The De Keutels housing association is only interested in making money. They left the tenants' interests behind them years ago. Even if they know you are in your right, they try to thwart you in every way. All I want from them is to restore my house after water damage (which is the result of a construction fault, by the way). This is promised time and time again, but apparently there is no rush whatsoever. In the meantime, I have been in a ruin for two weeks now, with no idea when I will be helped. How they interact with my neighbors is also ridiculous, but they should write a review about it themselves.

I also notice that all positive reviews come from 'local guides'. It seems to me not entirely pure coffee ...

Very bad organization. Do not keep appointments at all and are only on your money. Having to withdraw cash several times due to defects in the home is simply not possible.

The moment they want to make an "appointment" you just have to be there and they schedule something without consultation (read appointment).

The moment they find out where they miss out on money, everything can be arranged immediately. However, with requests for the home (broken doors, leaking glass) they promise to arrange it neatly, but nothing ever happens. After 5x contact, nothing is arranged yet.

Maintenance is carried out regularly, even now the facades of the houses are cleaned by means of a high-pressure cleaner, including the last new carpet in the hall instead of the rubber mat. Every 3 months the anti-slip tiles are cleaned in the hall and if something is broken, 1 call and it will be arranged! I have been living with De Sleutels since 1991, nothing but praise !!
