A couple months ago, I realized my A/C wasn't work...

A couple months ago, I realized my A/C wasn't working in my 2015 Chevy Silverado that I bought in February (first time I used the A/C). I purchased the truck used and also purchased a comprehensive extended warranty. Upon taking my truck in for the diagnosis and repair, I was informed of issues with my warranty that would not cover the repairs. I was obviously upset, but after speaking to my salesman, Ken, and the General Manager, Kevin, I was at ease. Kevin looked into the issue, corrected it and fixed my truck. Joel and Neil in service took over and did an outstanding job not only in this instance, but also when I brought my truck in for a separate inquiry. As someone who works in customer service, I tend to (instinctively) have slightly higher expectations and they BLEW those expectations out of the water with their amazing service. I would recommend going to these gentlemen for any of your vehicle needs!!! :)
