Really great cinema, what is offered there. Real TOP SERVICE!
After several days of "permanently occupied" I reached someone at the head office because I had a question about a "job advertisement".

But here the motivation of the employees does not seem (to be) particularly high. The head office employee informed me that she will put me through to the HR department. But puff cake. There were a few continuous signals, followed by a tape announcement: "The caller seems to be absent and does not answer". Then I thought: thunderstorm! I didn't expect that to be the case now.

As a receptionist (I speak from years of experience) you should know in advance which department is currently "at the desk", at the table or "away from home" before connecting the callers ?! And you should tell the recipient who is on the line (if anyone is at all) before "handing over". You should, shouldn't you?
