Very bad attention they had us like 20 minutes without attending us until we asked them why they didn't attend us until then they took the order

Poor customer service! I ended up canceling my order, I'm not paying you to be rude! Took my money to the Carl's nextdoor.

The worse ive seen told me that they quit selling Coffee at that Location.

Try being the only one that goes through the drive-thru to order a quarter pounder with cheese meal then a chicken nugget you get honey mustard instead of hot mustard that you ordered and you get a double cheeseburger instead of the single quarter pounder with cheese that you ordered

Fillet of fish sandwiches and glazed chicken strips are what we came for.

Good service just lots of homeless hang around here

Service is quick and almost always get my order correct.

McDonald's is always a crowd pleaser! The store and restrooms, were clean, and well stocked. The staff was friendly and patient, during the early morning rush. I am happy with my visit, today.

Very rude worker named hope served me and my wife she was having a bad day I guess? She did not get the order wright ripped the bag out out of my hand then through the change back in my hand she was not trained right, or she doesn't care about customers. I told her I was going to report this and she told me and my wife "good I hope you do", I wouldn't go there for water at this point, I feel bad McDonalds has to hire people who don't t care about anything.

Narrow drive thru and usually long lines. I recommend ordering in the ap for curbside

Poor customer service, rude people here be warned. Hopefully my order is right. And they don't give napkins nice. It's so hard to grab some and put them in the bag? This job must be hard wow

There is new computer order system that looks st*p*d and make it more slower.

Oddly one of the best run McDonald's I've experienced. Not that I've experienced many these days, but this was quick, efficient, and food was hot and ... I hesitate to say tasty, but it was very correct for a McDonald's.

The parking lot is juuuust big enough that you never have to worry about parking, too. Major plus, as is the drive-thru layout.

My visit was pretty good. I asked for my food to be fresh and hot. It was except the fries weren't quite done. Also, when Jessica (I think) gave my change I noticed it wasn't correct and her response was "oh I don't have pennies so I just rounded it off". Wrong thing to do young lady. That is when you ask for more pennies so your drawer will be correct when you check out.

No long waiting service was kind but got the wrong order other than that it's okay

Food was great but the inside of the store had a bad odor. Almost like a moldy or mildew smell. Had to put it out there because I've been in literally hundreds of them, food good or bad. The building always smells good and clean.

This is a clean restaurant but the drive thru is very tight. You must have a very small vehicle Yogi get thru it without denting your vehicle.

Why do you get a location number for the table and they don't bring the food to you. 2nd time this has happened. I have a knee brace and it's hard for me to walk.

Food was prepared as requested and the staff was friendly. 4 stars because restaurant could have been cleaner. There was some spilled liquid on the floor and appears that someone tried to clean it up by using paper towels and it was just sitting there on the floor. I don't know how long it was there before we arrived but it was still there when we left which was about 40 minutes later. Parking can be a bit challenging at this location because there's not very many parking spaces, there are other businesses nearby and I believe that people are parking in that parking lot taking up spaces for McDonald's customers.

My brother ordered through door dash and got his food handed by a passenger who sat in the back seat .. his food bag was drenched in the smell of pot smoke as was the car ... the bag was sealed and his fry were cold and the frys had hair on them . I tried to call the store and there phone voice mail was full and no one answered ...

They use chemicals in all their food except for the ice cream

Went for lunch today ordered 2 quarter pounder meals for me and my coworker only to find our burgers were undercooked and the middle of the meat was still bright pink! Went back for a refund only to be asked if we wanted the burgers well done instead!! I Couldn't believe it! Your supposed to serve burgers well done! We dont want to contract E-coli!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

One cashier takes forever long line last time we came too.

It was great only the traffic from being to close to the street, but service was GREAT

Got sick after eating here. It was horrible for two days after, I couldn't eat anything.

I assume we all know McDonald's so you know the kind of food you're getting if you eat here. I don't regularly eat here, but I stop by for a drink and snack from time to time. The staff at this location were friendly and the place was clean.

