Not to compare with German leasing and Co. It was the first time that we work together with the ALD. Accident damage, replacement car that I got was absolutely unacceptable, outdated, without navigation system, worn tires .. My car has been in the workshop for more than a week, without that even a little bit of the ALD was processed, according to the workshop is not uncommon.
This shop is unprofessional and unfortunately this runs like a red thread through the departments.
This is the third car in my family that has been leased through ALD. I can only recommend it, competent employees who help and take care of things even after graduation, I've seen that differently at other companies.
Unfortunately our Range Rover Velar was stolen, we hadn't been able to contact the ALD Bank for weeks. Called several times and forwarded again and again, now only after 3 weeks someone could understand our concern. Never ALD again
Definitely the worst service ever in the automotive and finance sectors. Nobody has answered the phone for months. Neither on the hotline nor on individual clerk numbers. Always only tape. The accounting department doesn't even have an answering machine, let alone someone operate the phone. Send false bills and then send a reminder. A contact email address is not given, only the phone numbers that nobody can answer. In my opinion, a star is still too much of a good thing.
Unfortunately, you can only lease Kia, great cars, through this poor service partner.
No one to be reached for weeks seems more like a mailbox company. Can only advise anyone against concluding a leasing contract here. Just wondering when the manufacturer (Renault) will look for another lessor who has his business under control.

I have been trying to reach a clerk for more than 14 days. No emails are answered, no callback requests are met. It seems normal that mail addresses can no longer be delivered at once. This company is probably a very bad joke. We have a vehicle from a lessee of this company for repairs. Our customer submitted a quote and photos in advance and waited for the ok of the ALD. If approved, the invoice should be sent directly to ALD with a release number. This happened in early December. 3 months later, there was still no payment or response or ALD. Unfortunately, we as a service provider cannot understand such behavior.
ALD is unable to collect a leasing return on time. This company is absolutely incompetent, can not be reached by phone, and emails are not answered. A desolate disaster!
Unfortunately, prices are not kept for the purchase of used cars (BDK purchase promise) or are completely unrealistic. Despite a very positive opinion from a car expert, I was offered just under 50% of the DAT dealer purchase value for my vehicle by ALD as the buyer. I have to say, very accommodating when returning the vehicle, had scratches from parking and they only charged me 150 euros for it. Therefore, I can really recommend, I had concerns beforehand that I would face high costs.

After a leasing return of a Hyundai small car, on which, according to the expert of the take-back company, only completely normal signs of wear and no damage were found, ALD Leasing tries to knock out almost 10% less value. Complaints are entrenched behind external experts. A very disappointing procedure. Hyundai lost me as a customer, even if the cars themselves are good value for money. But subsequent costs worsen this picture considerably.
We will certainly never lease another vehicle through ALD! First, we arrange a timely return date with the dealership on which we have the leased vehicle. When we were there then it was suddenly said that the vehicle can not be taken back, should turn to ALD. Was done immediately. Feedback came a week later, vehicle was finally picked up 2 weeks later. I have been waiting for my car to be released by my contract partner for more than 2 weeks. I was now with the contract partner and now I had to find out that I can wait another 2-6 weeks in addition, because they cannot reach any clerks there to clarify how long it takes exactly. I can't understand the negative reviews of the service here, so I'll write one here with my experience, because I've been leasing my cars through the ALD for over 5 years and have always been well served. The process goes wonderfully, I don't have to worry about anything and so far I've always received my car on the scheduled delivery date.
Car was stolen. Instead of billing directly with the insurance company, we deduct the loss from our checking account and say: You can settle the insurance yourself. Welcome to the excellent customer service.

Customer service a disaster, every third email is answered if you're lucky and nobody can be reached by phone! Absolutely incomprehensible and in need of great improvement!

