My wife scheduled her service appointment three weeks in advance. During scheduling, she detailed the issue to be fixed (a latch on the front console of her Tahoe). At the service appointment, she was informed that the part needed to fix the console had to be special ordered and would not be available for weeks. Needless to say, my wife was infuriated by this inconvenience. Andrew Automotive had no problem charging the full price for the service call and part.