Good service. Tight squeeze through the drive thru though!

The "Boss" lady that sits at the back is ALWAYS yelling at employees I've been in multiple times and is always yelling at employees no matter how many people are eating she still yells across the restaurant
It's hard to enjoy your lunch when u have the boss yelling
HR should really look into this location and ask employees how they get treated

Why is McDonalds so friggen undependable when it comes to McCafe?
I stopped going to Starbucks altogether becausr of the great flavors of McCafe...but in the last 3 days , three different stores McCafe nachines were broken down.
So dissapoimting and frustrating. :(

This experience was really nice, love the new dining room, much much better, our breakfast was fresh and half the price from goodys, who serves a full breakfast, we been coming here a cpl years, havn't had any problems

Never go here! Food is terrible, horrible owners, horrible managers! The owner Sue will not let you use the restroom if you don't buy something!!! And the trays aren't even cleaned correctly, I got one back with ketchup and mustard from the person before me at whatever time. Never go to this place! Don't give them your money!!!!!

This location has plenty of competition just feet away from their front door yet, their walk up cashiers apparently aren't familiar with COMMON COURTESY.

Ive been to this exact location a few times - and I always park and walk in ..I buy a combo breakfast meal with coffee and have ironically had the SAME CASHIER each time.

Today he was just AWFUL. I dont know if he was having a bad day or doesn't like his job.. either way, he shouldve stayed home.

It was the WORST early morning interaction Ive ever had at a restaurant. I will NEVER be back and I'm confident the owner doesn't care and will never know how poorly the customers are treated.

Alfredo - morning shift cashier was RUDE to me, additionally, he did not provide the condiments I requested and argued with me about who's supposed to ask about them - me or him!

I work hard for my money and so should he.

The Fat lady with no brain who pretend to be a manager or owner told me that " we don't participate at Mc Donald's campaign" so don't eat at this shytty place is fake food

Literally took forever to even acknowledge me walked back and forth focusing on their drive thru I went for breakfast and decided to go inside and sit down in your "restaurant" only to get worse customer service then if I drove up got my food and drove off

I live close to this McDonald's.. It's nice sometimes, though other times it's "eh". Gets really full on Thursdays though because of Market Night nearby.

Got my whole order wrong, even the size. Then had to wait 15 minutes in the parking lot.

It's normal mc Donald's clean only negative was the website shows items that the store does not have

I went thru drive thru to order my food and while I picked up my food I forgot to get 2 other burgers so they said wait 2 min outside I said ok and asked for extra bbq sauce and water so I pull and wait when she brings the food guess what I didn't find MA BBQ SAUCE AND MY WATER

Probably will not make any difference but they always have one person on the walkup register and 3-4 people on the drive through. So when I go here it's waiting longer than the drive through. Just making an observation.

Never opened in time, weekdays and weekends, and light are out, still at 5:38 a.m. Saturday, November 14th. Only one in line and its been 10 minutes

Why are the bathrooms locked? Quick service. Tough parking lot to get in and out of.

They took forever to get my Americano out to me. They did give me a refund and the drink; so that's okay. I just wish this location would stop messing up my orders or taking forever. This the first time they ever volunteered a refund. Doesn't seem to matter who is working. They must be swamped, if so they sure hire better coverage. Maybe it's the training, if so corporate needs to crack down on this franchisee.

I am there all the time. The lady taking orders is pretty nice every time she sees me. Pretty sure she knows my face now. They have messed up my vanilla ice coffee a few times but have always been great about replacing it. Today they forgot my salsa and I had to go back. I was mad as it made me late from my break. Was gonna complain but the guy at the counter, young, thin, tall black guy that was taking orders...was so sweet, and had such a beautiful smile, that I actually didnt complain and just felt glad I had gone. Over all not a bad place.

Foods unhealthy but delicious, what more do you want from me
