This store is packed whenever visited. Luckily, there are plenty of friendly staff to assist with enquires. This place is good to check out the latest Apple products. It is clean and well maintained - considering the amount of traffic.

Bonus that there are restrooms for you to use.

Not a bad store. Not bad at all. Considering the heavy tourist flow, I was expecting to labor through it. But, surprisingly, what I'd say was the right amount of staff to handle the load

Big thanks to Daniel, Daquan, and the entire team at the Apple SoHo store. They were professional, efficient, and charismatically welcoming in their demeanor. Stay safe and happy holidays to the Apple SoHo team!

I have to be honest, I found the staff here to be very dismissive and not very competent.

They mis-diagnosed my hardware issue as a software problem in spite of the fact that there was a service bulletin for my model explaining exactly the problem I was having. I had to travel twice to this store, spending 6 hours including wait times to solve a problem that should have been addressed over the phone.

This was frustrating enough, but the staff also spoke down to me and treated me in a manner that was condescending and dismissive.

There is a famous viral video of a woman with a baby stroller losing her temper in an apple store. If her experience was at all like mine, I understand.

Friendly staff with perfect theater seating for Apple events and other Q&A with noteworthy media and tech persons. Good location for SoHo tourist traffic as well as digital aficionados who work or live nearby.

Service was ok, there a lot of standing around by some employees. Had a beats headphones replaced they got messed up again I brought them back to get them replaced and the headphones had no serial number on it date or that I was trying to pull one over on them or give them a pair of fake headphones when they ask for a serial number and a work order I gave them the work order and the serial number and still had a problem eventually I did get the headphones replaced but the new ones come without serial numbers on it again so I had to show them they have no serial number and took a picture of the paper that has the serial number so I won't have that experience again with getting the headphones replaced

I wanna give a special THANK YOU! to Grace, Michael & Marco @ the Apple store in Soho N.Y...10 STARS IF I COULD!

I had a situation which I won't mention because the good outweighs the bad, I had an appointment but had to go back to the store the next day bc it wasn't resolved & Grace a (Manager or Supervisor) greeted me on the line outside after my temperature check etc.

Asked how I was doing.. I was upset which I explained to her what had occurred the day b4, she was so attentive listening to me while I was upset & non-stop venting! unable to speak normally & clearly bc of the damn mask which is now apart of our daily lives in public when speaking closely to a person! She apologized & told me not to worry she'll take care of the situation

While I was venting to her a gentleman came by the door, held it opened & listened while patiently waiting for me with no interruptions then Grace introduced him as her Senior Supervior or Senior Manager Michael.. he immediately apologizes for the situation as well then escorted me inside & straight upstairs so I didn't have to wait down stairs he then spoke with a technician Marco, all 3 were super sweet... OMG to my surprise they all exceeded my expectations & gave me hope that they're still Amazing, Considerate & Caring people out there in this world today & not just the Frontliners and it's not for show either! it's because they're really good considerate listeners who really cares!

This is one location where you'll never ever caught the virus!! they're super clean & they enforced a strick guideline that we all have to follow from outdoor to indoors no exceptions!!

They gave me a mask over my mask bc mine had a vent which I did have my filter in on both visits but instead of taking my word they still enforced that it's their policy which I loved bc I am Asthmatic, every table has tons of alcohol wipes, napkins & sanitizer also maintenance is on board! .. SO DON'T BE AFRAID TO GO TO THE APPLE STORE IN SOHO! GRACE, MICHAEL & MARCO IS AMAZING IN THAT ORDER!!

Meh. I went to pick something up that I'd bought online. First, a few of the floor staff were complaining about how bored they were among themselves, right in front of me. I totally understand the feeling, but having no problem saying things like that in front of customers (I wasn't the only one), could be indicative of a larger issue.

