It's unbelievable what has become of this company. Processing times for approval of a solvent existing customer beyond four weeks. Nobody is responsible for anything anymore, everything has been "outsourced".
Documents are requested that are not required or are not available, other documents that have been submitted can no longer be found.
Conditions are catastrophic in this company.
