I have been trying to get an invoice corrected for 3 months. My vehicle was picked up by the ALD from the dealership one month late, at my expense. Unfriendly by phone, no response at all. Accounting refers me to the 'customer service' who never reports! Nobody feels responsible, in the end the amount was simply debited without correction. I also wanted to be ripped off when I gave my opinion. Under no circumstances lease here !!

At the car dealer, I signed a lease on 23/01/2019. The car was ordered on the same day with the dealer's statement that the car can be handed over to me until the middle of May 2019. The vehicle is financed by leasing through ALD AutoLeasing D GmbH.
On 10.05.2019 I took the car in receipt.
All right until then.
Approximately 4 I received from ALD AutoLeasing D GmbH the expected payment plan (the leasing installments) with direct debit.
With this payment plan and this debit the problem begins, which is not solved until today (!!!!).
This leasing leasing bank had taken into account the leasing beginning 23/01/2019 in the payment plan. Thus, a listing of the open leasing rates from 23.01.2019 (!?!?!) To 30.06.2019 in the amount of 1,846 euros. The direct debit took place over this amount.
The monthly leasing fee is 350.45 .
Error detected quickly:
The valuer Mr. of this leasing-credit bank has rated the order date of the vehicle as leasing beginning. However, it would be correct to start the leasing on the day of transfer of the vehicle to the lessee (= to me, so to speak).
For about 2 weeks is now this ominous debit over 1846 at my house bank. Of course without booking, because everything was calculated completely wrong.
A reply to my 2 emails I have not received from this gentleman until today !!! An apology that's more than overdue, either. Since receiving the wrong payment plan, I am now struggling to correct the payment plan and especially the direct debit. Contact exists with another gentleman of the House of Values, who in principle denies the colleague who has screwed up everything ("not on duty" or "unavailable").
I do not know which profile-less hooligans are sitting there in Hamburg.
But if I charge a lessee's account with a five-fold amount, you should at least be able to report to the lessee and apologize - as you learn in a befitting education.
Not even close!! To date, the redemption of the direct debit of 1845 is missing, as well as the sending of a corrected direct debit.
Imagine, I would have been at the time he sent the wrong payment plan + direct debit abroad (vacation) and would have had no knowledge of it. So: I on vacation and the good lord of the leasing bank loan me while the bank account empty!
I will wait a few more days and then instruct my lawyer to teach these gentlemen how to calculate and to have the required decency. Hope that this will fall on fertile ground, I honestly did not!

Furthermore, the contract is very contradictory. KM contract is on the front, the fine print says that the LN must take the car if the LG requests it. Furthermore, dubious dealers (dubious because the customer is not properly informed about the risk) like to use contracts with residual value settlement. Here the rate is offered at a top rate, the residual value is increased, however, the LN must bear the risk at the end of the contract. I strongly advise against such contracts.
