This company is probably a very bad joke.
We have a vehicle from a lessee of this company for repairs.
Our customer submitted a quote and photos in advance and waited for the ok of the ALD.
If approved, the invoice should be sent directly to ALD with a release number.
This happened in early December.
3 months later, there was still no payment or response or ALD.
Unfortunately, we as a service provider cannot understand such behavior.
