Definitely the worst service ever in the automotive and finance sectors. Nobody has answered the phone for months. Neither on the hotline nor on individual clerk numbers. Always only tape. The accounting department doesn't even have an answering machine, let alone someone operate the phone.
Send false bills and then send a reminder. A contact email address is not given, only the phone numbers that nobody can answer.
In my opinion, a star is still too much of a good thing.

Unfortunately, you can only lease Kia, great cars, through this poor service partner.
