with a friendly and efficient staff. Only problem is that there tends to be a lot of people here.
They treated me great, they looked for who could attend me in Spanish and it was all very fast.
This place is getting better. I felt that there are enough representatives to keep things moving quickly. This is what expected from local store of apple. About the prices? Iphones are way too expensive.
Apple stop. Boring decor and usually standard products. Advice was friendly but I am surprised that one is quite inflexible (but probably Apple is owed). Nevertheless 4 instead of 3 stars because there are a lot of additional products to buy.
I can't really speak too much about the retail experience at this particular store but I do enjoy the events/programs that they have on the upper level. I came here recently for an Emiliana Torrini concert and although I wasn't too crazy about her new music, I really enjoyed the experience of sitting down in the space and watching her perform with a band. The lighting and sound were great. I almost forgot I was in a retail store. It almost felt like she was performing in my living room. I've also been here for educational events to learn more about my macbook pro and thought the space was great for projection and presentations as well.
staff sucks. sellers treat you like shit.
didn't expect that treatment from Apple. very disappointed.
Horrible service, unbelievable wait. Went in to repair a cracked screen and u have to wait at each single step! 10 mins on line to be called, 15 mins to hand in the phone, 2 hours wait time to repair, 30 mins to wait for the fat lady distribute her handful of repaired phones. Avoided this place and go to another store!
Extremely disappointed and upset with Apple. Purchased an iPhone 7 (model A1660) that had a known manufactured defect in which the main logic board would malfunction. I unfortunately purchased one of these phones and one day lost all service. Instead of Apple replacing the defective phone I purchased from them, I was whacked with a 165 dollar service fee because of a tiny nick (can't even call it a crack) on my screen that "had to be replaced" despite the fact that it was a solely a cosmetic issue and had nothing to do with the malfunction of the phone. Nobody seemed to care/sympathetic to my situation. As a 20+ year consumer of Apple products, I'm extremely bummed by the way I was treated and will be looking elsewhere for my next cell phone and desktop computer.
Everyone Is Very Polite & Professional @ This Apple Store.
This apple store always has really cool events with celebrities. Classes for people into photography, music etc. Plenty of outlets to charge your tech gear and seating in the auditorium. Staff is extremely helpful and fixed my laptop including the crack on it.
Out of stock of most things.. Agsin. Disappointed with the brands stock planning
Something weird upstairs... I Can not Say... Dont felt comfortable
I really didn't have a nice time. The sale person who helped me asked repeatedly all the questions I had to another member of the staff. He wasn't trained well at all!
Our experience here with this Apple store in SoHo was fantastic. It is one of the largest Apple locations in the world with two floors, with a large theatre style seating area on the second floor with various live and scheduled presentations on how to use different features on your Apple device.
We had a scheduled 12:15pm genius bar appt for an issue with a MacBook Air, we came in at 12:18pm, and asked the first person we saw with a green employee shirt who said to head upstairs to the left, there are stairs right in front and a small elevator a little further back to your left when you walk in. Upstairs, we again asked an employee, whom, btw, looked as though they are all there helping customers or waiting to help on a customer, and we were seated towards the back of this long table where it seemed everyone was getting their devices fixed or explained.
An employee came over and asked us about our issue and said a technician would be over shortly. There was a slight wait...about 10-15 minutes but it was worth it, because we got Ken, who fixed, cleaned, and magically took care of what we couldn't, with our laptop. He was also able to solve an admin issue that we had with the laptop as well.
When he did have to take the laptop for a bit, he was back quickly, and overall, it was a terrific experience.
We then went over to check out chargers and accessories on the other side of the store. We were told that we could find them on both floors, and the sales employee we dealt with was very nice and helpful also.
Also, this area is so nice to stroll around, with eateries, clothing stores, and shops nearby.
We would definitely come to this location again.
Our rep was very friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you for a great shopping experience. GOD BLESS!
The Apple store in soho has amazing customer service. I recently went into this location to replace my iphone charger. while i did not have a genius bar appointment, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Genius put my name on an expedited list for quick service repairs and I was able to get a new cord in less than five minutes without formally setting up an appointment and waiting.
Happy Chinese New Year of the Rat , 4718.
Apple SoHo, New York City is 1 of my favorite Apple Store in the world.
I came into the store to see what was wrong with my ipad because the plug would not go into the ipad for charging.
Got there around 1'ish without an appointment, was told my appointment would be in an hour.
Went for some lunch, and came back within the hour. Someone was there to assist me in 10 minutes, and the problem was solved in 10 minutes also.
The Apple SoHo is huge and spacious with plenty of windows that allow lots of natural sunlight in. The staff is polite, attentive, knowledgeable and professional.
Great little shop.
Good service, had my phone's battery replaced within an hour, smooth process.
