I had tried in vain to reach the company by phone, then sent two emails and was a little annoyed. But then the call from Hamburg. A very nice woman from ALD called me and apologized for the delay in processing. She immediately addressed my concerns and the matter was off the table. All of this on her Saturday extra shift and yet so friendly. Hats off! Many thanks to the team management at ALD Kia Leasing.