Dubious handling. One must warn against business deals with AlDLeasing. We had the vehicle overhauled specially. We have already been warned and have also had paint work carried out. Have an external appraisal drawn up immediately before collection. Nevertheless, we should pay almost 2,000. Our cover letters are ignored. The employee with whom we agreed to take back said, for example, we should leave the winter tires on. Now we should pay more for the summer tires. To this day we have not received an answer whether summer tires should be delivered. It is a shame that under such conditions a vehicle return will end up with a lawyer. Because we wanted to avoid that.
The leasing contract will be canceled unilaterally by ALD 6 weeks after conclusion and 8 weeks before delivery. The reason given was that, after the leasing contract had expired, too many cars from this offer could not be marketed by ALD. Nobody ever answers the phone, maybe after three to four days. Do 3 months later complain about bills because of points that were already clarified from the outset only they then want to know nothing more about it.
Dealership and I have been waiting for a lease for over a month. ALD cannot be reached. How will the return work out? Because of this and because of the negative reviews, I refrain from ALD Leasing. Just wonder when the manufacturers will choose another lessor. Even if the return via the ALG is easier for the manufacturer / car dealership, it pisses off customers in the long run.
We have been waiting for our Laasing contract for a Kia Xceed for three weeks. We are always put off and the Kia dealer has no success in accelerating the whole thing. Even in Corona times, such a contract should be possible within three weeks, especially since the notification came immediately that the leasing contract would be approved. We're already wondering why Kia works with such a leasing bank!
I had tried in vain to reach the company by phone, then sent two emails and was a little annoyed. But then the call from Hamburg. A very nice woman from ALD called me and apologized for the delay in processing. She immediately addressed my concerns and the matter was off the table. Bad customer care, and the bill you receive at the end is a scam. They charge horrendous repair costs for every single scratch, instead of considering the real value of the car. Do get a legal insurance FIRST, if you can't avoid signing a contract with them. - Ammendment: I did not get any answer. Not from "my" customer service representative, nor from the people that commented on this post. Nothing at all. And when I called the customer support to get an answer on my email, I only learned that she did not even have a look at my email and can't / won't help.
At the request of the ALD company to contact them so that the matter can be clarified, the picture of this company described above has been confirmed exactly. I leased a car from ALD GmbH. I have never seen such a bad, incompetent, unqualified and almost (rip-off) company.
It starts with the fact that the company has been listing an employee in its invoices, emails and letters in the letterhead as a clerk who has already left the company for at least 3 months. When I asked (!!!) that one should change that and switch a call diversion, nothing happened. Months later, this employee was still on the invoices as a clerk. I find it very embarrassing.
But you could have overlooked that if this company hadn't tried to pull you over the table with almost criminal means when you return the vehicle.
The whole thing starts with the fact that shortly before the end of the contract, after 36 months, I constantly had to make ALD GmbH aware of the need to organize a handover of the car on time. Nothing happened. They wanted to "coax" a tacit contract extension from me. 15 days after the end of the contract, after I finally deregistered the car, it was easy to schedule a vehicle handover. The car stood there as if peeled from an egg. It has only been in my heated garage for the past 12 months. The car was returned with 30,000 fewer kilometers. Even the employee who took over asked me whether the car had only been "driven in the living room" As a precaution, I made more than 30 photos of the car, "inspected" the car with 2 witnesses and had the employee who took over the car sign a detailed report on the day of the handover, stating that it was absolutely "damage-free", "scratch-free" and that it was in top condition . As a result, the car was then driven over 500 kilometers before it was presented to DEKRA for an expert opinion 6 days later. This then suddenly diagnosed a dent in the bonnet (damage 120) and a scratch on the bumper (damage 450).
In response to my objection, the remaining days were duly calculated and I was offered to forego the "dent" of 120 . When I did not agree and insisted on a correct billing, I was then written: "So now I will not be reimbursed for the 120 for the" dent "and if I want something from you, I should sue you. Literally. The correct billing was another month in coming.
I have now sued this company ALD GmbH and can only advise everyone against doing business with this ominous company, even if the offer sounds or looks good in terms of price (financially) at the beginning, the rude awakening comes with the final bill. It almost looks like this is methodology and a nasty ploy from this company.
So stay away from this amateurish company with these strange (dubious, almost criminal) machinations.

It's unbelievable what has become of this company. Processing times for approval of a solvent existing customer beyond four weeks. Nobody is responsible for anything anymore, everything has been "outsourced". Documents are requested that are not required or are not available, other documents that have been submitted can no longer be found. Conditions are catastrophic in this company.
Absolutely unreliable, no correct information about the contracts received and for which the service was a cheek. Customers are not taken seriously and not properly advised, I don't recommend any of these problems with this company, it's just a joke what's going on there.