Which brings me to the actual reason for my so-so review: the item I ordered was brought up within 5 minutes, which should be great. But there was a technical problem, and it couldn't be scanned out, for whatever reason. Again, whatever, shit happens. However, another 10 minutes later; the guy who is supposed to be figuring it out...is having a conversation about nothing Apple related...and fixing the scanning issue, kinda-sorta. Finally, after 5 minutes of this, and because I had to be somewhere, I said something. He mustered up his attention and, presto...20 seconds, and done.

Apple is Apple bc they are the brand for individuals.. Not the nameless, faceless pc compatible. They've been that since the dawn of time. Today, it's not really true, bc they're just too popular...but they should at least make you feel that way.

Was very busy here, very long lines. Was told it was going to be > 30 minutes wait on Saturday afternoon. There was a lady holding a baby ahead of me in line to check out the new iWatch. I waited for about 12 minutes but then realized life is precious and weekends are short! Is this how I want to spend my life? Spend my Saturday waiting in line in the Apple store for the privilege of paying > $350 for a fancy watch? The lady with the infant was still in the same spot in the middle of the line when I left watch-less, hope they found what they were looking for!

Love this Apple store, in the heart of the shops at SoHo. Especially like how this store is broken up, with shopping on the ground floor and support on the 2nd floor makes it very easy to get the attention you need. Also love that when you walk in, if you visit the kiosk on the right you can purchase whatever you need right away no trying to find a store associate!

I had someone bring in my iMac for repair. Now that it is fixed, they insist that whoever picks up the iMac must pay for the repairs. I cannot go myself due to physical disabilities. I want to pay online or even over the phone. I have to get cash for someone to pick up my iMac. In these days of online everything, this seems very primitive- even for Apple. Come on, Apple, this is the 21st century. I can order everything in the world online...but to get my iMac, I have to appear in person, present my cc in person, sign in person, etc. Unbelievable.

The only Apple store I go to in the City. Usually get in and out faster than any of the other locations I ve tried, and it s a great location super convenient to transit and shopping, but also a great store in general with super helpful staff.

Really great store, staff are friendly. The Genius Bar reminds me of a doctors office, people come in with tech issues and have to wait for someone to see them. Patience and kindness is key, don't go in there screaming and yelling like a baby. If you can, make a Genius Bar appt before 5pm on a weekday, the wait is shorter.

Also the theatre is pretty cool, lots of interesting events.

A beautiful store, always stock all the service of Genius Bar is amazing,
The bathrooms are on the first floor where you can sit.
If you go in winter diagonally in a corner there is a place that sells very good soups!

I love coming to this Apple Store when I am in Soho. Whether I'm buying an Apple product or not, I can enter and sit in the theater section. No one bothers you even if you're just relaxing. It nice to rest here and watch their presentations. I have been coming here since I bought my first iPod back in 2004.

Always helpful staff that get your questions answered: We were wondering if our insurance expired and dropped by. As soon as we walked in, someone greeted and asked how he could help. He had a general answer but then brought another who looked up the device and gave us the exact answer.

I came to America 2015 December

Almost I spent $15000 :(

Only once was my watch glass broken and you didn't change it !! I am very upset for this, I will start using Samsung as soon as possible, there is no difference between Samsung and Apple anyway, Samsung produces all the screens, sorry but I leave you and I will recommend all my friends to buy Samsung

I would give zero star if it allows here. This is the laziest sales team I've ever seen in NYC. I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted. I put my name on the list at the front door. The guy said someone would come by to help me. I waited half an hour. No one came. I went back to the front door guy. He told me to wait again. I approached a sale rep at the table. She said she's busy with another customer. There was no one with her. I wasted an hour there without getting any help. With a lazy sale team like this, my best advice is to sell your Apple stocks.

Frankly speaking, I was not really caught by this street, I expected something more from it, I like the Tokyo Ginza more in this respect, this is where you can really get lost for a few days in the splendor of all kinds of world brands.

Also on this street in New York City there are a lot of hobos, which was not very nice, and sometimes honestly a bit creepy to say.

Store is big and clean with your latest Apple products on display. Staff is spaced throughout the store but getting a hold of one can be a challenge. Though, when you are able to, they are really helpful and knowledgeable about their products.
