if you love apple you will love this store. amazing building. the staff are very friendly. you can find almost any apple product there is here. the location is great as well. pretty standard apple store but it just feels a little special for being here in manhattan.

Man, I love Apple Store service - but this time felt almost scammy.

MacBook Pro with pop-up saying battery needs a service. Quoted $479 for repair in store.

Contacted my employer who told me to take it elsewhere, as cost was so high relative to machine.

I told them I was leaving, and suddenly an 'error' on their machine meant the cost was now actually $199.

I really absolutely LOVE the tech who helped me. I believe her name is Thalia Robinson. She was super friendly, patient and went out of her way to help me and my little cousin out. We both had issues with our phones and patiently waited while my little cousin tried to figure out her iCloud pw. It was my first time getting Apple support and Thalia made it as smooth as possible.

We went to get my boyfriend's Macbook Air Pro fixed because the battery would not charge and the computer would not turn on unless it was plugged in to an outlet. We set an appointment and were kept waiting for far too long. They told us that the battery needed to be replaced so he gave it to them and paid to have it fixed. We got it back a week later and find out that the laptop is still broken and they didn't do anything to fix the problem.

It quick, courteous, and the guys there would go out of their ways to help with anything, replace merchandize or defective parts of old ones.
Nothing much to say about the "Quality" of the merchandize in the Apple stores. They only sell premium stuff whether made by them or by others.

This Apple store has two floors and has a variety of items for sales. The sales rep could have been nicer. The genius bar is located upstairs. There is a bathroom conveniently located in the first floor far right side should you need to go.

My wife's Mac book pro 2019 ver got glitch on the screen sometime so we made appointment for the day and we went. Staff are all very helpful and efficient. I thought this meeting is going to take real long time but its only take little less than 20 mins so I think its really satisfying. I also surprised about they open free technology class for old people who do not know how to use apple products. WhenI went there a guy was describing about how to use mail on i Phone.

Apple always has good service and multiple locations. Ever heard of the Genius Bar? It has a lot of tech savvy people who can fix your computer. The Apple Store allows you to stay and use their computers while they are repairing yours. You can make a reservation on line for them to repair your technology!

Went in on 12/5/18 to upgrade my phone. I had to wait 15 minutes before being seen. The person that did finally help me had to go ask someone 4 different questions and clearly didn t know what he was doing. I ended up not upgrading my phone and walking out because they didn t tell me information prior to upgrading like, I needed a credit card, when asked they said a debit card would work. I didn t know I required one of the other cellphone lines on my account to send me a code so had to wait for family to send me a code hey received via text message. Overall poor service and I had to walk out cause I didn t have a credit card. Disappointed in the folks upgrading who don t know the product they are selling or the process.

Poor job. They couldn't help me replace my faulty phone as they were out of stock so my options were wait 4 days for new stock or go to the other side of town and start again. Thing is they couldn't tell me if the other stores had the stock or if they could see me at all. Hopeless..

I came 10 minutes late for my appointment and they made me wait 1 hour to see someone. My iPhone 6 battery that I had relaxed for 29 dollars 3 months ago had again stopped holding a charge. They told me the battery was defective had swollen and needed to be replaced again. Charge me again $29 and told me that their batteries from Apple are only good for 90 days and my battery was over 90 days by 5 days can you believe this?

Super chaotic atmosphere and the sales associate was extremely rude. She wouldn t accept my credit card even though I had multiple forms of ID and all of the names on the cards are the same, and she left me waiting without explaining why. The manager had to come over and approve my ID. Humiliating, super confusing, super rude.

Painfully incompetent staff. Apple standards keep sinking, rolling down the fancy glass stairs. They are snobby, have not heard of courtesy and respect to the customers. The service is so slow it puts European bureaucracy in the lightning speed category. Problem solving? No! Only excuses. And that comes from the supposedly leadership of the (not-so)GeniusBar. Apple been losing it since Steve Jobs is gone, and the current corporate leadership clearly doesn t give a damn. Another reason to see if PC/Android world have better options to offer.

BULLSHIT! I took an appointment at 8.30pm for a display broken on my iphone 6. I came at this Apple Store, I wait 20min and the girl told me "it's too late you have to come back tomorrow". That's funny but tomorrow I have to do a roadtrip during 2 weeks, this is why I took an appointment today! So dear Apple, where is the sense to take an appointment with your store if it's too late to do anything??? And where is the sense to ask what is the problem when you take an appointment, if when you come this is too late for the reason I noted???? Apple Stores in the US are the worse things I saw in my life!

Beautiful, modern, very clean building. Helpful customer service. There is a nice indoor place to sit with tables, chairs and iPhone chargers available to the public. There is also super clean bathrooms available to the public. And it s a dog friendly place! It s great.

I was a nervous wreck. All the tech savvy kids in my office just shook their heads after looking at my dead iPhone 6S as in "why don't you just make funeral arrangements and move on?". Not Jenny!! She resolved the problem and along the way re-assured me that everything was going to be okay. I was so excited to get my phone back in perfect health that I promised Jenny that I would have her baby...& by golly I will :) Shout out to Chris who made the experience not-so-terrifying. It should not take a two hour wait to replace a defective lighting cable. And you shouldn't tell people it's going to be an hour wait, and then add an additional hour - especially for something that's just an easy swap.

Awesome staff who go out of their way to help customers - they found a way to get my hard drive, battery, keyboard, shell, pads, and more REPLACED (and even with an upgrade on the hard drive) - for only $300 (with tax). It was even delivered to me within three days. And the computer is almost 5 years old! So it's way past even the three-year extended warranty I bought 4.5 years ago, and now it's like new! I called thinking there must be some mistake - and they told me, nope, it's really only $300!!!!! GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!

I bought an iPhone 6s Plus April of 2016.
Within 9 months i had my phone replaced 7 times. Would go to the store. the defects would not be fixable they would swap my phone for a new one that was great on their part.
Unfortunately all the phones I received came with same problems today January 11 still have the same problems but worse. These are the problems I m experiencing pretty sure you will too on any series for the defects come through their updates.:
- No Bluetooth connection. They don t tell you is that is very poor signal . If you have a watch attached their will be no other conection.
- No one can hear on the other line. If you use an iphone for business, your business will suffer that s because when you get calls they can t hear you or when you think you left a voicemail they never got it because they can t hear you.
- IOS11.Click on an app either call , message or any other there will be a lag
Or it will freeze. This a new problem that came with that update.
- After the iPhone 7 Through out their updates the music on your wired headphones have lost a lot of volume. And if you use their headphones jack they don t work( if this is happening to you don t bother spending money on any earbuds that s because it s the phone.forcing you to accept no phone jack
- Ridiculously slow on iOS 11. My mother s phone which cost me around $220 it s faster than mine.
- Touch screen frequently will not work I have to reset this phone every day to get it going. And it s not the memory as they use blame it on the issue on the past I still have more than half the availabile.
- Battery life on a full charge you will get an average of 2 hours before its completely drained.

Competent people and cool environment. I asked to change the battery of my iPhone. Three hours later, when I went to pick up, I learned that a technician had understood that my battery was not original, but they saw that he was mistaken; so they gave me an iPhone like my brand new one! Surprising!
