I think the manager i spoke to was Brooke? one of the components in my iphone malfunctioned and I was told that they werent liable because my warranty was up in april. I did nothing to the phone it was their logic board that failed after 14 months of use. I was told that I would either need to replace the phone or I should have extended the warranty. Was essentially scolded at for not getting an extended warranty on something that I had no idea would happen.

This place has been one of my favorites for years. The service is speedy and the genius bar always get things done. The live class tutorials are also a great feature you should take of.
I went there and wanted to buy the new Apple Watch 4 but did not know which size and went straight to the table where they show the new model. I did not see that you have to wait in line and the staff reminded me of it in a very rude and arrogant way. I guess I will not buy the new Apple Watch now but the Samsung Gear S3 and a new Galaxy S9 instead. For nearly the same amount of money
I went upstairs and asked to an associate a girl for an adaptor to connect the laptop I just bought to my monitor. Her answer was I need to know what exactly you need . If I knew exactly what type of adaptor I needed I would have grabbed it myself. I guess they are supposed to help customers with a good attitude. Then she showed me 2 boxes and I just asked how much is one of them? Her answer was the price is in the box . Rude. Then I tried to showed my computer to make sure if that s what I needed and she said apparently upset: i know exactly what computer is that . I went to 3 Apple stores yesterday and the customer service is bad. Used to be better.
They are not helpful I got my iPhone a few days ago some thing went wrong on Apple side and they are not fixing it or giving me a new phone I should have stand with Samsung
Pretty much the pitstop for anything you can want to buy at Apple in downtown NYC. Clean, almost no wait bathrooms probably drive quite a bit of traffic in here as well. Large learning/classes space upstairs.
Great store. Can go in a check email and internet if you need too. Have all the usual apple products available along with the genius bar to help you out with any apple issues.

ENORMOUS STORE!! Almost feels like an interactive museum. Met a really fantastic sales associate. She helped me get in and get out in less than 5 minutes.
Disgustingly long wait time, silly process of checking in "with nurse" then waiting for 45 minutes to be seen by "the doctor" They turned my phone on and let the battery die then the genius John was so slow, so unwilling to help me and all that needed to happen was a restore because the new ios 7 crashed my phone. Really bad service.
service is always slow and unfortunately the help suggested is mostly stuff you can do yourself, it's a waste of time 9 out 10 times, yes I've been there over 10 times...
Clueless employees just wastes your time and dont even try to connect to customer service because they are also waste of time they can stick there charger less phone to there A.. im buying Samsung fu.. that
As you walk in you notice that the greeters are very friendly and down-to-earth. They are also skilled in Apple related problems. The environment is friendly and I love the classes that you can take there. I never felt rushed or bothered to buy anything and because of that I end up spending more money than I originally intended on. I highly recommend this store
Terrible phone service. I was put on hold for a while and then somebody picked up, and hung up as I was asking my question. Called back a few times, I'm put on hold and then I guess they just hang up because they're too busy or can't be bothered to answer the phones? Tried 4 times, gave up.
It has been one of the best Apple stores I have been able to visit. You find the usual, however the differential point was the user exhibition room where every so often an expert of Apple products makes exhibitions, for example how to take advantage of the iOS photo editor. Being a user who enjoys Android, a collaborator of Apple managed to convince me to try iOS on an iPhone.
All the staff is super friendly and managed to fix my phone in a timely manner at the genius bar. My phone was destroyed due to a battery replacement at Grand Central, but soho was willing to replace the phone in its entirety.
I have to wait a few weeks to order the iPhone x. What does Apple do? Since there is no goods.. Every time I ask, I have to wait, I am really disappointed... I need a Chinese who can translate to work in the Apple Store!
Horrible customer service. I came here to trade in my phone for iPhone XS which I bought a week earlier. The apple staff person refused to check my phone and called it a piece of trash. I had to go to 5th Avenue store and they gave me 200$ credit without asking any further question. Please avoid soho store if possible.
My one start has nothing to do with Apple Store in Soho. This store was very helpful for the previous issues I had with my iPhone and my wife s and my father s. I m giving 1 star for the quality of Apple products especially for iPhones. I paid $800 for my iPhone 6 Plus and from they one me and my wife were having problems. Two days ago I did software update and now my phone freezes al the time and my battery dies in couple of hours. My father and my wife have the same issues. After changing the screen, due to Apple manufacture error, and having other issues with the phone now I have to worry about this new issue; battery dies. I was told I have to go to Apple store twice; first I have to go and let Apple Store to inspect my phone battery and than order it and two weeks later go back to the same store and wait for battery to install like I have nothing else to do. Quality of iPhones are far away from the price we re paying for the phones.By the way I have been trying to reach someone in Apple customer service but no luck!!!
Its apple what is there to say about the service its good like always but I can tell you a story instead of a review google. The first time I went to this apple store it just opened. The style of the store inside was amazing. The layout of the store was open. I liked how you was able to actually play with the product fully. The other thing was the glass steps. I never stepped on glass steps so yes I was a little cautious. The upper floor was even more amazing then the lower floor long story short google. I rather give you a story then a review...RaD
Excellent store. My daughter and I took a character drawing class in the iPad pro using procreate. The instructor was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
My favorite Apple store to get service in Manhattan it usually is not so crowded like the Fifth Avenue store and it is in a great area of Manhattan to walk around
This place it's always crowled, but by working near to this place I took a phone to change a broken screen, now the phone make has messed touch pot place when using finger. Too long hours to repair it, use local store to repair you iPhone.
My beats stopped working for the second time. I was out of warranty for about 2 months and they tried to charge my $79 to repair them (a second time) while the product is $99 retail. Thanks for wasting my time!
Had a great experience purchasing the Series 3 Apple Watch. The rep (Israel) at the watch counter was so personable and I got exactly what I wanted in 5 minutes flat. The other reps at the watches were also super nice.
This place is so good. I love the iPhone X because it's inspired by the Andy Ruben sandwich phone, Essential! I also love this place because I get to wirelessly charge my own phone. Good job apple! Innovating technology every year!
This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life the technician was rudy an said somethings to me like I wanted something for free an I'm paying customer an the manager was also rude I left the store an I even left the iPhone there I was so mad I call t mobile an I went an got it back from the apple store an now I have to take it back to t mobile the phone broke it was no fault of mine I told apple I don't have a good mailing address so I waited so long for a walk in to get a warranty exchange not fix an i with not treated with respect i was scammed 25000 trying to get the warranty experience an finally after 4 to 5month of the phone not working i still left the apple store with out a phone an i have a warranty is down right shameful I'm taken a back by this apple doesn't care about there costumers
The store itself is very aesthetically pleasing and is very roomy. The showroom is upstairs and is big. The employees are very welcoming and efficient. They are able to work with your to aid in using your Apple devices. The location is very convenient as well. My experience here got me what I needed and didn t take very long. The area around the store is also very interesting and eccentric.
