Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other reviews: for our Kia eSoul, which we leased on July 18, 2020, after the same-day approval, the dealer has not yet entered the leasing contract, nor have we received a confirmation of acceptance of the contract.
The deadline for declarations for ALD Leasing expires tomorrow; Neither the dealer nor us can reach anyone in Hamburg by phone, email or fax.
In the current situation, I can only advise anyone interested to lease elsewhere.
We had selected a vehicle that was in stock at the Kia dealer, which has now been around for four weeks.