I hereby only evaluate the - not available - service. In the past few months (without exaggeration) I called about 30 times at all possible times of the day and NEVER got anyone on the phone. Instead of being put on hold, you are kicked out and should call again. There is also no response to multiple emails and inquiries via the contact form. Under all sow. And when I read the reviews here, I dread the return of the car. Simply because of the lack of service, I would no longer lease here.

Just recently got a new vehicle as a corporate customer. A very personable customer advisor, Mr. Ern **, really did a great job and gave very competent advice. We'll be back next year!
For some days I try to reach the ALD, for three years I no longer own the leased vehicle and still the SEPA fees are deducted once a year. For accessibility, you land at the headquarters, gets a number of the processing clerk, but there only logs the voicemail. Personal contact equal to zero.

I have now often tried to reach someone at the head office to clarify a concern regarding my contract, unfortunately I only reached a lady once and she kindly put me on hold where the mailbox answered later.
For 2 years I have not been able to reach anyone ... no call back, reply to e-mails .... underground !!!!. ... Bravo how customer service and service work .... your standard answer behind You can save yourself every evaluation ... it does nothing at all ... The company is officially closed !!!!

I don't know the company, but if you don't get any answers to mail inquiries, filled out directly on the technical service page, I m already out. Sorry, I can already get an idea of the possible leasing.
Would have liked to have leased a Renault Megane as a second car. The leasing request was denied, although there is absolutely no reason to be. My question was answered very arrogantly. We then decided in favor of the competition, where the bank inquiry was answered positively within 2 hours.
Absolutely not to be recommended. Poor customer care, uncoordinated and incompetent. When the vehicle is returned, the ALD tries to rip off costs. And all this at completely exaggerated fantasy prices. I already saw two vehicles and I switched to another leasing company. It is up to the lawyer and I am extremely annoyed at the audacity with which ALD tries to pull the money out of its customers' pockets. But if a few hundred quick euros are more important to a company than customer satisfaction, it will take revenge sooner or later.
Rarely or never to be reached - no matter what time of day. No proactive work, which means that you cannot rely on agreements or wait in vain for feedback. Added to this is non-transparent accounting.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviews: for our Kia eSoul, which we leased on July 18, 2020, after the same-day approval, the dealer has not yet entered the leasing contract, nor have we received a confirmation of acceptance of the contract. The deadline for declarations for ALD Leasing expires tomorrow; Neither the dealer nor us can reach anyone in Hamburg by phone, email or fax. In the current situation, I can only advise anyone interested to lease elsewhere. We had selected a vehicle that was in stock at the Kia dealer, which has now been around for four weeks.
I've only had good experiences with ALD. I particularly like the services that are often not or only overpriced at other providers. Here, someone is talking to the customer. Keep it up!
I ordered a Land Rover through a dealership. In the meantime there has been a delay in delivery of more than 6 months and ALD does not react at all to mails and letters. The Land Rover brand is currently no longer recommended because the expected delivery times have been exceeded by many months and their representatives in Germany (ALD and Premium Cars) behave unworthily of a premium brand and simply go underground and do not react.
Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, I would like to distribute less. I leased an i30 for three years through Hyundai Leasing and of course I don't know who is causing the problem. As a company interested in sales, I would rethink the concept. I have seldom experienced so little, so listless and so little customer-oriented service. The settlement was a complete disaster that would go beyond the scope here. But worst of all, everyone (Hyundai AND ALD) is still doing too well to question themselves or, worse, to improve. If you think you can get the really nice and cheap Hyundai cheaply via commercial leasing, please contact me in advance.

