There is no way to get a service appointment over the phone. Whenever customers call for service appointment, it gets transferred to a voicemail and nobody is there to check the voicemail and return the phone call. For all my appointments, I have driven to the dealer to obtain it.
There was a customer car parked behind perpendicular at an angle to my car so when I was pulling my car out after repair, it hit that customer s car and now I have to pay from my insurance for the damages to that car and my car. I asked the customer why she parked perpendicular to my car and she said Sergio asked her park at that spot. Her fender was damaged and she could not open the passenger door. There was no damage to the door but Sergio was encouraging the customer to get a new door since I have full coverage insurance!
I have a Land Rover SUV and when I take it to servicing, they drive the SUV to the driveway when they are done with servicing. I have owned other cars in the past and every time servicing is done, somebody would always drive the car to the driveway so it is ready for me to drive away without any issues. Andrew Chevrolet is the only place where I have to pull my car from the parking lot!
The good things are that the shuttle service is prompt and the mechanic Tony is good.
I have listed around 10 websites where I will post my bad experience at Andrew Chevrolet. Ironically, I have to go back to this place. It my bad luck that the nearest other Chevrolet dealer is in West Allis, which is 30 minutes away from where I live so I cannot quickly drop off my car and come back home.
