Staff very helpful as always. Spacious, not the biggest Apple store that I ve visited.

Checked out the cases they had available for their latest iPhone 11 Pro and unfortunately some colours had sold out; which is always disappointing to here. If it s sold out it s popular, so restock in time or take off display/ place a out of stock sign, is they way I see it.

Different floors available including a express section where you can quick purchase and leave with basic equipment like charger cable etc.

Helpful advice but a little pushy. I was picking up an expensive piece of equipment and was rushed out the door before I could ask a critical question. I felt like they just wanted to take my money and get me out. Even though I paid for apple care.

Architecturally speaking, what a wondrous sight to behold. Windows aplenty, a menagerie of technology and urbanites, stunning views of the neighborhood make this location the Apple of my eye. What a delicious Apple.

The store employees were also helpful when desperately relaying the story of the lost iPad mini on a Vamoose bus. Although they could not quell the overwhelming consternation of my lost child, they gave me options and empathy. As a Mac parent, that's all anyone could ask in these troubling times...sigh.

An amazing experience apple is seriously geared towards customer service their popularity makes it difficult for them to do this because there are so many people waiting to speak to Apple staff but it was a very good trip and the people that served us were very helpful until we had finished our complete shop so all in all a very good experience

I used the genius bar to get some tech support (the charger was broken so had replace it using apple care). Ended up waiting about an hour and a half to get it replaced. Went during the middle of the day on friday, not sure if that time was exceptionally busy or that's the norm in the SoHo location.

Other than that the store was clean and spaced out with Apple products.

Went to the apple to see which headphone I should get between AirPods it Beats wireless and I was helped by Chris and he was a BIG help! I was like choosing between these two for a whole week and can t decide. And Finally I made my choice and got the AirPods instead.

Its a okay experience, the customer service is excellent when you "find" someone to help you half the time you have to go searching for them. But other than that the product quality is amazing and store is very clean and appealing

Guiding guys in blue T shirts are not friendly. My second time to buy apple products (this time iPhone last time Mac book air) without any hello and greeting. I prefer apple store near Central Park where I got my Mac book pro. They are more active and ready to introduce Apple to customers.

Went her with my friend to get their laptop fixed. The staff was nice and courteous. They have you check in and bring you over to table to wait and be helped. Process and time of everything was good.

The Approach Guides' team's local store, and one of our favorites. Best time to visit: 830pm on a Tuesday. You'll never have to wait. But if you do, check out our wine app in the process!

Who doesn't like Apple products and who can live without one these days. It almost seems necessary. Haha they just make everything so easy. I mean I even got my 70 year old father who never wanted to touch anything electronic to sending emails on a iPad!

Typical Apple store. Modern, fancy & clean. I came here to pick-up some headphones that I had purchased online. The staff was friendly and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Great location as well.

Came in at 8:11 pm with a phone with a busted battery, needing to get it fixed. We've waited multiple hours at other apple stores with little help or attention. We got help right away, and although the process of removing and replacing the battery normally takes an hour or two, they did it faster for us, getting it done in half an hour right before they closed. This was great because we were leaving NYC in the morning. Amazing service!

Great experience from your store. Michael M (just transferred?) was kind and very efficient in helping me with different scenarios in what would be best for me. I am a happy customer thanks to the personal approach! Thank you.

Excellent Store dedicated to the brand in question. Quality and service, characteristics of the Apple firm. All the novelties and all the products can be seen and acquired quickly and without setbacks. Professional salesmen who evacuate quickly and efficiently any query.
Although we do not need to buy anything; It is interesting to visit the store to see and know the novelties of this firm.

Apart from being an aesthetically pleasing store, the employees treated you with the utmost respect. I was well-informed before buying an iPhone and was even helped on putting a screen protector that I did not buy in the store. Joe was very charismatic while helping me and he even happened to know J.Cole! (bonus points), would definitely recommend coming here for any help buying Apple products.

Horrible service. Very detached and figure that you are going to buy the product regardless of how they treat you. Especially the manager, he was incompetent and rude. Most of the staff are completely disinterested. Go to any other apple store in the city, trust me.

It makes sense that I'm writing a one star review about Apple on Google. It was here a confused customer asked me as an actual "Knowledgable Mac User" which mac to buy and the Specialist interjected trying to intimidate me, but I proved him wrong by getting the facts from Apple's website and the Specialist said "I don't have to work here, Do You Know Who I Am? I'm a filmmaker!" I don't care if you're Obama. I mean that was an excellent performance but the manager who saw it, didn't do anything about it and tried covering up his co-worker who was explicitly in the wrong while harassing customers.

Finally I brought 2 iPhones in but the reservation system on Apple's website only allowed one defective device at a time though i typed in the note that I had another and when the Australian/English Genius-Of-An-Idiot came to me and I told him I had two, he mockingly said "You can't do that, the math doesn't add up." No kidding Genius.

Now it's ironic that I applied for a job here 3x as I've been devoted/brainwashed to Apple for a long time, always praising their products but after they rejected my application and seeing that they actually prefer to hire are knucklehead snobs on top of occasionally refusing to sell iPhones to Chinese (or Chinese looking people) when the iPhone is made in China anyway is a double standard and out right racist stand to take which is the main reason I lost interest in Apple altogether.