Unfortunately, I can only confirm all the bad reviews here. Just bad in handling, questions, billing and so on, everything that should be part of a good leasing company. Never again with this leasing.
Unfortunately, nothing has remained from the once good, partnership-based relationship - the leasing process including contract payment is underground - no one can be reached, no one is responsible, credit decisions for solvent customers take over 4 weeks, currently we have been waiting for the payment of a leasing contract for over 3 weeks , to which everything was submitted on time and in due form from our side! At ALD there is sheer chaos - I can only warn other dealers at the moment!
This company tries to make money with every scratch, even the slightest damage is expensive. The payment of the reduced kilometers is avoided in this way. In the end, a juicy additional payment remains, even though I have been a customer there for years. Conclusion: not to be recommended, absolutely to be avoided !!
Unfortunately more than poor performance. Lease contracts are simply canceled after more than 2 months without notification from ALD. Customer is left standing in the rain without a vehicle.
Now after four weeks I can't check my credit documents for the Polestar. Are also unreachable and do not reply to mails! Inconceivably! The leasing contract was concluded 4 years ago at Kia Partner & Autohaus in Stuttgart: Kia Ceed GT Line "Fully equipped" with all packages + car insurance + technology / service package = everything for an "all-round carefree package" monthly ..
One assumes that one is adequately protected, but unfortunately only until shortly before the end of the term: Then the big final bill of the ALD comes. The independent DEKRA finds everything possible, things that you hadn't heard of before. Even though you went to the dealer with every problem, no matter how small, and handled everything with them - in the end absolutely nobody cares. The ALD refers to the independent DEKRA and shows no interest in clarification. The final bill is high and of course reminders follow promptly. The advertised "fair vehicle evaluation" on return cannot be seen on the invoice. This is more like advertising than reality. In the photos you can see the car in good condition and as it was parked at the dealer for the ALD to pick up. Think the pictures speak for themselves. The case is now being clarified together with the consumer advice center / consumer protection and the ALD. If necessary, it will be published later in the press ..
We don't even need to talk about the "service" of the ALD in these 4 years, this also coincides with the Google ratings:
- You can usually reach almost no one - Employees are mostly annoyed and unfriendly - Customer service knows next to nothing (e.g. who you are insured with in the car pool ?!) - Faxes about a change of customer address reach the company, but are not forwarded internally - New leasing inquiries are rejected for no reason
I'm glad that the contract is over, but I think everyone will then ask themselves the question: How can that be possible at one of the largest car leasing companies in Germany ?! "One learns from mistakes" - I hope this company learns from mistakes, otherwise I see black.
Service / processing time for business lease request / credit check for KIA (Stinger) very bad.
What takes so long? On the creditworthiness it could probably not be. At VWFS (with an expensive leasing vehicle), this can be done within a day without having to submit a batch of documents.
At the end it is then again a VW VWFS, but not because of the better vehicle, but simply because of the better leasing service.
Certainly the worst possibility to conclude leasing contracts in Germany. After the order process (Polestar / car) there was no reaction at all, you have to ask yourself whether you can still get an offer. Even afterwards you have more contact with the company manager than with employees. There are neither interim notifications nor any messages in the leasing process. After a payment of 13 TD Euro SIX weeks ago, I have now set ALD a deadline for declaration for the coming week - and I am already looking forward to my lawyers taking care of the matter ...
I order a car from Hyundai and unfortunately I did not noticed that they only work with ALD for car leasing. After I request for Leasing, I checked in internet about ALD and I figure out seems there is not any customer support at all based on reviews. Hyundai agent sent final request to get Insurance number for register car and still no response. Usually in all online Insurance service, You can get insurance number in less than five minutes but guess what? It has been couple weeks after our request for insurance number (after pre approval) and still we do not have any insurance number to register the car. In first place, I just Thought maybe there is just some customer which is not happy with ALD otherwise Hyundai should not signed the contract with them, but I was wrong. I hope nobody face with such a problem specially at the end of the year. When you have such a bad experience at the beginning, what you will face when returning car at the end of leasing contract?!

I have been a customer since 2013 and meanwhile have the 3rd car, even with my last vehicle, because of a bad purchase after 2 years I was able to buy the vehicle out early at fair conditions ..... Very competent contact person even though I'm 600 km away ... . Anytime further recommendation .........
According to the NDR report: Leasing rip-off I cannot recommend anyone to do business here. Anyone who leases privately is voluntarily committed to enslavement. And Dekra is also an independent appraiser Boat.

Since I've been driving a company car, I've had ALD cars and can only say positive things. From delivery to customer care to return, I was never disappointed.
